Abstract

Streaming is the process of sending data continuously or continuously that be broadcast over the internet. FPV (First-person view) is a method used to control radio control vehicles from the pilot. Analysis of live video streaming service on FPV aeromodelling with standard configurations to determine the maximum results for live video streaming service on FPV aeromodelling. Distance measurements and environmental conditions are also necessary to determine the performance of live video streaming. Then performed a Quality of Service (QoS) analysis, including measurement of delay, jitter, and throughput using Wireshark. From the tests that have been carried out, the comparison of the best value between the measurement of data delay with a value of 0.0085 ms, for a jitter of 20.294 ms and throughput of 0.009 ms is obtained, all of which are in accordance with the standards recommended by ITU-T, so that the overall QoS obtained gives sufficient results.satisfying.

Abstract

Universitas Sangga Buana is an educational institution that continues to develop the following technological advances by creating an e-learning system for students to facilitate distance learning. This system is relatively new and still being developed, allowing there are still many gaps that others can exploit, especially on the security side of the system. To reduce system security vulnerabilities and data loss risks, it is necessary to conduct an audit of the e-learning system at the Universitas Sangga Buana. The stages used to determine security system vulnerabilities and risk management in e-learning systems use the NIST framework and the Acunetix application as a system security testing tool. The final result of the e-learning system audit is that the e-learning system of the University of Sangga Buana is at a reasonable level with no high system vulnerabilities found and well-implemented risk management.

Abstract

The library at SMP N 5 Bandarlampung is a junior high school library that has library management staff and the number of book collections according to library standards and has adequate library facilities and infrastructure. Students and students are required to become members of the school library to support the learning process. However, the process of borrowing and returning books currently carried out is still conventional, that is, all library administration data collection in borrowing and returning books is still written in the book, and when looking for the required data, you must open the book page. Application of library administration information systems using this user experience design, users can better understand and easily use applications that are made to maximize the performance of library staff, school principals, and students in managing library administration. The design of the library administration information system using the user experience design at SMP Negeri 5 Bandarlampung using the user-centered design method has 5 stages namely, Empethized, Define Problem Statements, Indentation, and Prototype in accordance with the needs of users in the library administration information system based on the user experience design undertaken. The results of testing the criteria for the DeLone and McLean Model criteria for the success of the information system were 84.31% with the criteria being Very Good.

Abstract

Not every universities, including the International Women's University, are able to manage data optimally. The objectives of this study are to describe the current research and PKM data management system at International Women University, to build a research and PKM data management system at International Women University, and to conduct testing and implementation of research and PKM data management systems at the International Women University that has been created. The method used is descriptive-action, which first describes the entire system, then analyzes the shortcomings and weaknesses that occur, and then takes action accompanied by solutions to solve it. The system that will be built later is expected to be an enabler in the management of Research and PKM activities for lecturers at the International Women University. In addition, this system is also expected to become an embryo for the creation of other systems so that the International Women University becomes a modern university based on CBIS (Computer Based Information System).

Abstract

Mathematics, especially arithmetic theory, is a difficult subject for most students. Apart from the theory that is difficult to understand, students also have shortcomings in the interest in learning materials and limitations in learning media to teach arithmetic theory in mathematics. The purpose of this research is to produce an educational game as an alternative to studying arithmetic material in mathematics. The target users of this educational game are grade 1 elementary school students. This game has several features, such as displaying material in the form of images and videos in the form of learning to count from numbers 1 to 10, and counting games with drag and drop. The method used to develop this application starts from design and planning, then continues with the material collection, implementation, testing and evaluation, and application maintenance. Based on black-box testing, the results show that the educational game has been made as expected, while based on the User Acceptance Test, the results of user perceptions of the game are 94.25% with an indicator of the "Very Good" category which indicates that this educational game can be used as alternative in learning arithmetic theory in mathematics.

Abstract

Currently the organization is facing challenges due to the Covid19 pandemic which has caused changes in work patterns for all members of the organization. The priority of management is to give more attention to information security, especially for members and government organizations in general. Various information security practices have been carried out, but there are obstacles that occur such as the lack of awareness of information security, work behavior, work culture, and the lack of human resources available and this can have a negative impact on the level of information security concern in the organization. Information security practices carried out by management do not always have an impact on changes in the behavior of organizational members. From the data obtained, there are many information security practices that may have been implemented by management. But do members of the organization care about the practice. Therefore, it is important to conduct research with the aim of knowing the practice of information security concern that has been carried out by management whether it has an impact on organizational members, especially the organization itself. This study used qualitative and quantitative interpretive approaches as a data collection process in three government organizations. Qualitative is used to obtain data from management and processed using the SAP-LAP model through interviews. Then an online survey was conducted with members of the organization to determine the impact of implementing information security care practices on the organization. The results show that organizational members have a high level of concern for the management's information security practices.

