Abstract

Abstract: The meaningfulness of learning is determined by the form of learning presented by educators which affects the problem-solving ability and level of mathematical anxiety of students. The purpose of this study is to investigate to see an increase in problem-solving ability and reduce the level of mathematical anxiety of students in class VIII.A by applying an innovative problem-based learning (PBL) learning model. This research is a class action research (PTK). The study was conducted until and ended in the fourth cycle. The application of innovative problem-based learning models can improve problem-solving skills and reduce students' level of mathematical anxiety.Keyword: Problem Based Learning, Problem Solving Ability, Anxiet Abstrak: Kebermaknaan pembelajaran ditentukan oleh bentuk pembelajaran yang disajikan oleh Guru yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan tingkat kecemasan matematis siswa. Abstract

Abstract: The Ternate flash flood is a topic that is highlighted by many journalists on the X application timeline. The existence of digital volunteers can be seen in spreading hashtags #prayforrua which help the response stage in disaster management. The purpose of the study was to see the role of digital volunteers in disseminating disaster information with #prayforrua hashtags. The research method is carried out quantitatively according to the stages of communication network analysis. Based on the results of the calculation of data execution using NodeXL, @sabualamo account became the main digital volunteer account that disseminated disaster information with the hashtag #prayforrua. The existence of digital volunteers has succeeded in disseminating information that helps the response stage in disaster management and is even able to mobilize donations for victims of the Ternate flood disaster. Keywords: Communication Network Analysis, X Application, Flash Floods, Digital Volunteers, Response, Disaster Management, #prayforrua Abstrak: Banjir bandang Ternate menjadi topik yang banyak disoroti warganget pada linimasa aplikasi X. Banjir bandang ini disebabkan adanya sumbatan-sumbatan baik secara alami maupun buatan yang terjadi pada bagian hulu atas Sungai. Eksistensi relawan digital terlihat dalam menyebarkan hashtag #prayforrua yang membantu tahap respon dalam manajemen bencana. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat peran relawan digital dalam menyebarkan informasi bencana dengan hashtag #prayforrua. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif sesuai dengan tahapan pada analisis jaringan komunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan eksisntensi data menggunakan NodeXL, akun @sabualamo menjadi akun sebagai relawan digital utama yang menyebarkan informasi bencana dengan hashtag #prayforrua. Eksistensi relawan digital berhasil menyebarkan informasi yang membantu tahap respon pada manajemen bencana bahkan mampu menggerakkan penggalangan donasi bagi korban bencana banjir Ternate. Kata kunci: Analisis Jaringan Komunikasi, Aplikasi X, Banjir Bandang, Relawan Digital, Respon, Manajemen Bencana, #prayforrua.

