Abstract

This study aims to determine the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in drafting participatory village regulations in Pohuwato District. This is a normative and empirical research approach to literary studies, statutory approaches, case approaches and historical approaches. Data collected by literary study. The results of the research show that the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and the drafting of village regulations have been carried out in a participatory way but not optimal due to several factors. Village regulations must be drawn up by the BPD, but village regulations are initiated and designed by the village head. The BPD lacks knowledge related to their duties and functions in village laws, mechanisms and processes for making participatory village regulations, and the BPD is not optimal in creating synergy with the community regarding participatory village regulation making. The rights of the community in Palopo Village have been participatory in making village regulations but not optimal as stipulated in Article 96 of Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning laws relating to public participation rights. The making of the Palopo village regulations insofar as it is carried out with the village of public consultation by community leaders as community representatives from each sub-village to convey the aspirations of the community in making village regulations in Palopo Village.

Abstract

The teacher is a factor that can directly influence quality improvement in improving the quality of education and students' critical thinking skills. Teachers are responsible for encouraging and guiding students to become proficient in active critical thinking and enjoy learning. The teacher is also responsible for all things in the class and provides assistance such as supporting the stages so that students can develop. A process so that teaching and learning activities in the classroom turn interactive and achieve the objectives of the teaching and learning activities is to use a learning model. An example of a learning model in order to improve students' critical thinking skills is a problem-based learning model. This research methodology is based on seven steps of literature search: determining the purpose of writing, selecting database sources, selecting keywords at the stage of searching a database, carrying out the stages of searching for literature, and determining the inclusion criteria for the articles used. selected according to inclusion characteristics and synthesis results in 20 national and international journals. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of the problem-based learning model (PBL) assisted by worksheets on students' thinking skills. The results of the study found that the problem-based learning model supported by LKPD was effective in increasing students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Jiwani is a cafe located on Jl. Behind Olo 1 No. 20, Padang City. Jiwani was founded in 2021, its founder is Sayyid Syauqi Alva. Jiwani already has an information medium in the form of Instagram but there are still many obstacles such as unclear product information and the use of promotional Instagram media, making this media have many limitations in providing detailed product information. the author aims to design media information that is useful, interesting and informative to provide information on the products to be sold. The design method used is the glass box method with SWOT analysis techniques. This design uses a simple and minimalist concept, where this style will make the information to be conveyed clear and simple so that it is easy to understand. The results of this media design are in the form of a physical book catalog which will provide information about what Jiwani and its products are, also accompanied by other supporting media such as posters, business cards, x-banners, and id cards.

Abstract

Warung Gunung Kubua Jawi, is one of the first cafes with an open design located on the slopes of Mount Sago, on the Kamuyang River, Luak District, Fifty City District. This cafe does not yet have promotional media that are informative, communicative and effective so that the promotion of this cafe is still inferior compared to other cafes that have done promotions earlier, this is a threat to the sustainability of this business, therefore it needs a promotional media in the form of videos through social media, especially Kubua Jawi's Instagram so it's easy to reach a broad target audience. The aim of the design is to create an information media that is able to give a good image to the cafe, as well as to become an informative, communicative and effective promotional media so that it can reach a broad target audience at minimal cost. The design method used is the 4D (four-D) method. Data collection methods through observation, documentation, interviews, books, scientific journals and the internet. Methods of data analysis with the SWOT method. The results of designing a promotional video for Warung Gunung Kubua Jawi with a duration of 1 minute 30 seconds have been tested for its feasibility to several audiences, both from designers and videographers as well as the general public, this promotional video is published via the Instagram account @kubuajawi_, supporting media in the form of Instagram feeds, posters, x-banners, menu designs, aprons, lanyards, and stickers.

