Abstract

This research was conducted with a purpose to determine the influence of service quality and customer experience on community satisfaction. This research took place at the Pandak Gede Village Office in Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The population in this research is the people of Pandak Gede Village who have received services in 2022 as many as 2,675 people. The sample size determined was 96 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Instrument testing was carried out using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis prove that service quality and customer experience partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies are one type of company whose it’s value is greatly influenced by the public's views in carrying out its activities. Company value is an important concept for investors because company value is an indicator of how the market assesses the company as a whole. This research aims to determine the influence of dividend policy, debt policy and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research uses a quantitative design with financial reports and annual reports of manufacturing companies on the IDX as the main data. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies registered on the IDX, amountly 196 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling, so that the number of samples was determined as 54 companies which made up 162 total observations over 3 years. The main data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that dividend policy, debt policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies, both partially and simultaneously. This means that the better the dividend policy, debt policy and profitability, the better the value of the manufacturing company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Price Perception, Promotion, and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions for BNR Bird Cage Products at Rulloh Bird Cage UMKM Sidoarjo. Determination of the number of samples in this study will be calculated using incidental sampling, the researcher will provide data collection tools to anyone who happens to meet with a total of 100 respondents, while the respondents who filled out the questionnaire in this study were customers who had purchased BNR bird cage products. In this study, the first data collection technique was interviews with respondents. Interviews are not only conducted directly but can also be conducted via email, telephone, and so on. Second, observation by observing the objects studied in the field to obtain a phenomenon related to the data needed in this study. Third, with non-verbal questions or making questionnaires that will later be submitted to the resource person. The method in this study is to use a quantitative method with the results of the study showing that the Price, Promotion and Brand Image variables have a simultaneous influence on Purchase Satisfaction made by customers. All variables are said to have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision that has increased both in terms of demand and supply, which has a lot of customer interest in buying, while in terms of sales it always improves, so that it can provide a very positive impact on the company

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of communication and the level of employee discipline as well as the influence of communication on employee work discipline at PT.Radja Jaens Saputra in Ubud Gianyar. There are 5 methods used to collect data, namely: observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study.  The analysis techniques used are: a. Quantitative Analysis, namely an analytical technique for analyzing quantitative data, where the analytical techniques used include 1) Simple Linear Regression Analysis, 2) Simple Correlation Analysis, 3) Determination Analysis. b. Descriptive analysis techniques to explain the results of the analysis and help draw conclusions about the research results Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the operational communication process at PT Radja Jaens Saputra in Ubud Gianyar is running very well. Work discipline in operations at PT.Radja Jaens Saputra in Ubud Gianyar is good. Communication has a real or significant effect on employee work discipline at the company PT. Radja Jaens Saputra in Ubud which can be seen from the calculated t (2.859) which is greater than the t table (1.714), which is in the area where Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effect is strong with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.512 which is between 0.51-0.75 in the strong criteria. Meanwhile, the influence relationship is positive, where one unit of communication improvement causes an increase in discipline of 0.762 units.

Abstract

The increase in demand for motorcycle transport triggers a high level of competition among motorcycle manufacturers. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Yamaha Bisma Supratman Denpasar. This study used a sample of 98 respondents with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that all independent variables, namely service quality, price, and location, had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment, work shifts and work stress on the performance of health workers at the Premagana General Hospital, Gianyar. The population used in this study were all health workers at Premagana Gianyar General Hospital and by using a simple random sampling technique, the number of samples was determined as many as 107 respondents. The results of research and analysis using SPSS show that: (1) The non-physical work environment, work shifts and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of health workers. (2) The non-physical work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers. (3) Shift work partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers. (4) Work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on the performance of health workers at Premagana General Hospital.

Abstract

Job satisfaction greatly affects employee work results so that it is maximum, so it is important to maintain it, factors that have an influence on employee job satisfaction, namely the work environment and employee workload. This study serves to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the work environment and employee workload on employee job satisfaction in Nailogy Bali Ubung and Canggu. The number of samples in this study is all Nailogy Bali Ubung and Canggu employees totaling 34 respondents. The method of determining the sample with a saturated sample is that the entire population is used as a sample. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained that 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Nailogy Bali Ubung and Canggu employees. 2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Nailogy Bali Ubung and Canggu employees and 3) The work environment and workload simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of Nailogy Bali Ubung and Canggu employees. The advice in this study to maintain employee job satisfaction is to provide a comfortable work environment and supervise employees so that they do not feel a high workload during work.

Abstract

Tokopedia, as one of the largest marketplaces in Indonesia, is the main choice for generation z in fulfilling their shopping needs through online platforms. Generation z, known as digital consumers, is highly influenced by various factors in their purchasing decisions, including the influence of advertisements and celebrity figures. A rapidly growing phenomenon is the use of k-pop idols as brand ambassadors in product advertisements. The use of k-pop idols is not only intended to increase product popularity, but is also expected to form a strong brand image, which ultimately influences consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of k-pop idols as brand ambassadors, advertisements and brand image on product purchasing decisions by generation z on the Tokopedia marketplace. The research population is generation z consumers domiciled in the city of Denpasar. The sample in this study was 112 respondents who were determined based on the purposive sampling method and using data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that brand ambassadors did not influence product purchasing decisions by generation z on the Tokopedia marketplace, while advertisements and brand image had a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions by generation z on the Tokopedia marketplace. Suggestions for further research include expanding the scope of the research by involving respondents from various generational groups, and conducting it over a longer period of time in order to provide a more in-depth picture of the factors that influence purchasing decisions in a broader context.

Abstract

Menyama braya is a form of local wisdom that remains widely practiced in Bali. This concept serves as a cultural foundation emphasizing equality, solidarity, and cooperation among members of the Balinese community. As Balinese society transitions from traditional to modern structures, shifts occur in household production, distribution, and consumption patterns—particularly concerning the substantial expenses required for religious ceremonies. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the menyama braya concept and the level of well-being among Balinese Hindus, from the perspective of academics who possess a deep understanding of the concept and of social welfare indicators. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of   household financial management in addressing the financial demands of socio-religious obligations to avoid adverse effects on family welfare. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling to select participants. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Six academic respondents, all of whom actively participate in menyama braya activities within their communities, were involved in this study. The research process includes data collection, meaning categorization, and essence writing. Findings reveal that active involvement in menyama braya activities increases household expenditures, thereby reducing disposable income. As such, effective financial management strategies are necessary to maintain a balance between cultural commitments and economic stability.

Abstract

The high potential of the mining sector has led to an increase in investment. Investors consider the value of a company before investing their capital, which is reflected in the PBV value. Fluctuations in PBV values result in differences in the value of each mining company. An increase in PBV values indicates that a company has successfully realized its value and provided prosperity for investors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of profitability, investment decisions, and financing decisions on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. A total of 28 companies were selected as samples using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis processed using SPSS. Profitability has a negative and significant partial effect on Firm Value. Investment Decisions have a positive but insignificant partial effect on Firm Value. Financing Decisions have a negative and significant partial effect on Firm Value. The results of this study indicate that Profitability, Investment Decisions, and Financing Decisions have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Firm Value.
