Abstract

The unbalanced phase angle will affect the stator, torque and speed of the motor. This condition can cause accidents in 3-phase induction motors which make the engine heat up quickly, thereby reducing the actual productivity of the machine. This phase angle deviation will affect the performance of the induction motor which can reduce the strength and ability of the motor. The definition of unbalance is determined based on the NEMA (National Equipment Manufacturer's Association) method. Calculation simulations with Matlab Simulink are carried out for analysis of the impact of balanced phase angles on 3-phase induction motors with an imbalance of 5%, where Phase A = 6⸰, Phase B = 120⸰, and Phase = 240⸰. When the phase angle is not balanced, there is a significant difference in the torque waveform and motor speed, where the wave graph of the torque and motor speed experiences oscillations which results in greater vibration in the motor. Unbalanced phase angle causes an increase in the value of torque and motor speed. At no load the torque is 660 Nm and the speed is 1501Rpm, and at 360 Nm the torque is 1016 Nm. rated motor speed 1497 Rpm,. So that as the load value increases, the torque value will increase and the speed value will decrease. NEMA allows the motor to operate normally under its specifications if the unbalance voltage is not more than 1%. When the unbalanced phase angle is 5% it will cause overheating and losses in the motor increase. To overcome the phase angle imbalance by dereating or lowering the motor rating. When the unbalanced phase angle exceeds 1%, the motor must slow down so that the motor can run properly.

Abstract

Abstract: Criminal cases involving perpetrators with mental disorders (OD-GJ) are increasing in number and variety in Indonesia. The perpetrators not only damaged other people's property, but also abused them and killed them. The regulation of national criminal law (Indonesia) still leaves many problems. If an OD-GJ person commits a crime, then the norm of abolishing a crime (Article 44 of the Criminal Code) applies. If this accountability is erased, then the reason for forgiving the offender will apply. That is, the offender has reasons to erase his guilt so that he cannot be punished. This research wants to see how the dimensions of contemporary national criminal law actually view OD-GJ when committing a criminal act. Can accountability be pinned on him. So, what are the prospects for regulation if the crime is committed by OD-GJ. This research is based on normative methods using secondary data and collected through literature study. This research found that criminal liability for people with mental disorders cannot be treated equally, but rather is adjusted to the qualifications of the mental disorder and the form of the crime he committed. If at present, criminal acts committed by someone who is in an OD-GJ condition can eliminate his criminal responsibility, then in accordance with developments there should have been various reforms made regarding legal arrangements for perpetrators of crimes with this mental disorder.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is one of the main causes of premature death in the world. From the 2015 WHO data, it shows 1.13 billion people in the world suffer from hypertension, meaning that 1 in 3 people in the world are diagnosed with hypertension, hypertension is more common in the elderly and the elderly than in younger age groups. In Indonesia alone, the number of people with hypertension at the age of 65-74 years is 63.2% and >75 years is 69.5% with the total percentage of deaths in the elderly group in June 2020, amounting to 43.60%. In Batam City, hypertension occupies the 4th position with the highest number of cases with 139,160 cases. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a quasi-experimental design with a pre and post test design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with a sample of 16 elderly people in the treatment group and 16 elderly people in the control group. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct measurements using a digital sphygmomanometer, headset, mp3 player, soup and measurement observation sheets. Statistical results using the Wilcoxon signed rank test were obtained. There was a significant difference between the average blood pressure values (systolic and diastolic) before and after therapy. classical music (Mozart) in the treatment group with p<0.05 (systolic p-value 0.000 and diastolic p-value 0.001). While in the control group there was no significant difference between the average blood pressure values (systolic and diastolic) before and after without classical music therapy (Mozart) with p>0.05 (systolic p-value 0.130 and diastolic p-value 0.102).

Abstract

Law Number 5 of 1960 and Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, for legal certainty the transfer (sale and purchase) must be made in front of the PPAT and registered at the local land agency office. Based on decision Number 28/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Bkn in Tanah Datar Village, Kampar Regency, there has been a sale and purchase of land that was only carried out by the parties in front of the Village Head, where this would make it difficult for the parties regarding legal certainty, and what it is feared that this will happen to the buyer where he will experience difficulties when registering the land to obtain the certificate. The plaintiff filed a suit with the court for this purpose. This lawsuit was terminated by a verstek decision because the defendant's domicile was no longer known. The problems discussed in this thesis are first, what are the judges' considerations in passing the verstek decision in case Number 28/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Bkn? Second, what are the legal consequences for the disputing parties (plaintiff and defendant) in case Number 28/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Bkn? Based on the results of the research and discussion obtained first, the judge's consideration in deciding the case of buying and selling land rights for the transmigration program based on decision Number 28/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Bkn, has been right in passing the verstek decision because it has fulfilled the requirements specified in the procedural law and is in accordance with the provisions of Article 125 HIR (Herzien Inlandsch Reglement). Second, the legal consequence of the decision Number 28/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Bkn against the parties is that the plaintiff and the defendant must comply with the judge's decision because the judge wins the plaintiff's party, so the case costs are charged to the defendant and the land and object of the case remain on the side plaintiff.

Abstract

Natural resource conflicts, especially mining conflicts, are often accompanied by violence committed by the State in collaboration with capital owners. Mining conflicts that lead to violence occur in Indonesia. From KPA data in 2022, there are at least 212 natural resource conflicts in 34 provinces throughout Indonesia with a land area of 1 million hectares. These conflicts involve at least 346,000 affected families. In West Sumatra alone from data released by LBH Padang in 2021, there are around 5,966 hectares of conflict land in several districts, such as West Pasaman, Agam and South Solok. The West Sumatra Civil Society Coalition (KMSS) also recorded that throughout 2018 there were 20 cases of natural resource conflicts on 80,637 hectares of land. Where the forest and land sector contributed the largest number with 8 cases fighting over 49,407 hectares of land, followed by the mining and energy sector with 5 cases with 29,840 hectares of land and finally the conflict of the infrastructure development sector with 7 cases on an area of 1,900 hectares. Two dominant cases that have captured public attention lately are gold mining conflicts in Nagari Simpang Tonang, Pasaman Regency. The conflict occurred between the people of Nagari Simpang Tonang, Duo Koto District, Pasaman Regency and PT. Inexco Jaya Makmur (IJM). Another case of conflict occurred between communities in Salingka Gunung Talang consisting of several nagari in conflict with PT. Hitay Daya Energi in geothermal energy exploration for power plants which also involves the local government of Solok Regency. In both cases, the conflict caused 59 people to experience intimidation and even 54 of them experienced physical violence, some even processed through legal channels
