Pelaksanaan Program Quick Respon (Ketanggap Segeraan) Patroli Oleh Satsamapta Bhayangkara Polres Solok Selatan adalah dengan cepat menerima laporan warga serta segera menuju lokasi kejahatan, berpatroli ditempat rawan terjadi kejahatan serta melakukan kegiatan patroli dialogis. Jadwal Pelaksanaan Patroli Berdasarkan data Jam kerawanan dengan pembagian 2 regu. Ketika berpatroli petugas menyalakan lampu rotator dan sirine, melakukan patroli Dialogis dengan sambang dan penyuluhan. Kendala Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Quick Respon (Ketanggap Segeraan) Patroli Oleh Satsamapta Bhayangkara Polres Solok Selatan adalah secara internal, keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) baik secara keterampilan komunikasi dan pendekatan, maupun jumlah anggota polisi. Keterbatasan jumlah personil polisi membuat masyarakat merasa kecewa karena pada saat membutuhkan bantuan Polisi sehubungan adanya persoalan kejahatan menunggu kedatangan Polisi yang cukup lama. kendala kedua adalah sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. Secara eksternal kendalanya adalah kurangnya Kerjasama dan tingkat kesadaran hukum masyarakat yang kurang dalam menjaga keamanan di wilayah nya. Efektifitas Pelaksanaan Program Quick Respon (Ketanggap Segeraan) Patroli Oleh Satsamapta Bhayangkara Polres Solok Selatan Terhadap Terjadinya Kejahatan terlihat dari berbagai pencegahan kejahatan yang dilakukan dapat menurunkan tingkat kejahatan secara nyata dan atau menghilangkan rasa takut akan kejahatan. Rasa takut akan kejahatan hilang karena adanya program Quick respon.

Conventional crimes, namely: conventional/national crimes are crimes against life, property and honor that cause both physical and psychological harm, whether committed in ordinary ways or in a new dimension, which occur within the country. The effect of the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on Increasing Conventional Crime in the Legal Area of the West Sumatra Regional Police is the reduction in their moral values and social and economic conditions due to the pandemic. So it is not wrong to say that a person's actions for a reason are interrelated, either directly or indirectly. From a criminological point of view, the increase in crime rates during the pandemic was an action driven by the weakening economy. Criminal cases in West Sumatra that experienced an increase during the Covid-19 Pandemic were cases of Curat, Curas and Curanmor and Begal. Based on sociological theory, the existence of crime during a pandemic occurred due to an imbalance in the structure of society. There are people who are still well off and not a few people who are experiencing difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic. Conventional Crime Control Efforts During the Covid 19 Pandemic in the Legal Area of the West Sumatra Regional Police are Preemptive Efforts, namely increasing the functions of Bimas (Community Guidance and Counseling), Shabara, as well as precincts related to robbery crimes; The service and service program, namely the KAMTIBMAS (Community Order Security) safari to community leaders and village officials; Community development through Polmas (activating Polmas); and Collaborate with the mass media to convey to the public to always be vigilant against the crime of robbery.

Pengawasan ketenagakerjaan adalah fungsi publik dari administrasi ketenagakerjaan yang memastikan penerapan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan di tempat kerja. Peran utamanya untuk meyakinkan mitra sosial atas kebutuhan untuk mematuhi undang-undang di tempat kerja dan kepentingan bersama melalui langkah-langkah pencegahan dan edukasi, dan jika diperlukan penegakan hukum. Pada Pasal 176 Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan memberikan wewenang pada Pegawai Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan untuk mengawasi dan menjamin pelaksanaan peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan. Salah satu bentuk penegakan terhadap perundangan ketenagakerjaan adalah kepatuhan perusahaan dalam hal Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan di Perusahaan Dalam Jaringan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UPTD Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah I Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang mana melakukan pengawasan kepada perusahaan terkait kepatuhan perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan di Perusahaan Dalam Jaringan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitis. Metode Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah Metode pendekatan Yuridis Normatif dan didukung pendekatan Yuridis Empiris. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu data sekunder dan primer. Terhadap semua data dan bahan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian disusun dan dianalisis secara kualitatif, dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif.