Abstract

Abstract: Bendhung Lepen Tourism was originally an unkempt Green Open Space (RTH), with irrigation channels full of waste and dirt. Seeing this condition, the youth community "Mrican Youth" took the initiative to clean it and fill the channels with fish. Over time, this place attracted the attention of many visitors. This tourism also involves the surrounding community to participate in economic activities, such as selling in the area. For this effort, on October 28, 2021, Bendhung Lepen Tourism was awarded the Liputan6 Award in the UMKM empowerment category. This study aims to describeethe processaand results of community empowerment through the development of Bendhung Lepen tourism in Mrican Village, Yogyakarta. The method useddis descriptive qualitativeewith a case studyyapproach. Dataawere obtained through observation,iinterviews, andddocumentation. The results of the study show that community empowerment is carriedoout through severallstages. The firsttstage is community awareness, which is continued with capacity building in three aspects: training and counseling for individuals, meetings to strengthen organizations, and making agreements or joint rules to build a value system. The impact of this community empowerment includes the creation of job opportunities, increased income, and increased awareness and concern of the Mrican Village community for the surrounding environment. Keyword: Community Empowerment, Tourism Development, Bendhung Lepen Yogyakarta. Abstrak: Wisata Bendhung Lepen pada awalnya merupakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) yang tidak terawat, dengan saluran irigasi yang penuh limbah dan kotoran. Melihat kondisi tersebut, komunitas pemuda “Mrican Youth” mengambil inisiatif untuk membersihkannya dan mengisi saluran tersebut dengan ikan. Seiring waktu, tempat ini menarik perhatian banyak pengunjung. Wisata inijjuga melibatkan masyarakat sekitar untukkberpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ekonomi, seperti berjualan di area tersebut. Atas upaya ini, padaa28 Oktober 2021, Wisata BendhunggLepen dianugerahi Liputan6 Award dalam kategori pemberdayaannUMKM. Penelitian iniibertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasillpemberdayaan masyarakat melaluippengembangan wisata Bendhung Lepenndi Kampung Mrican, Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakannadalah deskriptif kualitatifddengan pendekatan studikkasus. Data diperolehhmelalui observasi, wawancara, danddokumentasi. Hasil penelitianmmenunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap. Tahap pertamaaadalah penyadaran masyarakat, yang dilanjutkan dengan peningkatan kapasitas dalam tiga aspek: pelatihan dan penyuluhan untuk individu, pertemuan untuk memperkuat organisasi, serta pembuatan kesepakatan atau aturan bersama untuk membangun sistem nilai. Dampak dari pemberdayaan masyarakat ini meliputi terciptanya peluang kerja, peningkatan pendapatan, serta meningkatnya kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat Kampung Mrican terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Kata Kunci: PemberdayaannMasyarakat, PengembanganwWisata, Bendhung LepennYogyakarta.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Treffinger model assisted by a web live worksheet on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class VIII UPTD students at SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is experimental research with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The population in this study were all class VIII students at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran. Two classes were selected using purposive sampling to be used as research samples. Class VIII-1 as an experimental class is taught using the Treffinger model with the help of a web live worksheet, while class VIII-2 is a control class taught using a direct learning model. The data obtained in this research were in the form of students' mathematical problem solving ability scores which were analyzed using the t-test. Based on the data obtained on students' mathematical problem solving abilities, it is known that the average value of experimental class students' mathematical problem solving abilities is 83.67, which is greater than that of the control class, 73.67. From the results of the hypothesis test calculations, it is obtained that t_count>t_table is 4.94 > 1.67, so H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of the Treffinger model assisted by web live worksheet on students' mathematical problem solving abilities at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran. Keywords: Treffinger Model; Web Liveworksheet; Mathematical Problem Solving Ability Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Treffinger berbantuan web liveworksheet terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa  kelas VIII UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas  VIII di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran. Dua kelas dipilih secara purposive sampling untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Kelas VIII-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diajarkan dengan menerapkan model Treffinger berbantuan web liveworksheet sedangkan kelas VIII-2 kelas kontrol diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa skor kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang dianalisis dengan uji-t. Berdasarkan data kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang telah diperoleh, diketahui bahwa rata-rata nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 83,67 lebih besar dari kelas kontrol 73,67. Dari hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh t_hitung>t_tabel yaitu  sebesar 4,94 > 1,67 maka H_0 ditolak dan H_1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh model  Treffinger berbantuan web liveworksheet terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran. Kata kunci: Model Treffinger; Web Liveworksheet; Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis

