Abstract

Kelompok Tani Ngudi Rejeki adalah kelompok tani di wilayah Banjaroya, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo yang bergerak dalam bidang budidaya dan pengolahan biji kakao. Perkembangan wisata di daerah Kulon Progo dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, mendorong tumbuhnya industri kreatif di bidang pengolahan produk berbasis kakao. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal pada anggota kelompok tani Ngudi Rejeki, Desa Banjaroya mengenai keterampilan pengolahan kakao dari biji terfermentasi menjadi produk olahan berupa bubuk cokelat dan permen cokelat siap konsumsi menggunakan mesin pengolah kakao skala kecil. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu pemberian materi mengenai pemrosesan kakao, praktik langsung menggunakan mesin pengolah kakao skala kecil, pengemasan permen cokelat dengan desain yang menarik, serta evaluasi peserta dalam kegiatan. Hasil yang dicapai melalui kegiatan ini adalah anggota kelompok tani mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan mengenai jenis-jenis produk turunan cokelat yang ada di pasaran, cara pengolahan biji kakao terfermentasi menjadi bubuk cokelat dan permen cokelat, serta praktik secara langsung menggunakan alat pengolah kakao skala kecil mulai dari proses penyangraian, pemastaan, pengepresan lemak kakao, pembuatan permen cokelat, dan pengemasan permen cokelat yang menarik. Berdasar evaluasi program, seluruh materi dapat tersampaikan dengan baik, sehingga anggota kelompok tani paham dan mampu untuk menjelaskan serta mempraktikkan proses pengolahan biji kakao menggunakan alat pengolah kakao skala kecil. Selain itu, peserta mampu memunculkan ide mengenai peluang pengembangan produk olahan kakao. Luaran kegiatan adalah peserta mampu mengoperasikan mesin kakao skala kecil yang merupakan hibah pemerintah setempat pada kelompok tani. Tourism development in Kulon Progo area has encouraged the growth of creative industries in the cocoa processing field. This community service aims to provide the knowledge and increase the members skill of the Ngudi Rejeki farmer group, Banjaroya Village regarding the processing of cocoa from fermented beans into processed products in the form of chocolate powder and chocolate candy using small-scale cocoa processing machines. The activity was carried out in several stages, namely the knowledge delivery on chocolate processing, direct practice using small-scale cocoa processing machines, packaging of cocoa candy with attractive designs, and evaluation of participants in activities. The results achieved through this activity were members of the farmer groups get knowledge about the types of chocolate derivative products on the market, how to process fermented cocoa beans into chocolate powder and chocolate candy, also practice directly using small-scale cocoa processing machines starting from cocoa roasting, cocoa liquor processing, cocoa fat pressing, chocolate candy making, and packing the cocoa candy. Based on the program evaluation, all material can be conveyed well, so that members of the farmer group are able to explain and practice the process of processing cocoa beans using small-scale cocoa processing machine. In addition, they were able to bring up an idea about the opportunities of cocoa products development. Outcome of the program were the member able to operate the small-scale cocoa processing machine that granted by the localgovernment to the Ngudi Rejeki farmer group.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini di laksanakan di Desa Anca, yang difokuskan pada pengembangan produk unggulan daerah pada bidang wisata di Kabupaten Sigi. Kegiatan ini mengangkat potensi sumber daya alam dan budaya lokal sebagai sarana meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga. Keberadaan danau berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata khususnya geowisata. Kendala yang dihadapi selama ini, pengelolaannya belum maksimal diakibatkan medan yang terlalu berat. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, manajemen atraksi wisata. pengadaan penunjang aksesibilitas, pengadaan sarana akomodasi, penambahan aktivitas, perintisan kerjasama, promosi, peningkatan ekonomi berbasis geowisata dan diversifikasi pengolahan ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini, bermitra dengan kelompok usaha Kalendu Kolenorasi. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi observasi, diskusi, operasional kerja, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan secara langsung. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mumpuni dalam bidang pariwisata dan pengolahan ikan berbagai panganan serta peningkatan promosi destinasi, mulai domestik hingga mancanegara. Kata kunci: Geowisata, Kearifan lokal, Diversifikasi, Peningkatan pendapatan ABSTRACT The community service program was held in Anca village focused on developing regional superior products in the tourism sector at Sigi district, Central Sulawesi. The activities supported the potential of local natural and cultural resources as the place increasing income and welfare of community. The existence of the lake has the potential to be developed into a tourist destination, especially geotourism. The obstacle faced including the management has not been optimal because the heavy accessibility. The activities have been carried out include the development of professional human resources, management of tourist attractions. procurement support for accessibility, provision of accommodation facilities, additional more activities, initiating cooperation, promotion, economic improvement based on geotourism and diversification of fish processing. This service activity is in partnership with the Kalendu Kolenorasi business group. The method applied includes observation, discussion, operational work, counseling, training and direct mentoring. The output target to be achieved is the availability of qualified human resources in the field of tourism and fish processing into various foods as well as increasing the promotion of destinations from domestic to the another country. Abstract

