Abstract

Budgeting is an obligation for organizations in carrying out their operations, this study aims to look at the role of ethics and organizational commitment to budgetary slack. This research is quantitative with primary sources through questionnaires and secondary through library research. The location of this research is the Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), the population of all employees at the Kuantan Singingi OPD and with a purposive sampling method through the criteria of All OPDs in the Pekanbaru City Government and echelon 3 and 4 officials because they have worked for at least 1 year, are considered to have experience and already know the conditions of development in the Pekanbaru City OPD which consists of the Head of the OPD, the Head of the Finance Section, and the Head of the Program Section who are assigned to the Pekanbaru City Regional Government Agencies from 43 OPD. The results of this study indicate that ethics has an important role in budgetary slack, in addition to organizational commitment it also influences budgetary slack..

Abstract

Bullying in school often occurs due to factors such as seniority, orientation period dynamics, and power dynamics. This will continue due to the lack of action taken to address the issue. The impact that bullying has on victims is significant and far-reaching. Adolescents who are victims of bullying are at a very high risk of experiencing physical and mental health problems. Victims of bullying are more likely to suffer from mental problems such as depression, anxiety, and fear, as well as physical issues such as headaches, indigestion, and muscle tension. This can lead to decreases in academic and non-academic achievements, as well as a loss of motivation and enthusiasm for learning. In extreme cases, victims of bullying may even commit suicide. The importance of having experts who can address bullying behavior is evident in the cases above. Guidance and counseling teachers are experts who can help to minimize or eliminate bullying behavior. This research was a quantitative survey conducted with 102 students of class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. The data was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that information services had a significant effect on efforts to prevent bullying in students.

Abstract

TQM at SDN 100 is interesting to study because every SDN or educational institution has tips for improving the quality of all aspects of the institution. It also explains what TQM is and what its implementation is. Lack of understanding of TQM and ultimately the output is not on target. This research uses observation or qualitative research which is based on interviews on every aspect of the SDN 100 environment. The quality of SDN 100 is more than adequate than public SDN in general, the facilities that students get are many, such as good facilities, large prayer rooms, libraries with educational materials. complete readings and teaching staff according to dapodik and majors taken in sync with the subjects being taught. For the biggest income from BOS funds and plantations around the school area.

Abstract

Learning takes place with the role of educators and students in it who are very synergistic with each other. Educators are required to be professional in the learning process so that they can convey material messages well, through methods, strategies, approaches and techniques which of course explore the modalities of students by paying attention to the relevance of learning tools that are arranged according to the material to be conveyed. Professional educators will always do innovation and novelty in the technique of delivering material during the learning process so that learning objectives are achieved. The role of the educator as a facilitator in learning is supported by the initial potential that students already have which is directed by using the methods, approaches, learning strategies chosen by the educator will make it easy for students to absorb the material presented. Students as subjecs in the learning process should always make changes for the better. This change will be obtained through the learning process. After receiving the message in the learning process, there will be a period of receiving the message and here it needs to be supported by individual motivation which becomes an instrinsic determinant of students and has the potential to achieve learning outcomes leading to good learning achievement. Learning motivation as a form of factor that greatly influences learning outcomes becouse learning motivation strongly supports the presence of student learning independence. Students who are independent in the learning process will facilitate the absorption of messages conveyed by educators in the form of constructive learning that is currently developing. Learning motivation can be from internal factors outside of students. However, what is very influential is the intrinsic factor because it is present within each individual who is undergoing the learning process and cannot be presented by others.

Abstract

The effect of the transesterification reaction time of 0.6% mass % NaOH catalyst in the formation of methyl ester (biodiesel) made from used waste cooking oil as raw material 6 times usage and methanol 1: 5 mass has been studied at 60°C. The reaction times used were 30, 40, and 45 minutes. All samples resulting from the transesterification reaction have been studied for their chemical and physical properties. Parameters of chemical properties included in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for all samples were % FFA, pH, while the water content was above the SNI standard. The physical property parameters for all samples that meet SNI are only flash point, color and 90% distillation. While the density of all test samples was lower than the SNI which was set at 850-890 Kg/m3, the results obtained for reaction times of 30, 40 and 45 minutes were 828, 833 and 836 Kg/m3 respectively. The highest yield was owned by a reaction time of 40 minutes, namely 80%. As for the reaction time of 35 and 45 minutes respectively 79 and 65%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, place, and promotion on customer satisfaction at Hotel Santika Depok through quantitative methods, including surveys and data collection through observation, questionnaires, and unstructured interviews. This study used a sample of 100 guests from Hotel Santika Depok, selected using incidental sampling. The total population of guests at the hotel over the last six months was 28,804. The data for this research was collected via questionnaire on the variables of product, place, promotion, and customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, with the correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination being calculated using SPSS tools. The results of this study suggest that product, place, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Hotel Santika Depok. This is indicated by the multiple linear regression values, which show a correlation coefficient of 0.827 for the product variable, 0.850 for the place variable, and 0.890 for the promotion variable. The coefficient of determination is 84.3%. This means that product, place and promotion contribute 84.3% to customer satisfaction at Hotel Santika Depok, while the remaining 15.7% is influenced by other factors and variables not examined in this study. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the F-test value was greater than the F-table value, indicating that the null hypothesis should be rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis. The t-test also showed that the t-count value was greater than the t-table value for all three variables, indicating that the null hypothesis should be rejected for all three variables.