Abstract

Abstract: Developing an efficient and flexible information system is a challenge in meeting the needs of an ever-growing organization. This study aims to design and implement a modular framework in developing a payroll information system at PT. Jekael Invesco. The modular framework was chosen to provide ease in managing, developing, and maintaining the system, as well as ensuring scalability and integration with other systems. The research methods used include needs analysis, module-based system design, framework implementation, and system testing. The modular framework is designed by dividing the main functions of the system, such as employee data management, salary calculation, benefits management, and financial reporting, into independent modules that can operate in an integrated manner. The system development process follows the Agile approach to ensure that the system can be developed iteratively and adaptively according to changing organizational needs. The results of the study show that the application of a modular framework to the payroll information system provides a number of benefits, such as increased efficiency of data management, ease of adding or changing features, and reducing time and costs in the system maintenance process. In addition, this system was successfully integrated with the existing financial system at PT. Jekael Invesco, thus supporting the automation of the overall payroll process. The conclusion of this study is that the modular framework has proven effective in increasing the flexibility, efficiency, and scalability of the payroll information system. The implementation of this framework is expected to be a solution for other companies facing similar challenges in developing information systems. Keyword: Modular Framework, Payroll Information System, Agile, PT. Jekael Invesco, Systems Development Abstrak: Pengembangan sistem informasi yang efisien dan fleksibel merupakan tantangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan framework modular dalam pengembangan sistem informasi penggajian pada PT. Jekael Invesco. Framework modular dipilih untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan, pengembangan, dan pemeliharaan sistem, serta memastikan skalabilitas dan integrasi dengan sistem lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem berbasis modul, implementasi framework, dan pengujian sistem. Framework modular dirancang dengan membagi fungsi utama sistem, seperti pengelolaan data karyawan, perhitungan gaji, manajemen tunjangan, dan laporan keuangan, ke dalam modul-modul independen yang dapat beroperasi secara terintegrasi. Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti pendekatan Agile untuk memastikan sistem dapat dikembangkan secara iteratif dan adaptif sesuai dengan perubahan kebutuhan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan framework modular pada sistem informasi penggajian memberikan sejumlah manfaat, seperti peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan data, kemudahan dalam penambahan atau pengubahan fitur, serta pengurangan waktu dan biaya dalam proses pemeliharaan sistem. Selain itu, sistem ini berhasil diintegrasikan dengan sistem keuangan yang ada di PT. Jekael Invesco, sehingga mendukung otomatisasi proses penggajian secara keseluruhan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah framework modular terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas, efisiensi, dan skalabilitas sistem informasi penggajian. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Deli Serdang Regency in increasing public participation through effective political communication, as well as to explore the utilization of digital technology in strengthening the relationship between DPRD and the public. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with DPRD members, observation of DPRD activities, and analysis of related documents. The results show that the DPRD of Deli Serdang has significant efforts to improve performance and integrity through programs that address basic needs such as healthcare and employment. Open communication between representatives and constituents has proven to be crucial in strengthening public participation, increasing transparency, and improving the image of the DPRD. Furthermore, the use of digital technology, such as social media and e-catalogs for budgeting, has become an effective strategy to enhance interaction between the DPRD and the public. This study also identifies the importance of internal supervision to maintain the integrity of council members, as well as the need for closer collaboration with the local government to achieve sustainable development. Keywords: DPRD, Integritas, Communication Strategy. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat melalui komunikasi politik yang efektif, serta mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam memperkuat hubungan antara DPRD dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan anggota DPRD, observasi terhadap kegiatan DPRD, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPRD Deli Serdang memiliki upaya yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan integritas melalui program-program yang mencakup kebutuhan dasar masyarakat seperti kesehatan dan pekerjaan. Komunikasi terbuka antara wakil rakyat dan konstituen juga terbukti penting dalam memperkuat partisipasi publik, meningkatkan transparansi, dan memperbaiki citra DPRD. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti media sosial dan e-katalog untuk belanja anggaran menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan interaksi antara DPRD dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi pentingnya pengawasan internal untuk menjaga integritas anggota dewan, serta perlunya kolaborasi yang lebih erat dengan pemerintah daerah dalam mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: DPRD, Integritas, Strategi Komunikasi.