Keterlibatan masyarakat dan peningkatan literasi pencegahan COVID-19 ditingkat individu dan masyarakat menjadi salah satu isu strategis untuk mengurangi jumlah kasus positif di suatu wilayah melalui upaya promosi kesehatan. Radio spot atau iklan layanan masyarakat merupakan salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk promosi kesehatan dan merupakan media yang sangat efektif karena audiens diajak belajar dengan pendekatan pesan (message-learning approach). Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyusun dan memproduksi media audio iklan layanan masyarakat tentang etika batuk, physical distance, himbauan sosial dan hal-hal yang diperhatikan selama berada di tempat pemeriksaan COVID-19. Tahapan kegiatan yaitu tahap 1) pra-produksi (pengumpulan referensi, pemilihan talent voice dan persiapan alat dan bahan), tahap 2) produksi (recording, editing, review expert dan final production) dan tahap 3) pasca produksi atau distribusi media. Sasaran promosi kesehatan yaitu massa dan disebarluaskan melalui media sosial, radio lokal daerah (RRI Kota Samarinda), mobilisasi lintas lembaga yaitu Kepolisian Resor Kota Samarinda, serta lembaga pelayanan kesehatan yang memberikan layanan PCR di wilayah Kota Samarinda. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini yaitu telah diprodukasi lima iklan layanan masyarakat yang dimanfaatkan oleh lintas lembaga di wilayah Kota Samarinda serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan literasi masyarakat mengenai upaya pencegahan COVID-19. Kata kunci: Iklan layanan masyarakat, Produksi media, Literasi, COVID-19 ABSTRACT Community involvement and increasing literacy in preventing COVID-19 at the individual and community level are strategic issues to reduce the number of positive cases in a region through health promotion efforts. Radio spots or public service advertisements are a medium that can be used for health promotion and are very effective media because audiences are invited to learn with a message-learning approach. The purpose of this community service activity is to compile and produce audio media for public service advertisements on cough etiquette, physical distance, social appeals and things to pay attention to while at the COVID-19 checkpoint. The activity stages are stage 1) pre-production (reference collection, voice talent selection and preparation of tools and materials), stage 2) production (recording, editing, expert review and final production) and stage 3) post-production or media distribution. The targets of health promotion are mass and disseminated through social media, local regional radio (RRI Kota Samarinda), cross-institutional mobilization, police officer, and health service institutions that provide PCR services in Samarinda. The conclusion of this activity is that five public service advertisements have been used by cross-agencies in the Samarinda area as well as increasing public awareness and literacy regarding efforts to prevent COVID-19. Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan masalah Kesehatan global yang melanda berbagai lini kehidupan masyarakat. Transmisi penularan COVID 19 pada tenaga kesehatan menjadi isu penting di era pandemi COVID 19 ini. Pada bulan Juli 2020, terjadi penularan COVID-19 di RS UNS dalam jumlah besar. Mitra pengabdian adalah PPNI (Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia) RS UNS. Salah satu misi PPNI RS UNS adalah keselamatan kerja perawat dalam pandemi COVID-19. Analisis masalah menunjukkan bahwa kurang waspada terhadap penularan sesama perawat, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang penularan dan alat pelindung diri yang baik, stress dan kecemasan pada perawat, dan kurangnya dukungan manajemen rumah sakit adalah akar masalah dari penularan COVID-19 di tenaga kesehatan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk melakukan pencegahan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar tetap dapat melakukan pelayanan kesehatan tetapi terlindungi dan terjamin keselamatannya sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir risiko tertular virus COVID-19. Pengabdian ini bertema pencegahan penularan COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan di RS UNS. Kegiatan pengabdian meliputi edukasi penularan COVID-19 dengan bentuk video dan media sosial, pembuatan video adaptasi kebiasaan baru dan pemakaian APD, dan memberi masukan kepada manajemen RS mengenai pencegahan penularan COVID-19 bagi tenaga Kesehatan. Pengabdian pencegahan penularan COVID-19 pada tenaga