Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study to determine the effect of workload, work stress and burnout on turnover intention employee of PT. Esta Dana Ventura Branch of Makasar.Design/Methodology/Approarch: This research uses explanative research with a quantitative approach. A sample of 120 respondents was selected for data collection using simple random sampling method. A closed questionnaire was used which was facilitated through Google Forms. The collected data was analyzed using a Likert scale model and t test.Findings: This study confirms a positive and significant relationship between workload, work stress, and burnout with employee turnover intention. These results support theories that describe excessive workload, high stress levels, and levels of burnout with the desire of employees to leave the organization. These implications can enrich our understanding of how these variables are interrelated and how they impact employee attitudes and behavior. Based on the research results, PT. Esta Dana Ventura Makassar Branch should take some practical steps Encouraging open communication between management and employees is very important. This can help identify problems related to workload, work stress, and burnout that affect employees. Management needs to open effective communication channels to provide opportunities for employees to convey problems and problems that are experienced.

Abstract

Purpose: To analyze in depth the impact of labeling effect on purchasing decisions and its implications on consumer loyalty, analyze in depth the impact of social media marketing on purchasing decisions and its implications on consumer loyalty, and analyze in depth the impact of purchasing decisions on consumer loyalty at Super Indo Supermarket Malang, to be able to solve problems related to the National Research Master Plan (RIRN) on the theme of economics and human resources with the focus areas of PRN Social Humanities, Education, Arts, and Culture on the topics of entrepreneurship, cooperatives and MSMEs.Design/Methodology/Approach: The study was conducted on 200 respondents who were met directly at Super Indo Supermarket Malang, while the research respondents were selected by accidental sampling. The collected data were then analyzed using the Structural. Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. Where the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires will be analyzed by looking at and considering the results of the outer model, inner model, and examination of the mediation model.Findings: The results of the study show that the labeling effect has a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions and loyalty. While on the other hand, social media marketing also influences consumer purchasing decisions and loyalty. There is a mediating role of the purchasing decision variable that connects the labeling effect variable and Social Media Marketing to Loyalty.

Abstract

Purpose: Employment plays a pivotal role in driving social and economic development, particularly in Gorontalo Province, which faces significant challenges in integrating university graduates into the labor market. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of internship experiences and social environment on the job readiness of graduates from Universitas Negeri Gorontalo who graduated between 2021 and 2023.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employed a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. It involved 1,618 respondents who were graduates of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo from the 2021–2023 period.Findings: The findings indicate that while internship experiences have proven effective in providing relevant practical skills, the role of social networks, such as family and community support, has a more significant influence on graduates' readiness to enter the workforce. The study recommends that universities enhance the quality of internship programs through strategic partnerships with various industries, particularly those experiencing growth. Additionally, strengthening professional social networks for graduates is essential to support their transition into the labor market. Moving forward, further research is encouraged to explore other factors influencing job readiness, enabling more comprehensive and impactful solutions to be developed.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of work-life balance and job stress on employee performance, focusing on the mediating role of Organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach: The data was collected by surveying 100 employees at a textile company in Bandung, Indonesia, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.Findings: The results of this study show that work-life balance has a noteworthy influence on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. On the other hand, job stress only has a significant negative impact on organizational citizenship behavior, but not on employee performance. The study also demonstrates that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and substantial effect on employee performance. Additionally, the findings suggest that organizational citizenship behavior mediates the relationship between work-life balance and job stress to employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The application of green accounting by companies is a form of corporate responsibility towards society and the environment, where companies care about the environment as a result of the company's operational activities. This research aims to determine whether business owners know and implement green accounting practices.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach guided by case studies—data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of research objects.Findings: The results of this research regarding understanding and concern in implementing Green Accounting at CV. Berkat Adidaya Gorontalo has implemented Green Accounting by not throwing away factory products carelessly but instead sorting and filtering waste before disposal. By implementing green accounting, companies try to reduce environmental pollution by paying attention to the waste produced due to company activities.