Abstract

Vocational education institutions will be able to carry out their functions and objectives if they have supporting elements that contribute to the goals of the institution. One of the supporting elements is resources. Various resources in vocational institutions have a role to accelerate the realization of institutional goals. Information technology resources play a role in facilitating the activities of institutions in the IT field. The purpose of this study is to know whether the organizational structure that handles IT in schools SMK Jenangan is an appropriate IT governance COBIT. The methodology used by the descriptive. survey research data. Based on the findings obtained, this institution is still lacking staff in different positions. After conducting research obtained, there are 5 primary IT-related goals of 20 processes COBIT5. The result is an adjustment in the form of recommendation IT governance resources requirements along with the tasks and responsibilities which refers COBIT5 domain. The hope of research is the impact to changes in the organizational structure typewriter appropriate recommendations so software engineering division can optimal tasks.

Abstract

Seminars and workshops are one of the efforts to distribute knowledge from experts. In its implementation, presence is one of the vital implementation components. The activity of the seminar presence is to confirm the attendance of the participants. However, there are still implementation issues in the activities of presence confirmation for participants. The purpose of this research is to analyze, design, implement the technology of QR code to propose the new system in the activities of presence confirmation in the seminars. The research uses descriptive research method with object-oriented design approach and the prototyping model as a system development method. The research result is a web-based seminar presence information system that is expected to handle the issues with better procedures for both participant and event organizer.

Abstract

Abstrak Produk layanan yang diberikan oleh pihak bank diantaranya ialah kredit. Namun, ketidakakuratan analisis pemberian kredit dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kredit macet. Maka dari itu perlu diterapkan sistem pendukung keputusan terutama pada KSU DARMA Cabang Srono, Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang proses analisisnya masih manual. Pembangunan sistem tersebut memakai bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL yang dijadikan basis data dan mengombinasikan metode AHP dan SAW. Kombinasi metode ini lebih baik daripada metode AHP atau SAW. Sistem dikembangkan dengan mengimplementasikan metode waterfall. Setelah sistem berhasil dibangun, dilakukan empat pengujian yaitu pengujian akurasi yang menghasilkan tingkat keakuratan 100%, pengujian black box testing yang menghasilkan sistem baik secara fungsional, pengujian white box testing menghasilkan sistem baik secara alur dan logika program, serta pengujian respon pengguna menghasilkan respon pengguna sangat baik terhadap sistem yang telah dibangun. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Kredit, Web, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting Abstract The service products provided by the bank include the credit. However, inaccurate analysis of credit disbursement can lead to bad credit. Therefore it is necessary to apply a decision support system, especially in the KSU DARMA Srono Branch, Banyuwangi Regency, where the analysis process is still manual. The system development uses the programming language PHP and MySQL which is used as a database and combines the AHP and SAW methods. This combination of methods is better than the AHP or SAW method. The system is developed by implementing the waterfall method. After the system was successfully built, four tests were carried out, namely accuracy testing which resulted in 100% accuracy, black-box testing which resulted in a functionally good system, white box testing producing a system both inflow and program logic, and testing user responses which resulted in very user responses good against the system that has been built. Abstract

Social media has become an inseparable part of everyday life in modern society to make it easier to interact and communicate with each other. The purpose of this study is to review and compare the deep learning methods implemented in the case of detecting fake news from several previous studies, and to get an overview of the corpus or dataset used by previous studies. This research is also to help researchers identify and map the use of deep learning algorithms in cases of detecting fake news. The research method is conducting a literature survey of 12 literatures obtained from the ScienceDirect and IEEE Xplore websites. The collection of literature that has been surveyed is selected based on the year published in 2021 with the topic of research on detection of fake news using a deep learning approach. The results of this study summarize that the strategy to detect fake news can be done with four approaches, based on the content, based on the writing style, based on the distribution pattern, and based on the credibility of the source. The results of this research also show that the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm is a favorite of researchers by appearing 6 times in the literature collection. The next favorite algorithm is Long Short Term Memory which appears in 5 literatures and Bidirectional LSTM which appears in 4 literatures.