Kesehatan di RS UNS menyebabkan penurunan angka penularan COVID-19 di RS UNS. The transmission of COVID 19 to health workers is an important issue in the era of the COVID 19 pandemic. In July 2020, there was a large number of COVID-19 transmission at the UNS Hospital. The community service partner is PPNI (Indonesian National Nurses Association) UNS Hospital. One of the missions of PPNI RS UNS is the safety of nurses in the COVID-19 pandemic. Problem analysis shows that less awareness of transmission among nurses, lack of knowledge about transmission and good personal protective equipment, stress and anxiety in nurses, and lack of hospital management support are the main cause of transmission of COVID-19 in health workers. Therefore it is necessary to prevention effort for health workers so that they can still provide health services but are protected and guaranteed their safety as an effort to minimize the risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus. The aim of this dedication is to preventing the transmission of COVID-19 to health workers at UNS Hospital. Dedication activities include education on the transmission of COVID-19 in the form of videos and social media, make videos of adaptation of new habits and the use of PPE, and providing input to hospital management regarding the prevention of COVID-19 transmission for health workers. The dedication to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 to health workers at UNS Hospital has led to a decrease in the number of COVID-19 transmission at UNS Hospital. Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Jaya Mekar memiliki mata pencaharian di bidang pertanian, peternakan, dan industri tahu. Namun masyarakat Desa Jaya Mekar ini memiliki kendala dimana limbah hasil pertanian berupa jerami semakin hari semakin menumpuk. Disamping itu, dalam proses pembuatan tahu juga dihasilkan limbah berupa sempelah tahu yang biasanya dibuang begitu saja ke lingkungan sekitar tanpa ada pengolahan terlebih dahulu. Akibatnya limbah menumpuk dan menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap. Salah satu solusi pemanfaatan limbah jerami dan sempelah tahu ini yaitu dapat dijadikan pakan ternak alternatif melalui proses fermentasi karena masyarakat Desa Jaya Mekar ini umumnya juga memiliki hewan ternak sebagai mata pencaharian. Target dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah kelompok peternak mandiri dan masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara metode ceramah dan demontrasi langsung di depan peserta kemudian dilakukan pendampingan peserta dalam pembuatan pakan ternak alternatif terfermentasi. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu limbah pertanian dan industri termanfaatkan secara maksimal, menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi masyarakat setempat, adanya pembaruan terkait pembuatan pakan alternatif terfermentasi. Kata kunci: Limbah jerami, Sempelah tahu, Pakan ternak, Fermentasi, Desa Jaya Mekar ABSTRACT The people of Jaya Mekar Village have livelihoods in agriculture, animal husbandry and tofu industry. However, the people of Jaya Mekar Village have a problem where agricultural waste in the form of straw is increasingly piling up. In addition, in the process of making tofu, it also produces waste in the form of tofu residue which is usually just thrown into the surrounding environment without any prior treatment. As a result, waste accumulates and creates an unpleasant odor. One solution to the utilization of straw and tofu residue is that it can be used as alternative animal feed through the fermentation process because the people of Jaya Mekar Village generally also have livestock as a livelihood. The targets of this training activity are independent farmer groups and local communities. The training activities were carried out by means of lecture methods and direct demonstrations in front of the participants then assisted by the participants in making alternative fermented animal feed. The results achieved are that agricultural and industrial waste is maximally utilized, increasing knowledge and skills for the local community, and updates related to the manufacture of fermented alternative feed. Abstract

Kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu presentasi materi tentang manfaat bumbu, cara membersihkan, menyimpan, Pengolahan dan praktek pembuatan berbagai masakan seperti nasi kebuli dan salad serta pembagian makanan hasil praktek. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan memberikan pemahaman kepada para istri karyawan PT. PUSRI Palembang. Penggunaan bahan baku yang alami dan sehat akan menghasilkan makanan yang sehat dan bergizi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat terutama istri karyawan PT.Pusri mengenai cara Pengolahan makanan yang sehat dan bergizi di tengah Pandemi Covid 19. Kegiatan diikuti oleh istri karyawan PT Pusri baik disekitar PT.PUSRI. Secara umum kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan presentasi materi pengolahan makanan sehat dan bergizi. Penjelasan meliputi pemanfaatan dan pegelolahan bumbu masak, buah dan sayur. Beberapa contoh makanan sehat yang berbahan dasar dari ikan,daging, sayur dan buah diharapan memberikan pemahaman kepada istri karyawan PT.PUSRI Palembang yang mengikuti kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini. At the end of the program, the food distributing to all the people. This community development gave understanding to the target people that natural resources and healthy food material will produce healthy and nutritious food. This program was aimed to share the information to the community especially to the wife of PT Pusri’ employees about how to produce healthy and nutritious food in the Covid 19 Pandemic. This program was participated by wife of the PT Pusri’ employees. Generally, this program was held by presentation session about healthy and nutritious food processing. It was including utilization and spice, fruit and vegetable processing. It was also shared example about healthy food with fish, meat, vegetable and fruit base materials. This Program also expected to give more understanding to the wife of the PT Pusri’ employees in Palembang who joined with this Community Development program. Abstract

Enam puluh persen sampah yang dihasilkan di Indonesia masih berupa sampah organik. Maggot atau larva black soldier fly-BSF (Hermetia illucens L.) mulai digunakan sebagai agen biologis pendegradasi sampah organik. Maggot terkenal kaya protein sehingga dapat dijadikan alternatif pakan bagi warga Mergangsan yang banyak membudidayakan lele cendol. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan dalam memanfaatkan maggot bagi warga Kecamatan Mergangsan Kota Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga September 2020 kepada mitra yaitu anggota Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) Mergangsang Yogyakarta. Paska penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini terjadi peningkatan dari 24% menjadi 100 % peserta yang mengolah sampah organik rumah tangganya dengan ember tumpuk dan maggot. Peserta yang semula tidak paham dengan bentuk dan manfaat maggot menjadi paham paska pelatihan tatap muka. Perpaduan ember tumpuk dan maggot pada kegiatan ini dijadikan sebagai teknologi tepat guna dalam mendegradasi sampah organik dan memisahkan air lindi yang dapat diolah menjadi pupuk cair organik. Maggot or black soldier fly-BSF larvae (Hermetia illucens L.) began to be used as a biological agent for degrading organic waste. Maggot is also known to be rich in protein so it can be used as an alternative feed for Mergangsan residents who cultivate catfish. The aim of this community service is to provide counseling and training in utilizing maggot for residents of Mergangsan District, Yogyakarta City. This activity was carried out from June to September 2020 for partners, namely members of Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) Mergangsang Yogyakarta. After this counseling and training, there was an increase from 24 % to 100 % of participants who processed their household organic waste with stacked buckets and maggots. Participants who initially did not understand the form and benefits of maggot became understand after face-to-face training. The combination of stacked buckets and maggot in this activity is used as an appropriate technology in degrading organic waste and separating leachate which can be processed into organic liquid fertilizer. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi, menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran dan tidak melibatkan siswa secara langsung. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurang maksimalnya keterampilan menyimak cerita siswa. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menyimak cerita, mendeskripsikan hasil belajar menyimak cerita siswa, serta mendeskripsikan kendala yang dialami selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran menyimak cerita dengan menggunakan media film animasi dan cara mengatasinya. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, tes dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV MIN 17 Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan aktivitas pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I nilai ketercapaian yang diperoleh sebesar 69,12 dan siklus II sebesar 84,06. Semua kendala yang ada dapat diatasi dengan baik pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media film animasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak cerita rakyat siswa kelas IV MIN 17 Pidie. This results in not maximal listening to students' story skills. The objectives to be achieved are to describe the implementation of learning to listen to stories, describe the learning outcomes of listening to students' stories, and describe the obstacles experienced during the learning process of listening to stories using animated film media and how to overcome them. The research design used was PTK (Classroom Action Research). Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests and field notes. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The research subjects were teachers and students of class IV MIN 17 Pidie. The results showed that the implementation of learning activities had increased. In the first cycle, the achievement value obtained was 69.12 and the second cycle was 84.06. All the existing obstacles can be overcome properly in cycle II. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of animated film media can improve the students' listening skills of folklore class IV MIN 17 Pidie. Abstract