Abstract

Modernization and changes in lifestyles that have begun to be acculturated with foreign cultures have made this culture fade little by little. Answering the challenges of the times requires an audio-visual media in the form of documentary films as a documentation archive so that it can be passed on by the next generation and reintroduced silek tuo gunuang effectively and efficiently. The design aims to digitally archive silek tuo gunuang as a cultural heritage that must be preserved through documentaries to the public, especially the people of the city of Padang Panjang. Using the 4D planning method (Four –D). Consists of (Define), (Design), (Develop) and (Desseminate). SWOT analysis approach. The main media is in the form of this documentary film, providing historical information, permitting flow, requirements and other information from this silek, and due diligence has been carried out on several people, ranging from academics, practitioners and the public in general, received a positive response, it can be concluded that the film is suitable for distributed, with supporting media in the form of movie trailers, posters, x-banners, stickers and t-shirts to support the delivery of information from this documentary.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out student learning outcomes through online learning in economics subjects at SMA N 05 Bengkulu Utara. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 58 students of SMA N 05 North Bengkulu Class 12 IPS Regular who were still active. The sample used is Random Sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data Analysis Techniques use the Average Formula. The results of this study show that: Student completeness in economics subjects at SMA N 05 Bengkulu Utara for the 2021/2022 academic year that out of 5 classes, namely class XII IPS 1, XII IPS 2, XII IPS 3, XII IPS 4, XII IPS 5 with the results of learning by students in Economics at SMA N 05 North Bengkulu into the Good category with a percentage score of 69% and an average score of 77.89. This can be seen from the learning outcomes assessment criteria located in the interval (62-81). And also Online Learning for class XII IPS 1, XII IPS 2, XII IPS 3, XII IPS 4, XII IPS 5 in Economics Subjects at SMA N 05 North Bengkulu belongs to the Good category with a percentage value of 100% entering the Very Good category located at intervals (63-80). From all the data that has been obtained, it can be seen that the average score obtained by these students is in the Good category in taking lessons seriously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on stock prices. To determine the effect of Dividend Yield (DY) on Stock Prices. To determine the effect of the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Dividend Yield (DY) simultaneously on stock prices. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period with a total sample of 11 companies. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS Software Program (Statistics Package for the Social Science) 25. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the results of the first hypothesis test show that the Dividend Payout Ratio (X1) has a significant effect on Stock Price (Y) with a tcount value > ttable (2.928 > 1.6838), and a significant value of 0.006 <0.05 . The results of testing the second hypothesis show that dividend yield (X2) has a significant effect on stock price (Y) with tcount > ttable (3.442 > 1.6838), and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The results of the third hypothesis test show that the Dividend Payout Ratio (X1) and Dividend Yield (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices (Y), with a value of Fcount > Ftable (41,253 > 2,839) and a significant 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the learning interest of PGSD UMN AL Washliyah students in the subject of Learning Problems in Elementary School. This type of research is class action research (PTK) with descriptive qualitative data presentation. The research instrument is a questionnaire sheet of student learning interest and essay test questions, This research was conducted for 2 cycles in each cycle consisting of 2 meetings, the results of this study were In cycle 1 for indicators of feeling happy about learning obtained an average percentage of 78.78%, on indicators of attention and thoughts focused on learning obtained an average percentage - an average of 44.45%, for the indicator of having a willingness to learn an average percentage of 33.33%, for the indicator of feeling that one has to be active in learning an average percentage of 57.57% is obtained, for the indicator of realizing the desire to learn a percentage of 75 is obtained, 75% and for cycle 2 indicators feel happy about dip learning obtained an average percentage of 100%, the indicators of attention and thinking focus on learning obtained an average percentage of 84.84%, the indicator of having a willingness to learn obtained an average percentage of 90.90%, the indicator of feeling that one must be active in learning obtained the average percentage is 81.81%, the indicator of realizing the desire to learn is a percentage of 100%. From the questionnaire data obtained in cycle 2, the researcher saw an increase in the learning interest of PGSD UMN Al Washliyah students. This was proven in cycle 2, the achievement of each indicator had reached the minimum criteria of 75%, thus concluding that the application of Ice Breaking could increase the learning interest of PGSD UMN Al students. Washliyah in the subject of Learning Problems in Elementary School, for other supporting data, namely the completeness of learning outcomes in cycle 1 reaches 69.7% and the completeness of learning outcomes in cycle 2 reaches 97.97% so that there is an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2 reaching 28.27%.

Abstract

Budaya (culture) derived from Sanskrit word “budddayah”, the plural form of word buddhi, meaning anything related to human character and mind. In English, the word culture derived from Latin word cultural. The method used was descriptive qualitative one using data obtained through in-depth interview, library study, and documentation (photograph, online magazine, research journal). Culture in the form of dance is an art product resulting from people’s creativity to fulfill material and spiritual needs. Human being has two types of needs to have balanced life. Spiritual need relates to belief and religion, while immaterial need relates to art and recreation so that life will run harmoniously. One of art forms adapting to its community is butterfly dance. Butterfly dance in its development relates to community life and art. Culture will develop and adapt to human development. Human development follows time and human need development. Butterfly dance provides human life philosophy, particularly to Javanese people. Life is gratitude, life always rotates and so does the fate. To live, an individual will need others’ help so that he should always remember Allah because life can be happy, sad, and comfortable. The one who does good deed will get goodness, and vice versa. Always respecting each other, having good mindset, and remembering death are the keys to a nice harmonious life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, supervision, constraints, and solutions in managing teacher recruitment in improving the quality of private Islamic elementary schools in Samarinda. A qualitative approach using the case study method was used to collect data from principal informants, vice principals, and teaching staff. Methods of data collection using interview techniques and document study. The collected data were analyzed interactively and tested the validity of the data was using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that planning for the recruitment of teaching staff is carried out by determining the qualifications applicants must possess. The recruitment of teaching staff is carried out internally and externally. At the supervisory level, school principals and foundation leaders carry out teacher recruitment activities to monitor teacher recruitment activities by participating in the teacher recruitment process. Recruitment management constraints are applicants with personalities that do not match the predetermined qualifications and do not pass the selection process.
