Abstract

This study aims to determine the interpretation of educational verses in Surah Luqman, which includes several aspects of education, including educational material, educational methodology, educators, and students. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely describing or outlining the interpretation of educational verses in Surah Luqman verses 13-19. The way to describe the data is done through several expert opinions from various sources. The data collection technique was carried out by using library research techniques. The findings of this study are that Luqman provides education to his children by using love, example, advice, and good greetings. And the contents contained in the letter al-Luqman verses 12-19 are monotheism, birrul waalidain, muhasabatun nafsi, establishing prayer, admonishing ma'ruf nahi munkar, patient, not arrogant, superficial in speech, attitude and deed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) to analyze Islamic counseling services for students of SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. 2) Analyzing the spiritual Intelligence of students of SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. 3) Analyzing Islamic Counseling services in Fostering spiritual Intelligence of students of MP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. The method used is a qualitative method with triangulation techniques, and the main subject is the Counseling Guidance teacher. The results showed that: 1) The counseling service used in this study is an individual counseling service, where this service is very effective when providing guidance. 2) Spiritual intelligence at SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan is excellent because in subjects and activities outside of class hours, there are many activities in religious matters that can further improve students 'spiritual intelligence 3) Counseling Services in fostering student's spiritual intelligence are very effective because spiritual intelligence is assessed Individually with individual counseling services students can feel more comfortable and calm in terms of consulting.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the leadership and performance of the madrasa principal on the work motivation of teachers at MTs Darul Hikmah, Sirandorung District, Central Tapanuli Regency. Used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The descriptive approach is a method that describes or provides an overview of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are, without conducting analysis and making generally accepted conclusions. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the leadership and performance of the Madrasah Principal had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation at MTs Darul Hikmah, Sirandorung District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This is shown by the results of the SPSS test, which shows that the leadership and performance of the Madrasah Principal affect teacher work motivation, which is 70.3%, other factors influence the remaining 29.7%.

Abstract

The background of this research to find out how do the teachers analyze in counseling at tahfidz al-Husna boarding school in Tebing tinggi city started at the activities, authorizing in controlling to do the activities, the aspect of activities to evaluation. This research to find out the (1) the teacher’s supervisor activities in counseling and advising of Islam (2) the involvement (3) what are activities be done and (4) evaluation. This research used the qualitative method, place and time of research was at tahfidz al-Husna Boarding Schoo in Tebing tinggi city. The time for research was started on February, 2021 to July,2021. The data collecting technique was taken the interview, observation and documentation. The data collecting analysis used the data reduction, data supplying, and data conclusion. The result of research found out: (1) the teacher’s supervisor in applying of counseling was planned and programmed by four aspects, those are used the four closings, such as the student’s need, determined the destination on supplying of counseling, interpreted and determined subject matter based on the gender, technique, and strategy. Fund rising and facilities on supplying of counseling (2) the involvement in supplying of counseling activities done at four aspects, those are determined the counselor or teacher of tahfidz and the teacher’s boarding school advisor in group tuition in competence. Socialization on counseling supplying. The daily task description (job description) and make the partnership with stakeholder (3) activity aspect was done in several methods those are the right model method, persuasion method and story method (4) the evaluation was coming of background by the obstacle. For the obstacle was divided into two parts, those the inclusive and exclusive. For the inclusive is less of optimal on time for doing the counseling supplying activity. The less of attention of supervising from the head leader of institution into the field. For the obstacle of exclusive because less of the facility optimal according to supplying construction of counseling from the expert of counselor, the less optimal from the high attention such as the ministerial religion affairs branch of Tebing tinggi, the less of head leader’s attention and the header’s attention of institution. The evaluation gave 6 monthly one and the less optimal of counseling supplying training.