Abstract

Morals are behaviors that arise from good or bad habits. They help us to know what is right and wrong, and what is useful or not useful for ourselves. This research is a mix of library research (using books and other sources) and field research (gathering data through observation and interviews). The field research part of this study involved talking to Islamic religious teachers in elementary schools. The results showed that the use of many methods and varied approaches in fostering moral education at the elementary school level has been implemented properly. The various methods used to try to change someone's behavior include advice, warning, punishment, and habituation. The curriculum includes lessons on morality, respect for parents and elders, and being honest in speech. Additionally, students are taught how to protect the environment and conserve natural resources. The obstacles faced by Ustad Dalam in promoting moral education among children are that he does not know whether the children's friends are of good or bad character. It is hoped that this research will be useful not only for school principals and teachers as reference materials, but also for all readers in general.

Abstract

In today's modern era, coupled with the recent pandemic, this has forced the world of education to adapt to technological developments that are developing very rapidly. Various sectors of education, both formal and informal, continue to improve in various ways, starting from learning methods, learning media to learning outcomes, which we know as report cards. Digital report cards are not something that is relatively new in Indonesian education, and Yapan Indonesia Vocational School is no exception. So far, the reporting of learning outcomes is conveyed through printed paper and put in a folder which is then handed over at a certain time to the parents of students. When the pandemic hit, this became a problem because government regulations that limited citizens' mobility seemed to impede ongoing communication between the school and parents. Not to mention the several problems that occurred when the report cards provided in the form of sheets of paper were wet, torn or lost which caused the school to have to reprint it many times. The waterfall method is used because the waterfall method is a method that works in a structured and systematic way, starting from the stage of analyzing the required system requirements, then continuing with analysis, moving to the design stage, then coding, and ending with testing or trials, and carrying out maintenance. The results obtained are a digital report card system that is practical to use and can minimize the risk of damage and loss of data

Abstract

This study aims to find out the efforts to improve students' conceptual understanding of the science content of ecosystems for class V elementary schools using interactive videos at SD N 10/IV Jambi and to find out the process of applying interactive video content to the science ecosystem content for class V elementary schools at SD N 10/IV Jambi. This research was conducted at SD N 10/IV Jambi. The research data were obtained by means of interviews with science students and teachers at SD N 10/IV Jambi and school documentation. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the researchers and data analysis, it can be concluded that interactive videos can improve students' understanding of the concept of ecosystem science content for class V SD N 10/IV Jambi. This can be seen from the results of student test assessments in the first cycle of student learning average of 60.28% at the first meeting with 2 students' mastery or 11.11% and at the second cycle I meeting the second student learning average was 66.56 % with completeness of 5 students or 27.78%. In cycle II, the average understanding of students' concepts reached 72.94% at the first meeting with 14 students' completeness or 77.78% and in cycle II, the second meeting, the average student learning was 83.94% with 18 students' completeness or 100%. This shows that students' understanding of concepts increases in learning in each cycle. Increased students' understanding of concepts from cycle I to cycle II of 72.22% with high.

Abstract

Literary work as a medium for the soul of an author who feels he has a duty to contribute as a messenger of moral or religious messages and human life on earth. An author is considered successful if he is able to convey moral and religious messages and life through the literary works he writes, so that the reader does not feel that he is being lectured or lectured, but without realizing the moral message in literary works. Religion refers more to the system of worship of God in terms of official, laws, ordinances, statutes, etc., as well as the organization of the overall interpretation of the Bible, which includes social levels. Express devotion to God, close your eyes, focus, surrender and prepare to listen to the Holy Word silently. Humans were created to worship Allah SWT by carrying out His commands and staying away from all His prohibitions. Human closeness to Allah SWT takes various forms, depending on each individual. However, humans created by Allah SWT are guided by the holy book of the Qur'an and adhere to the teachings of Islam. This research is a qualitative study of literature and activities carried out by collecting and analyzing research data from the novel 99 Lights in the Sky of Europe by Rangga Almahendra and Hanum Salsabiela Rais. In this study, the researcher first read in detail the novel 99 Lights in the Sky Europe by Rangga Almahendra and Hanum Salsabiela Rais. divine value approach. Found research results seen from. (1) looking for divine values related to humans and faith, (2) looking for divine values related to humans and worship, (3) seeking grateful values related to God with humans and (4) looking for patient values related to God with humans.