The people of Padang Pariaman, who are so diverse in culture, certainly have the potential to be influenced by foreign cultures in the era of globalization and modern developments at this time, Padang Pariaman culture broadly consists of religion or belief, a system of community organizations, a system of knowledge (education), language, arts, livelihood systems. This is what contains a lot of local wisdom in it. In the current condition, culture is starting to be abandoned, even some Indonesian people are ashamed of their culture as a nation's identity. The differences that occur in Indonesian culture are due to different growth processes and influences from other cultures that mix in it. The sharing of laws also mentions culture and indigenous peoples, including in Article 1 paragraph (3) of Law No. 5 of 2017 concerning the Advancement of Culture, the promotion of culture is an effort to increase cultural resilience and Indonesia's cultural contribution to the midst of world civilization.

Pemberdayaan lembaga adat oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Solok dalam penciptaan ketahanan sosial sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya tindak pidana narkotika dilakukan dengan pertama Kerjasama dengan Lembaga adat melakukan pemetaan tentang sindikat jaringan penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkoba. Pembentukan kader anti Narkoba pada wilayah rawan penyalahgunaan Narkoba oleh Lembaga adat yang kemudian dilakukan pembinaan oleh BNNK Kota Solok. Secara eksternal kendala yang ditemui adalah tingkat kesadaran diri masyarakat masih sangat kurang akan bahayanya narkotika sehingga pemberdayaan Lembaga adat sulit dilakukan karena pemuka pemuka adat menganggap tidak perlu. Mapping sulit dilakukan karena kerjasama antara masyarakat dan pengurus atau unsur unsur yang ada dalam Lembaga adat tersebut agar mau memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi dilakukannya tindak pidana narkotika. Pendekatan tradisional melalui lembaga adat dengan pengkaderan anti narkoba terhadap seluruh elemen masyarakat kurang diminati oleh masyarakat terutama generasi muda.

Article 3 paragraphs (1) and (4) of Padang Pariaman Regency DPRD Regulation Number 2 of 2020 concerning the DPRD Code of Ethics. One violation of the code of ethics is violence in carrying out duties. This research is legal research with descriptive-analytical specifications. From the results of the internal meeting, the members of the DPRD who were in conflict were summoned. The Honorary Board verbally reprimanded DPRD members with the initials H and J. Then they were given directions and input on what they had done in DPRD meeting activities. The two DPRD members were asked not to repeat their actions and attitudes and to respect the DPRD district regulations and procedures. Padang Pariaman. Obstacles in the Implementation of the Code of Ethics as an Effort to Overcome Violent Behavior by DPRD Members in Carrying Out Their Duties at the Padang Pariaman Regency DPRD are in the form of External Obstacles, namely statutory regulations. Weaknesses in research techniques in Article 51 letter b of Government Regulation Number 53 of 2005 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 2004 concerning Guidelines for Drafting the Standing Orders of the Regional People's Representative Council which states that document inspection is only sufficient for formal evidence in the form of written allegations and the identity of the reporter and through requests for information and explanations from witnesses and/or those concerned as well as an examination of documents or other evidence.

Tindak pidana pemilihan umum berkaitan erat sekali saat memasuki tahun politik, hampir dapat dipastikan bahwa tiada tahun politik tanpa tindak pidana, tindak pidana pemilihan umum merupakan semua tindak pidana yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum baik yang diatur di dalam maupun di luar Undang-Undang pemilihan umum, Penyidikan tindak pidana pemilihan yang dilakukan oleh sentra penegakan hukum terpadu (sentra Gakkumdu) merupakan suatu langkah yang dianggap efektif untuk menekan terjadinya tindak pidana Tindak pidana pemilihan umum, karena pada prinsipnya sentra gakkumdu adalah wadah bersama antara pengawas pemilu, kepolisian dan kejakasaan untuk melakukan penegakan hukum tindak Tindak pidana pemilihan umum, hakikatnya penegakan hukum tindak pidana pemilihan belum dapat memberikan pengaruh yang besar untuk menekan angka tindak pidana pemilihan, kesimpang siuran didalam hal penafsiran, serta moralitas para penegak hukum yang masih tebang pilih dalam penegakan hukum, dan kesadaran masyarakat akan hukum masih rendah terkait dengan tindak pidana pemilihan umum.

