Abstract

Stunting is a chronic condition that describes stunted growth due to long-term malnutrition. Food is one of the basic needs of humans. One form of food that is often found among children and adults is nuggets. Puyu fish contains high levels of zinc, niacin, copper, calcium, water and protein. Carrot and corn have high vitamin and fibre content. The purpose of this study was to determine the organoleptic quality and nutritional value of donut nuggets of puyu fish (anabas testudineus) with the substitution of carrot (daucus carota L) corn (zea mays L) as an alternative additional food for stunted toddlers. This type of research is experimental using the complete randomised design (CRD) method consisting of control and 3 treatments with 2 repetitions. Organoleptic test, protein content test using kjeldahl method, fat content test using soxhlet method, carbohydrate content test using spectrophotometric method, calcium and zinc content test using X-Ray Fluorescence method, and fibre content test using gravimetric method.Based on the results of research on puyu fish nuggets with the substitution of carrot and corn additions, the resulting organoleptic test value of puyu fish nugget donuts, the highest average value of nugget colour is treatment P2 (4.10) with (the addition of 50 g carrots and 30 g corn), the highest average value of nugget aroma is treatment P2 (3.86) with (the addition of 50 g carrots and 30 g corn), the highest average value of nugget texture is treatment P2 (3. 92) with (addition of carrot 50 g and corn 30 g), the average value of the highest nugget taste is treatment P2 (3.92) with (addition of carrot 50 g and corn 30 g) and the best product with taste (colour, aroma, texture, and taste) is treatment P2 with (addition of carrot 50 g and corn 30 g) with an average of colour 3.78, aroma 3.86, texture 3.92, and taste 3.92. And from the nutritional value analysis of the best treatment, P2, contains 11.4977% protein content, 6.9997% fat content, 43.9423% carbohydrate content, 13.9000% calcium content, 0.4220% zinc content, and 98.0147% fibre content. Abstract

Abstract :  Diabetes mellitus (DM) is still a major global health problem. This disease, commonly called sugar disease or diabetes, causes the sufferer's body to be unable to regulate blood glucose levels. One non-pharmacological therapy that can reduce blood sugar levels is cinnamon. Apart from cinnamon, cherry leaves can also lower blood sugar. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of cinnamon decoction and cherry leaves on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. This quasi-experimental design is of the "pre-post-test group" type. This study used a two-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted on 30 April-06 May 2024. The population determined as the subjects of the study were 1227 type II diabetes mellitus patients in the Simpang Tiga Health Center Working Area. Sample of 30 people with 15 cinnamon decoction intervention groups and 15 cherry leaf decoction intervention groups. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection tools using observation sheets. The results of the study in both samples were the same, namely 0.002 (<0.05) using an analytical test from the Wilcoxon P-Value test, so it means that there is an effect of cinnamon decoction and cherry leaves in patients with type II diabetes mellitus It is recommended that future researchers compare the effectiveness of cherry leaf decoction with other herbs, for example bay leaf decoction, to reduce blood sugar levels in patients suffering from type II diabetes mellitus. And this research can be a reference source for future researchers. Keywords : Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Sugar Levels, Cinnamon, Kersen Leaves

Abstract

Abstract: The role of the mediator in resolving disputes between workers and employers at the Sorong City Manpower Office is carried out first by the Manpower Office or the appointed mediator team calling the parties to come to clarify the information of the problem and the next stage the mediator prepares the first mediation session schedule to negotiate the problem with the parties so that it can be resolved by deliberation and consensus,  Because the purpose of obtaining the effectiveness of the role of industrial relations mediators in resolving industrial relations disputes in Sorong City is with the obstacles experienced by industrial relations mediators in resolving industrial relations disputes at the Sorong City Manpower Office. The research method carried out by the author in conducting this research is qualitative research that is descriptive, where the author conducts an in-depth analysis of this problem, in this study the primary data source is obtained from information or data from interviews at the Sorong City Manpower Office, secondary data is used to support the primary data that has been obtained. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive, which means that the author wants to describe or describe the situation that will be observed in the field in a more specific (special), transparent and in-depth manner and focus on data quality and provide a detailed, complete explanation. The role of industrial relations mediators in resolving industrial relations disputes is effective, as evidenced by the data on the number of industrial relations disputes recorded at the Sorong City Manpower Office. The number of industrial relations dispute cases in the form of employment termination disputes and conflicts of interest resolved with the final result of the collective agreement, is more than the number of unresolved industrial relations dispute cases in the form of trade union/labor union disputes. Industrial relations mediators in resolving industrial relations disputes at the Sorong City Manpower Office come from external inhibiting factors or obstacles that come from outside the process of resolving industrial relations disputes through mediation, namely in the form of intervention from outside parties such as workers involving NGOs or the DPRD. Obstacles that come from within or from within the dispute resolution process through mediation are in the form of problems from the disputing parties themselves and conflicts of interest between the industrial relations mediator and the Head of Industrial Relations. Keywords: Mediator, Dispute, Workers and Employers, Manpower Office

Abstract

Abtract: Indonesia has implemented various forms of asymmetrical decentralization from colonial times to the present era of reform. As for the legal basis for implementing asymmetric decentralization in Indonesia, there are several laws. One of them is NRI 1945 UUD Article 18B and Act No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Governance. In this study, the method of approach used is normative jurisprudence. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the first application of asymmetric decentralization in Indonesia has had a significant impact on the regulatory disharmony between the central government and the special district can also have an impact on development coordination nationally. Political overlap and legal disharmony could hinder the synergy and integration of government programmes across the Indonesian territory. Second In the context of asymmetric decentralization, the provinces of Aceh, Papua, and West Papua receive special autonomy funds from the central government, while the province of Yogyakarta receives Special Funds. The three political dynamics versus asymmetric decentralization are also seen in competition between regions with special status, where each region struggles for interests and rights in particular, resulting in the issue of centralization versus decentralisation in central and complex regional relations. Keywords: dynamics, politics & law, asymmetric decentralization.

Abstract

Many studies have confirmed the benefits of galo-galo bee honey for health, even BPOM has determined geniotrigona thoracica and heterotrigona itama honey as one type of medicine. In addition, thoracica and itama honey also contain various important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper, manganese, iron, potassium, and phosphorus. In addition, galo-galo bee honey also contains various vitamins, such as vitamins B1, B2, K and C, as well as several enzymes that are good for digestion and can heal wounds. The Trisula Muda Forest Farmer Group is a farmer group initiated by the Kenagarian Api-Api Kecamatan, Bayang Pes-sel District. There are still many problems that are still felt by this farmer group, including group members not knowing how to cultivate, the efficacy and benefits of galo-galo bee honey for health. The target of the Community Partnership Program with partners focuses on increasing the knowledge of farmer group members regarding the cultivation, efficacy and benefits of galo-galo bee honey for health. To achieve this, it is necessary to hold counseling and to the young trisula farmer group. Extension is carried out by bringing in professional experts on the cultivation of Galo-galo bees by assessing the pre and post knowledge of the members of the farmer group. The output targets produced from this Community Partnership Program include: publication through accredited national scientific journals, articles in the mass media, posters, and videos of implementation with a duration of ± 5 minutes Keyword: beekeeping, benefits of honey, Health
