Abstract

Abstract This study discusses student learning outcomes which are only devoted to student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject. Based on the learning outcomes of MAN 3 Langkat students, there are still some who have not reached the KKM 85. The pedagogical competencies possessed by Akidah Akhlak teachers at MAN 3 Langkat already have educational qualifications and educational backgrounds in accordance with their field of work. Teachers are also able to fully understand the students. The development of a pedagogical competency curriculum based on implementation planning, evaluation of learning outcomes and the development of student potential is carried out by Akidah Akhlak teachers who have been implemented at MAN 3 Langkat. and utilize technology-based learning media. The impact of the implementation of teacher pedagogic competence in learning is the basis for Akidah Akhlak teachers to diagnose learning difficulties and improve the learning process for students..

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the leadership management of al-Kamal Tambaksari Islamic boarding school, Kuwarasan, Kebumen. The research method that the author uses in this study uses the process of observation, documentation, and interviews within the framework of qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that leadership management in the al-Kamal Islamic boarding school runs according to the existing frame of reference in the management standards of the Islamic boarding school. Kyai runs the organization of Islamic boarding schools in a democratic and deliberation way.

Abstract

Humans in the present day are capable of encountering complicated challenges, as well as the complexity of the times. Based on the Qur'an and Hadith, the existence of Islamic Education counseling is a solution in helping individuals get through their difficulties. The purpose of this paper is to discuss human potential as counselors and targets of Islamic education counseling from a scientific standpoint. This article arose through literature review that included data from books, scientific journals, including research papers. Content analysis was used to examine the data. The results demonstrated that Islamic education counseling could make it easier to find alternative problem-solving methods based on the Qur'an and Hadith, and also faith in Allah SWT. Islamic education counseling encourages clients to further strengthen their natural personality so that they will always carry out Allah SWT's commands, and indeed the presence of Islamic education counseling can increase the counselee's faith, Islam, and sincerity to become human beings.

Abstract

This research is to find out school principal supervision intensity to Islamic education lesson achievements at MTs Wedung Demak; teachers’ performance to Islamic education lesson achievements at MTs Wedung Demak; school principal supervision intensity and teachers’ performance to Islamic education lesson achievements at MTs Wedung Demak. The population of this research is teachers of Islamic education lesson achievements. The sampling technique used is total sampling, which means that all the population is used as a sample. The data is collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis uses percentage description and multiple linear regressions. The results of this research is: 1) School principal supervision intensity (x1) acquired t count = 8,234 with significance t = 0,000 and t count > t table (8,234> 2,021) or significance t is smaller than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), so there is the influence of the school principal supervision intensity to Islamic education lesson achievement; 2) teachers’ performance (x2) obtained t count of 3,314 with t significance of 0,002 and t count > t table ( 3,314 > 2,000 ) or significance would 0,05 ( 0,002 > 0,05 ), so there is influence on teacher performance to Islamic education lesson achievements; 3) School principal supervision intensity (x1) together with teacher performance (x2) f value count of 45,713 with significantly by 0,000 < 0,05 and f count > f table ( 45,713 > 3,204 ), influence school principal supervision intensity and teacher performance together Islamic education lesson achievements MTs Wedung Demak.

Abstract

his study examines the implementation of online learning-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the Al-Irsyad Junior High School (SMP) -referred to as SMPPA- in Malang City during the New Normal Era. Learning opportunities and challenges in the current New Normal Era require a holistic and comprehensive study, especially in PAI subjects that characterize SMPPA. This research is based on the e-learning theory initiated by Rosenberg and uses a qualitative approach to understand descriptive data in oral data, observable behavior, and written data. Data were collected through observation techniques, document studies, and virtual interviews. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Hubermann, and Saldana. The conclusion of this research states that: (1). The implementation of online learning at SMPPA is based on web-based learning through the academic page.alirsyadmalang.org with four supporting components. (2). Opportunities and challenges in the online learning process at SMPPA are a synthesis of the existence and interrelation of three main factors, namely students, educators, and ICT-based learning media. The implication of the results of the analysis of the opportunities and challenges of PAI in SMPPA in the New Normal Era is the emergence of concrete steps to optimize the role of online learning as an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of Nurul Huda Grujugan Kidul Bondowoso junior high school, namely the lack of community participation in education. This can be seen from the absence of infaq money or administrative payments from the student's guardians to the school, so education funds are minimal. This limited funding certainly has an impact on various fields of education management. This study describes the principal's strategy in fostering public interest in education. With this strategy, it is hoped that the public's interest in helping schools will grow. This study uses a qualitative research approach. In collecting data, researchers used interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The study results found that the principal's strategy to foster public interest was carried out by; 1) building a good image in the community by carrying out religious activities; 2) providing opportunities for the community to participate in different ways according to their respective abilities and professions.