Abstract

Abstract: leadership style is one aspect that influences employee work discipline. a phenomenon occurred at the medan city dprd office, where there was negligence while working by employees in several divisions. being late for morning roll call is one of the types of employee indiscipline encountered. therefore, this phenomenon was raised as research. . this research aims to find out how much influence leadership style has on employee discipline in the medan city dprd office. the population in this study was 120 employees from several divisions in the medan city dprd office. the number of samples used was 55 respondents. the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. the data analysis technique uses simple linear aggression analysis. the results of the research show that 1) the leadership style used in the medan city dprd office is an autotactic leadership style. 2) leadership style has a positive effect on employee discipline at the medan city dprd office. Keywords: leadership style, work discipline, morning roll call, employee Abstrak: Gaya Kepemimpinan menjadi salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan kerja karyawan. Sebuah fenomena terjadi di kantor DPRD Kota Medan, yang mana adanya kelalaian saat bekerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan di beberapa divisi. Terlambat ikut apel pagi adalah salah satu dari ketidak – disiplinan karyawan yang ditemui. Karena itu, diangkat fenomena ini sebagai penelitian. . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kedisiplinan karyawan di kantor DPRD Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 karyawan dari beberapa divisi di kantor DPRD Kota Medan. Jumlah sample yang di gunakan sebanyak 55 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis agresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan yang digunakan pada kantor DPRD Kota Medan adalah gaya kepemimpinan otoraktis. 2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan karyawan di kantor DPRD Kota Medan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepeimpinan, disiplin kerja, apel pagi, pegawai

Abstract: In the field of Indonesian Language Education, it focuses on language and literature. This study examines literature which aims to: (1) Describe the Id of the Sasana character in the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari? (2) Describe the ego of the Sasana character in the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari? (3) Describe the superego of the Sasana character in the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari? This study uses Qualitative Descriptive Research. The data in this study is the text in the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari, and the data source used is the novel Pasung Jiwa. The data collection technique used is the reading and recording technique. The results obtained are (1) The Id analysis of the character "Sasana" in the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari is hatred, resignation or surrender, torture, confinement, anger, stupidity, awe, pleasure, disappointment, longing, jealousy, and fear. (2) The ego analysis of the character "Sasana" in the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari is courage, rebellion, fear, sadness, self-closure, resignation, and confusion. (3) The analysis of the superego of the character "Sasana" in the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari is reckless, never giving up, depressed, traumatized, and free. Keywords: Character Character, Pasung Jiwa Novel, Psychoanalysis Study Abstrak: Dalam bidang Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia berfokus pada bahasa dan sastra. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang sastra yang bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan Id tokoh Sasana dalam novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari? (2) Mendeskripsikan ego tokoh Sasana dalam novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari? (3) Mendeskripsikan superego tokoh Sasana dalam novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari? Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah teks dalam novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari, serta sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Pasung Jiwa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik baca dan catat. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah (1) Analisis Id  tokoh “Sasana” dalam novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari adalah kebencian, pasrah atau berserah diri, tersiksa, terkurung, marah, masa bodoh, kagum, kesenangan, kekecewaan, kerinduan, kecemburuan, dan ketakutan. Abstract

