Abstract

Current developments and advances in technology and information in Indonesia have begun to develop and can be utilized to develop business. PT. Frasindo Lima Mandiri is a company engaged in car rental services. In the rental process, the customer must come to the company to find out the type and availability of cars rented by the company. The payment process is still recorded in the payment journal, so that company employees will have difficulty in checking the status of customer payments. Seeing the problems that occur in the rental process, the purpose of this research is to create a web-based car rental information system. With this rental car information systems can simplify data management and provide complete information related to car rental. The method used in this study is the prototype system development method, analysis and design tools used are UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are that customers can find information related to rental cars, make car rental transactions online, can facilitate employees in the process of finding customer payment data and companies can provide services more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The Purpose of the design and research is to build a hardware that can improve the efficiency of the Lecturer attendance system of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Where the Lecturer Attandace System is currently still manually inputted by the operator into a simple Desktop-based Information System. The concept of Smart devices implemented isf a lecturer attendance system that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which is a technology can do many-to-many communication, wireless data transmission compared to conventional barcodes that use optics. With these advantages RFID technology as well as supporting media in the fluency process of the lecture. Software development method used is Waterfall. The attendance system design to make a reliable RFID reader with a relatively lower cost compared the other RFID reader. With these RFID Tecnology the researche builds a special reader to make easy for lecturers to conduct attendance activities, obtain information related to attendance and provide convenience to academic officers in managing lecture administration, courses, and lecturer teaching schedules.

Abstract

Lack of publications to deliver online value information makes Al-Ikhlas Islamic Junior High School has a weakness in disseminating information to parents in Al-Ikhlas Islamic Junior High School South of Jakarta in the publicized value for children - her son, because the conventional media used by teachers Al-Ikhlas Islamic Junior High School South of Jakarta only form of notes on ledger Master Data Master. Data collection methods used were observation and interviews, with observation and interviews are expected to obtain sufficient data for the manufacturing of value-line application will be made for Al-Ikhlas Islamic Junior High School south of Jakarta. The approach used is object-oriented approach (Object Oriented). By designing a web- based online application value in SMP Islam Al-Ikhlas South Jakarta, is expected to improve efficiency and streamline the process of accessing information and maximize the delivery of academic information which will be aimed at students, teachers and parents. With value-based online application he designed the website in Al-Ikhlas Islamic Junior High School South of Jakarta, is expected to also school - other schools will make this application in every school.

Abstract

The topic of this research is the design of a model of agricultural information systems based on (IOT) or the Internet of Things that is used as a medium to improve the precision of the quality of agricultural products. For the compiler of this information system data is in the form of tabular data and spatial data. Tabular data in the form of numerical data from land, plant, and water availability data. Spatial data contains area data, position of agricultural land. The method used in the analysis in this study is Farming System Analysis (FSA) and approach system method used is object oriented. The purpose of this study is based on the frequent changes in the level of harvest feasibility in the agricultural sector, where the current level of yield feasibility does not only occur on unproductive land but also encroaches on land with good productivity. It is necessary to provide an information system that can support the observation of the feasibility of the yields to be produced by the agricultural sector. By integrating this system into the agricultural sector, it will result in increasing the quality, quantity, resilience and cost effectiveness of agricultural production, and shifting the paradigm of application from Object Oriented to Smart Object Oriented based on the Internet of Things (IoT).