Abstract

The violations that students in Islamic boarding schools often experience are a significant problem that educators need serious attention to. However, in reality, in Nurul Falah Islamic Boarding School, many students still violate the applied discipline. So that the researcher wanted to find out how to use the field in the Nurul Falah Islamic Boarding School and how to overcome the violations of the rules that had been implemented in the Nurul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology The data collection techniques in this study were carried out in three ways: observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interpretation of the surah about the pattern of interaction between teachers and students in Q. S. Al-Baqarah verses 30-31. This study uses a qualitative method, using a library research approach. The primary data sources in this study were the Qur'an al-Karim and the books of interpretation, such as: Tafsir Al-Misbah, Tafsir Al-Wasith, Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir Muyassar, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Al-Azhar, and Tafsir Al-Qur'an. The results show that the interpretation of Surah al-Baqarah verses 30-31 by mufassirin regarding teacher and student interactions can be described as follows: Interaction between teachers and students should be based on mutual understanding and must take place in an atmosphere of mutual respect. This attitude as shown by Allah swt as a teacher who makes a decision and angels as obedient and obedient students for what is the will of Allah is a reflection of a wise attitude in providing guidance or teaching to their students and students also have a sense of humility, obedience and obey the teacher. The pattern of interaction between teachers and students in Surah al-Baqarah verse 30 uses a two-way interaction pattern, namely reciprocal communication between teachers and students. Meanwhile, in Surah al-Baqarah verse 31, it uses a three-way interaction pattern (teacher-student-teacher-student pattern).

Abstract

This study understands the various roles that the School Student Organization performs in improving character education in Muhammadiyah Two Sidoarjo High School. Using qualitative research phenomenological approach premises. His research determined by purposive, namely the students who became an administrator and a member of student council. The type of data collected in the form of qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary sources. Analyzed by reduction, display and draw conclusions. To check the validity of the data is done tringulasi source. The results showed that the council has a major role in character education students. This is reinforced by the opinion of K.H. Dewantara about three things that underlie an education, firstly, family; secondly, the place of education; and thirdly, the youth movement. Then it resulted from this research that through various activities of the youth movement or student council. Through various activities the student council, the student's character becomes more intelijibel, ie, honest, disciplined, responsible, independent, confident, like mutual cooperation, leadership and creative spirit, and students can develop his potential and have creative ideas for the surrounding communities.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has a considerable impact not only on the economic decline of the Covid 19 pandemic community but also on learning in schools. Knowing that is initially face-to-face is transferred to an online learning model called E-Learning. This research aims to determine how PAI teachers' learning strategies in E-learning learning during pandemics like today. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The source of the data obtained by the researchers was an interview with Islamic religious education teacher SMK Karsa Mulya Palangkaraya. The result of this study is that learning through the E-learning model in SMK karsa mulya palangkaraya has its constraints for students, from the lack of activeness and discipline of students in using existing learning media.

Abstract

There are so many cases of delinquency that occur to students that they need counseling guidance which is an effort to help individuals achieve optimal development. This study aims to analyze: the mental health conditions of students at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, implementation of Islamic counseling guidance at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, the concept of Islamic counseling guidance in mental health development at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, mental health maintenance efforts at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. This study uses a qualitative method, using a naturalistic phenomenological research approach. Collecting data using interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were the head of MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, counselors (BK teachers) at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, parents of students, and students at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. The data collected through these various techniques are examined and carried out with data reduction, data presentation, and verification or concluding. There are four findings in this study: 1) There is a social gap, from the school to students mistreated between students whose economy is middle to upper and students whose economy is middle to lower, 2) lack of approach between teachers and students. 3) lack of respect between teachers and students.

Abstract

This study discusses the planning of teacher performance in determining the direction of organizational work orientation at MTS Al-Washliyah beach pumpkin what activities must be carried out to achieve organizational goals; the research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the results of this study are based on the results of research observed from a conclusion regarding the planning and implementation of performance in determining the direction in the organization at MTS Al-Washliyah Pantai Labu, namely by implementing the Teacher's performance plan will provide a successful orientation at MTS Al-Washliyah Pantai Labu. In organizational performance planning, performance planning aims to provide information about what must be carried out on each individual in the corporate environment. The result is that performance planning is the process of compiling a plan as the implementation or elaboration of the program that has been determined in a strategic plan.