Abstract: PT. Pegadaian Persero Pringgan Medan Branch is a company operating in the pawn system sector. In this era of globalization, many pawnshop companies compete fiercely to attract customers, so discipline is needed in working to achieve all company goals. The purpose of this research is to find out how compensation and work motivation influence employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Persero, Pringgan Medan Branch. The data in this research uses a quantitative method, namely by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Pegadaian Persero, Pringgan Medan Branch. Based on the results of research regarding the analysis of the influence of compensation and work motivation, providing compensation and providing motivation from an employee's leadership greatly influences employee performance. Keywords: compensation, motivation, performance, employee Abstrak: PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Pringgan Medan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang sistem gadai. Di era globalisasi ini banyak perusahaan gadai yang bersaing secara ketat untuk menarik nasabah sehingga dibutuhkan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja agar tercapainya seluruh tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Pringgan Medan. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Pringgan Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai analisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja, pemberian kompensasi dan pemberian motivasi dari seorang pimpinanan karyawan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract: Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) is one of the payment methods used by server-based electronic money applications, electronic wallets or mobile banking and has the potential to expand the acceptance of national non-cash payments more efficiently. The growing innovation towards digital payment has in fact changed people's lifestyles, especially in Medan city, which has led to impulsive buying behaviour, which is an irrational purchase and is associated with a quick and unplanned purchase, followed by a conflict of thoughts and emotional impulses. About 41% of Generation Z customers are impulsive shoppers, followed by 34% of Millennials and 32% of Generation Xers. The urgency of this research is to analyse the behavioural model of using the QRIS application as an effort to avoid impulsive buying. Based on the PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coppers) survey related to Global Consumer Insight, it illustrates how the digital payment system is turning into a trend or what is commonly called a cashless society. The survey results noted that 47% of respondents in Indonesia currently use digital payments. The purpose of this study is to avoid impulsive buying for QRIS users with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model in the context of information technology acceptance which integrates the technology acceptance domain into one user behaviour as the main dependent variable. This research method combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (mix method) conducted in Medan City with the object of research is QRIS users in making offline transactions who make transactions at Coffeeshop which is visited by Generation Z, namely Starbucks, Zircon Chill Coffee Shop, Doppio Coffee Shop, Palms Medan Coffee Shop, Mano Indonesia, Lorong Coffeeshop, FORE, and Hardapana Cffeeshop) and Fashion Stores at Sun Plaza and Deli Park Mall and the help of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) as the method used to see behavioural relationships. The results of the study state that QRIS affects impulsive buying in people in Medan city. The testing of hypotheses to research this proves that the performance of expectancy or expectations of them were found significant performance intention or intention users behavior.This means performanace expectancy affect behavior intention that the use of the digital qris very fast and efficient. Keywords: QRIS, Impulsive Buying, Mobil Banking, Cashless society, global consumer                  insight. Abstrak: Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran yang digunakan oleh aplikasi uang elektronik berbasis server, dompet elektronik atau mobile banking dan berpotensi memperluas penerimaan pembayaran nontunai nasional secara lebih efisien. Inovasi yang berkembang terhadap digital payment faktanya merubah gaya hidup masyarakat khususnya di kota Medan yang menimbulkan perilaku impulsive buying yaitu pembelian tidak rasional dan diasosiasikan dengan pembelian yang cepat dan tidak direncanakan, diikuti oleh adanya konflik fikiran dan dorongan emosional. Sekitar 41% pelanggan Generasi Z adalah pembelanja impulsive, diikuti oleh 34% generasi Milenial dan 32% Generasi X. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis model perilaku penggunaan aplikasi QRIS sebagai upaya untuk menghindari impulsive buying. Berdasarkan survei PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coppers) berkaitan dengan Global Consumer Insight memberikan gambaran betapa sistem pembayaran digital berubah menjadi tren atau yang biasa disebut dengan cashless society. Hasil survey mencatat 47% responden di Indonesia saat ini menggunakan digital payment. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghindari impulsive buying bagi pengguna QRIS dengan model Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dalam konteks penerimaan teknologi informasi yang mengintegrasikan domain penerimaan teknologi ke dalam satu perilaku pengguna sebagai variabel dependen utama. Metode penelitian ini menggabungan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mix method) yang dilakukan di Kota Medan dengan objek penelitian adalah pengguna QRIS dalam melakukan transaksi offline yang melakukan transaksi di Coffeeshopyang banyak didatangi oleh Generasi Z yaitu Starbucks, Zircon Chill Coffee Shop, Doppio Coffee Shop, Palms Medan Coffee Shop, Mano Indonesia, Lorong Coffeeshop, FORE, dan Hardapana Cffeeshop) serta Fashion Store di Sun Plaza dan Deli Park Mall dan bantuan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan perilaku Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa performance expectancy atau ekspektasi kinerja berpengaruh signifikan postif terhadap behavior intention atau niat pengguna.