Abstract

Purpose: To determine the amount of working capital measured through the level of cash turnover, inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and working capital turnover in achieving BUMDes profitability.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The quantitative data used in this study are figures or documents related to working capital management and profit acquisition at BUMDes Karya Lestari in the coastal area of Bone Bolango Regency.Findings: The data processing carried out shows that BUMDes Karya Lestari's capital requirements for the next period are Rp. 157,916,225. The calculation results show that the capital requirements have increased compared to the previous year.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to 1) Analysis of the economic infrastructure around the mangrove forest on the local economy; 2) Identify potential and opportunities for diversification of mangrove forest use; 3) Development of optimal action plans including production, marketing, and sustainability strategy planning. The research was conducted in East Pentadu and West Pentadu Villages, Boalemo Regency, which is one of the mangrove forest locations in Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research uses qualitative methods to analyze economic improvement through diversification of mangrove forest use. Data collection and data analysis techniques are carried out through observation and documentation with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Findings: The research results showed that the development of tourist attractions in East Pentadu Village by utilizing the mangrove forest area began in 2017 and West Pentadu in 2022 offers great potential for local economic development. With the background of the beach location in East Pentadu Village which used to be a place for mooring fishing boats and the beach in West Pentadu Village which was not used, these two locations have been transformed into attractive destinations for visitors, both from inside and outside Boalemo Regency. Regarding the use of mangroves in overcoming the problem of managing tourist attractions, several steps need to be taken by the village government and community including forming working groups and dialogue between elements of society.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to map the trends, major themes, theoretical frameworks, and key determinants of revisit intention within the literature on ethnic festivals, with a special focus on Bali’s cultural tourism context.Design/Methodology/Approach: A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review (SLR) based on the SPAR-4-SLR protocol, encompassing the stages of assembling, arranging, and assessing. Literature searches and selections were conducted through the Scopus-indexed Emerald and ScienceDirect databases for the period May 2014–May 2025, yielding 22 core articles for analysis.Findings: The findings reveal that cultural authenticity, symbolic experience, and local community engagement are critical factors in creating memorable experiences and fostering tourists’ intention to revisit. The Ogoh-Ogoh and Nyepi festivals demonstrate distinctive symbolic and spiritual dimensions, although the international database on Ogoh-Ogoh remains scarce. These results underscore the need for collaborative, interdisciplinary research and broader theoretical integration to advance understanding of ethnic festivals’ roles in sustainable tourism. This study provides both conceptual and practical foundations for developing innovative, authentic, and sustainable strategies for cultural destination management at both local and global levels.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the impact of innovation and technological progress on smartphone sales in Sikapaiya, Majene.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 25 on 100 respondents.Findings: The results show that innovation and technological progress have a significant effect on smartphone sales, both partially and simultaneously. The findings have significant implications for increasing smartphone sales, suggesting that mobile phone companies can boost sales by developing better innovations and technologies.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to explore the extent to which the role of digital technology can increase financial literacy among students. The problems in the study are the low financial literacy of students and not optimal use of smartphones and the internet, digital technology as an effective solution in applying financial principles interactively easily accessible, not all students have the same access to financial technology and the lack of specific research that discusses the effectiveness of digital technology in increasing financial understanding among students.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population in this study was all students in semesters IV (Four) and VI (Six) of the Financial Management concentration study program at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima, with a total sample of 161 students, and the sampling used was purposive.Findings: The research results show that the use of digital technology plays an important role in increasing financial literacy among students. Digital financial applications, social media, and online education platforms are proven to be able to help students manage personal finances, understand basic financial concepts, and make wiser financial decisions. Apart from that, financial literacy in the digital era needs to continue to be improved through the integration of technology-based financial education in the curriculum and the provision of digital platforms that are trusted and easy for students to access. It is believed that this approach can create a younger generation that is more financially intelligent and ready to face future economic challenges.