Puskesmas Pangkalan merupakan salah Puskesmas di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota yang memiliki nagari lokus stunting pada wilayah kerjanya. Banyak penelitian yang telah membuktikan bahwa stunting merupakan outcome utama dari adanya anemia pada ibu hamil. Oleh karena itulah masalah ini perlu segera di atasi. Salah satu penyebab adanya suatu masalah gizi dan kesehatan ialah rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai gizi maupun kesehatan. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tersebut dapat diberikan intervensi berupa edukasi atau pelatihan terkait. Salah satunya melalui pelatihan Emo-Demo yang memiliki tujuan menggugah emosi responden untuk mencapai perubahan perilaku. Emo-Demo juga telah memiliki modul mengenai pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil. Pelatihan Emo-Demo yang dilakukan penulis merupakan pelatihan yang pertama kali dilakukan secara daring yang tetap melibatkan fasilitator GAIN secara jarak jauh. Pelatihan sendiri dilaksanakan dalam 5 tahapan mulai dari pengumpulan data dasar, koordinasi dengan stakeholder, dilanjutkan dengan training of trainer TPG, kemudian dilaksanakan pelatihan kader, dan terakhir dilakukan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan kader dengan adanya peningkatan skor post test. Kaderpun cukup antusias dengan materi pelatihan yang terlihat pada rencana tindak lanjut untuk menerapkan Emo-Demo pada kegiatan posyandu mendatang. Diharapkan Emo-Demo dapat dilaksanakan secara rutin sehingga tujuan jangka panjang pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: Anemia, Emo-Demo, Ibu hamil, Kader, Pelatihan daring ABSTRACT Pangkalan Public Health Centre is one of Public Health Centres located in Lima Puluh Kota District that has locus stunting village in its administrative area. Many researches had showed that stunting was the main outcome of maternal anemia. That’s why it is important to solve this problem immediately. Low nutrition knowledge has been known to be one of determinants of nutrition and health problems. To improve nutrition knowledge nutrition education intervention or related can be conducted. One example is by conducting Emo-Demo training that has emotional triggering to obtain behavior changes as its objective. Emo-Demo also has modul regarding prevention of maternal anemia. The Emo-Demo training conducted by writers was the first Emo-Demo online training and still involving GAIN fasilitator remotely. The training was conducted in 5 stages, started by basis data collection, coordination with stakeholders, proceeded by training of trainers to health workers, then followed by training to community health workers, and ended by evaluation. The training result showed that there was a significant improvement on the community health workers’ nutrition knowledge, proven by the improvement of post test score. The community health workers were enthusiast regarding the training materials proven on the follow up action plan to apply the Emo-Demo at the coming Posyandu. We hope that Emo-Demo can be applied on regular basis so that the long term outcome of maternal anemia prevention is achieved. Abstract

Tulisan ini melaporkan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Harapan Kartasura. Pengabdian ini difokuskan pada siswa kelas 3 (tiga) yang siap lulus. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada siswa mengenai perbaikan dan perawatan mesin Air Conditioning (AC) mobil. Melalui program ini diharapkan siswa lebih siap dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Pengabdian ini diawali dengan penyampaian teori, berupa materi - materi komponen dasar dan sistem kerja mesin AC mobil. Materi disampaikan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Siswa diberikan pemahaman terkait cara pencucian unit AC (pembersihan indoor dan outdoor), pengecekan kerja mesin dan trouble shooting dalam AC. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 21 orang peserta. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, mampu memberikan keterampilan dan pemahaman berkaitan dengan AC, sehingga dimungkinkan siswa dapat membuka usaha sendiri khususnya dalam bidang perawatan dan perbaikan AC yang baik dan benar. Kata Kunci: AC, Pelatihan, Perbaikan, Perawatan, Siswa ABSTRACT This paper reports the activities of devotion to the community conducted in vocational High School (SMK) Harapan Kartasura. This devotion is focused on students in grade 3 (three) who are ready to graduate. This devotion aims to provide students with knowledge and skills regarding the repair and maintenance of car air conditioning machines. Through this program, students are expected to be better prepared to enter the workforce. This devotion begins with the submission of theories, the basic component materials and the working system of the car AC engine. The material is delivered by lecture, discussion and question, and answer methods. Students are given an understanding of how the air conditioning unit is washing (indoor and outdoor cleaning), performance checking and troubleshooting in the AC machine. The training was attended by 21 attendance. After this counseling, students are expected to have capable skills, so that they can open their own business, especially in the field of maintenance and repair of good and correct air conditioning.