Penerapan Keadilan Restoratif atau Restorative justice dalam penyelesaian tindak pidana di Indonesia diatur dalam tercantum Peraturan Polri Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 tentang Penanganan Tindak Pidana berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif. Dalam Upaya Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana Penipuan Terhadap Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 Jakarta, Keadilan Restoratif telah diterapkan berulang kali. Spesifikasi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pembahasan dan analisis disimpulkan. Pertama, Penerapan Restorative Justice Dalam Upaya Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana Penipuan Terhadap Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 telah memenuhi seluruh syarat formil dan materil penerapan Restorative Justice yang tercantum Peraturan Polri Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 tentang Penanganan Tindak Pidana berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif. Kedua, Upaya Penanggulangan Tindak Pidana Penipuan Terhadap Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa pada Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 terbagi menjadi dua yaitu tindakan Represif dan Preventif.

This research aims to explore how state financial recovery is carried out in Indonesia and analyze it using progressive law. Law enforcement against fraud in government activities is still a major problem in Indonesia. This fraud resulted in state losses, but the fines and compensation imposed were far below the value of state losses. The formulation of the problem is how is the state financial recovery carried out in Indonesia? and has the state's financial recovery considered a progressive legal approach? This research is a qualitative research, with normative research methods and carried out by means of literature studies. The data used is secondary data in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This research shows that there is a disparity in sentencing that causes recovery against the impact of losses on state finances that is not optimal. The verdict of the panel of judges seems to only focus on the interests of punishing the perpetrators rather than recovering the victims. In conclusion, in law enforcement, punishment alone does not restore state losses, so it has not fulfilled the people's sense of justice. Progressive steps are needed from law enforcement officials to take action to save state finances which are the people's rights. This is in line with progressive legal theory and improves the image of law enforcement in Indonesia for the better through judge decisions that prioritize a sense of justice for the people.

Law enforcement against crime relates with placement of Indonesian migrant worker abroad according to Indonesian rules number 39 of 2004 about placement and protection of Indonesian migrant worker Abroad that relation to protection of Indonesian migrant worker. But the reality of legislation is more many set concerning placement rather than protection, and the law is not synchronization with others legislations, whether operate vertical or horizontal, and that has conflicts of authority which raises the dualism of Institutional between BNP2TKI and Ministry of Manpower RI. The objectives of research for analyze: Policy of law enforcement placement of Indonesian migrant worker abroad; protection of criminal law for Indonesian migrant worker abroad; And others crime law enforcement in placement of Indonesian migrant worker abroad. This research is normative juridical research is qualitative, based to primary, secondary and tertiary data, through data collection documentaries and interviews, analyses in qualitative. Presenting conclusion: Policy law enforcement of Indonesian migrant worker to empower Police of Indonesian Investigator who are employed in BNP2TK1, and cases handled by investigators of PPNS BNP2TK1 is just for limited crime law of administration; criminal law protection of Indonesian migrant worker placement abroad is hopeless, because there is not to have synchronization of rules, also legislation is more emphasize of Indonesian migrant worker placement aspect is not protection aspect; and my suggestions: Indonesian police investigator who are employed in BNP2TKI should be empowered; subscribe regulation with placement and protection of Indonesian migrant workers abroad into immediately amendment; BNP2TKI as a non Departmental Government Institutions residing in and responsible indicated to the President, must be independent and free as an institution independent opened, tripartite, proactive, and funded well.