Abstract

Pangalengan District has its uniqueness and uniqueness, such as the height factor, agricultural groups, livestock groups, community plantations or large / state plantations. The problem is that there is no map of the distribution of energy sources in Pangalengan Subdistrict, as many cattle farms almost all have biogas reactors, as well as smallholder plantations that are scattered in almost every village where there is biomass energy potential, lakes such as Cileunca where the water flow is used by around 3 state electricity companies (Indonesia Power) reached the Cikalong area, and there are hundreds of hectares of large / state plantations operating in Pangalengan District, but whether the yield of plantation biomass has been optimized for energy purposes. The method used is geoprocessing to overlay several maps and data so that the data conclusions drawn information, the results of this study in the form of a distribution map of potential biological resources that can be used as an energy source, and the expected impact hopefully the community and government officials in Pangelang District better understand the potential for independent energy in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to create alternative media in the form of automated student admission information services (PMB) at the International Women University. The problem in this research is the sending of the entrance test results (USM). PMB committee needs a long time to send one by one announcement of the results of the entrance examination (USM) via Short Message Services (SMS). In addition to PMB information services such as campus information, majors, curriculum, PMB payments also need to have an alternative media besides delivery via the campus website that allows interference. The solution offered through this research is to build an autoresponder email application that can serve requests for information related to PMB automatically. To achieve this, in this study using a prototype system development method and an object-oriented approach. This email autoresponder application was built using java SE and the mysql database. With the autoresponder email application, PMB participants have alternative media to obtain PMB information. The application will send replies automatically on request. Based on testing 10 times, the length of the process to get a reply is between 19 seconds to 27 seconds with an average of 24.19 seconds.

Abstract

Arabic is an important language for Muslims. At present, only a portion of Elementary Schools are capable of studying Arabic. The main factor in the learning process of elementary school children is the difficulty of students to focus on learning. So the teacher must do the delivery of learning material repeatedly. This research was conducted with the aim of designing educational games that utilize mobile android so that learning is more effective and students are more focused on the subject matter delivered. This research was conducted at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Nahdlatul Ulama Cepogo by referring to the 4th grade handbook curriculum. With the interview method to the teacher concerned and research during the learning process, problems can be identified while learning takes place, and solutions to problems are found. which exists. This educational game is made using software construct 2, as well as making buttons with Adobe Photoshop CS5. The contents of this application display material maharah istima ’and mahabah kitabah. With an attractive appearance, this application helps teachers in the learning process, as well as student guardians in the learning process of students at home. Before testing, a game demo is conducted so that students understand how to use the application and then students try the application alternately. From the results of testing and questionnaires, obtained a percentage of 83% of 24 respondents who stated this game can be used as an interesting learning media.

Abstract

SMK Bakti Nusantara 666 is a vocational high school located in Kab. Bandung. In the 2016/2017 school year, SMK Bakti Nusantara 666 had 485 grade 11 students from 5 majors. With the large number of students in the internship section it will process these students. The large number of students with the manual labor system that is still done manually is prone to delays in completing work and piles of documents. In this case SMK Bakti Nusantara 666 does not yet have an information system that can facilitate registration, daily monitoring agenda, and apprenticeship assessment. Therefore, it is necessary to design an information system that can help the internal engineering process, namely in terms of registration, daily agenda of monitoring, and appraisal assessment. The method used is descriptive method. The system approach method applied is a structured method and a development method using the waterfall method. The design of the apprenticeship information system can help students, the hubin and the internship testers in the three processes, namely by being able to access the system wherever and whenever. In addition, delays in processing the prakerin and stack documents can be minimized.

Abstract

Perkebunan Nusantara IV is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in agro-industry business. Although a large company, but the payroll information system at the company there are several stages that are still done in a manual way, so that it can cause ineffective in time management and data security. The system design that will be built using the waterfall method and structured programming as a process aid, while the database application development tool uses MySQL. Making this application follows the stages of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). This makes the payroll system needs to be supported by a good information system. In order to develop a payroll system at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. This website serves to process data about payroll at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. The purpose of this website is to make it easier for companies to manage time and security in the calculation and security of employee payroll data and provide accurate information for each employee.

Abstract

UNPAR uses a learning management system based on ICT for every classes it provides. This facility greatly supports the student-centered interactive learning process. However, some classes have requirement characteristics which have not been catered by the system. Among them is Class Kerja Praktek which is served by Mechatronics Engineering Department of UNPAR. One aspect of this early research work is to analyze the data requirement of the Class Kerja Praktek management information system. This work proposes a database design that is able to serve the data requirements of overall business process starting from management of student registration, group formation, company placement, internship, consultation, grading, defense, and colleting report. This database is planned to be used by a web-based information system application.