Abstract

Hadih Maja (The Acehnese Proverbs) is oral literature as a wise expression of ancestral’s heritage about the values and philosophies of Acehnese life which is expressed briefly, densely, and with a touch of poetic language. Hadih Maja contains various values and philosophical dimensions so that it becomes a guide in carrying out the daily life of people in Aceh. Most of the Hadih Maja is a crystallization of Islamic values in the cultural system of the Acehnese people. One of the values contained in Hadih Maja is the value of Islamic parenting. This study aimed to describe and interpret some basic principles in the study of concepts Islamic parenting based on Hadih Maja (The Acehnese Proverbs). This research use qualitative method with content analysis techniques. The data collection technique was carried out by studying documents using primary data sources in the form of Hadih Maja collections written by Hasyim MK (1977) and interviews with the community regarding the use of Hadih Maja (The Acehnese Proverbs). The results of this research showed that the Islamic parenting values contained in Hadih Maja were divided into five basic principles. Hadih Maja contains five basic principles of Islamic parenting which are contained in the 20 Hadih Maja Aceh. The five basic principles of Islamic parenting contained in Hadih Maja are: 1) Qudwah Hasanah (Integrated Role Model); 2) Al-'Aadah (Habituation); 3) Al-Mauidzah (Effective Advice); 4) Al-Mulahadzah (Fairness in Care and Control); 5) Al-Ujurah wa al-'Uqubah (Proportional Consequencess). It is concluded that Hadih Maja a cultural product that is valuable and meaningful so to protect this ancestral heritage, this Hadih Maja must have to revitalize so that this valuable cultural treasure will be preserved and will not disappear over time.

Abstract

Educational thought is an exciting theme of discourse to follow. This discourse is more enjoyable when it is associated with the level of success of education in Indonesia, according to the quality of human resources. Surveys on the quality of education, especially in the literacy aspect, show worrisome results. For example, the results of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) survey released on December 3, 2019, placed Indonesia at a meager score for three literacy areas; reading, math, and science. This concern is still compounded by the challenges of facing 21st-century skills, the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This condition is the background of Merdeka Belajar's policy. The concept of Merdeka Belajar has long been alluded to by experts. For example, in a different perspective, Ivan Illich initiated the idea of deschooling society (deschooling education). This paper examines the relevance of Merdeka Belajar's policy to Ivan Illich's concept of deschooling education. The research sources are the documentation of Merdeka Belajar and the thoughts of Ivan Illich, as well as relevant library materials. Therefore it is a type of library research. The approach used is a qualitative approach by conducting content analysis. The study results show that there is no relevance between Merdeka Learning policy to the concept of deschooling education of Ivan Illich.

Abstract

Society 5.0 is in line with the industrial revolution 4.0 where both bring technology as a new world change. This research aims to understand the basic concepts of society 5.0 and Islamic educational institutions' readiness to address them. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources are obtained through literature studies and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results show that the basic concept of society 5.0 is directed at human comfort in all joints of life or activity through technology optimization. Islamic educational institutions are required to cultivate values to stem the negative influence of changes and the development of the times, both society 5.0 in line and the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This research is based on researchers' observations that the development of mualaf in Palangka Raya does not receive serious attention. The purpose of this research was to describe the context, input, process, and products (results) of the PAI development program for mualaf at MCI Palangka Raya. This research is evaluation research using mixed methods and the CIPP model. The results showed that the CIPP PAI development program analysis for mualaf at MCI Palangka Raya was: 1) Context, namely unfulfilled needs including institutional support, family support, and development materials. Meanwhile, the material on akidah and sharia is material that has not been achieved and material for worship and morals that is easily attained. 2) Input, namely the presenters are by their expertise, enthusiasm for mualaf to participating in development is low, the response of mualaf is excellent, and the condition of the development facilities and infrastructure is not adequate. 3) Process, namely the mismatch of the implementation schedule and the specified material. In addition, the utilization of facilities and infrastructure has not been maximized. The program implementation process still encountered several obstacles. 4) Product (result), namely the achievement of program objectives, are classified as high and the development program has a religious impact on qualify. Based on the results of this analysis, the PAI development program for mualaf at MCI Palangka Raya was continued with several improvements
