<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to explore and describe leadership strategies in improving the performance of BUMD PD Selaparang Agro employees, East Lombok Regency. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research where the presentation of the data was done by describing the data in the form of words and language. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses stages starting from data reduction, data presentation and verification. Research results Leadership strategies in improving employee performance in PD. Selaparang Agro does several things, namely: 1) Building good communication with employees by briefing every morning and open communication. 2) Provide motivation to employees. 3) Provide comparative study opportunities in order to increase employee experience, skills and abilities at work. 4) Apply discipline. 5) Give rewards or awards to employees who achieve achievements.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to prove and analyze the influence of job placement and job characteristics on job satisfaction of East Lombok Regency DPRD Secretariat employees. The type of research used is explanatory research. The analysis technique is carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this research are that partially, work placement and job characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction of East Lombok Regency DPRD Secretariat employees. Likewise, simultaneously, work placement and job characteristics influence the job satisfaction of East Lombok Regency DPRD Secretariat employees with an influence contribution of 41.2%.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kearifan lokal “neka gaku ngo data” pada Suku Manggarai dan bagaimana nilai tersebut dapat diadopsi sebagai sebuah model pendidikan anti korupsi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian tersebut ditemukan: 1) Neka Gaku Ngo Data merupakan sebuah sistem nilai yang telah tertanam kuat pada masyarakat. 2) Penanaman nilai tersebut dilakukan dengan pola tuing (nasihat) yang disampaikan secara terus menerus dalam berbagai kesempatan. 3) Struktur budaya memegan peranan penting menjadi control dalam menjaga nilai-nilai tersebut dapat dijalankan dan dipatuhi oleh segenap anggota masyarakat. Dengan demikian kearifan neka gaku ngo data tersebut dapat menjadi nilai universal yang bisa diadopsi dengan perumusan pola dan sistem seperti yang berkembang pada masyarakat Manggarai.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of Public Service Malls to create integrated services in one place is one form of public service activity. Kubu Raya Regency is one of the regions that provides services through the Public Service Mall. This research aims to explain the process of implementing Regent Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Public Service Malls, especially the benefits of Public Service Malls. Apart from that, identifying factors determining success and obstacles in the policy implementation process using Adam Smith's implementation theory. This research uses policy research methods by focusing on (1) identifying existing problems, (2) coordination between sectors related to the implementation of this regulation, especially at the One Stop Integrated Investment Service (DPMTSP) which has the authority to implement this regulation. And then on the participation of stakeholders, especially the community as the target group or target group, (3) Then evaluate the implementation of this regulation. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research indicate efforts to achieve success in Public Service Malls as public service providers in order to create integrated services.]]>

<![CDATA[Infrastructure development is the government's responsibility towards the community, but in reality the infrastructure growth carried out by the government is gradual, this gives rise to unequal development in each region which has an impact on unequal road development. This research was conducted because of uneven development in Durian Village, while based on the APBDes, the priority development in the village is infrastructure. The aim of the research is to describe the roles played by the community in building roads. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, determining informants using a purposive sampling technique consisting of 5 people. The results of research on the role of NGOs in the form of deliberation and fundraising carried out by the community are mutual cooperation, contributions and cooperation with NGOs. The role of NGOs and communities in the road construction process.]]>

<![CDATA[In essence, this research article discusses the issue of public service in the region by introducing the "Ikat Cloth" innovation implemented by the DPMPTSP of Sintang Regency to streamline the licensing process for business actors. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, considering five innovation attributes as the research outcome. The results indicate relative advantages in terms of ease of access, alignment with community needs, ease of comprehension, feasibility through the socialization process, and ease of observation reflected in positive changes in licensing services. However, there are occasional challenges due to the weakness of the internet network during implementation. Nevertheless, it is expected that this innovation will assist and facilitate service processes to the community in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze strategies for optimizing the role of Generation Z beginner voters through political education ahead of the 2024 elections in Kubu Raya regency. The success of holding elections can be seen from the high level of participation of community groups. The lack of knowledge and awareness in understanding democracy and less than optimal political education for first-time voters can allegedly reduce the involvement of first-time voters in the 2024 elections, especially in regency generation Z and millennials dominate Kubu Raya's population, novice voter require special attention. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The data in this research were obtained from interviews with sources from beginner voters in Kubu Raya Regency, observations, and literature studies. This research found seven particular political education strategies implemented by the General Election Commission facing the 2024 elections in the Regency Kubu Raya in carrying out voter education programs to increase community participation.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of phubbing today is very obvious in everyday life, the impact of the progress of civilization is supported by the development of science and technology so that humans are increasingly dependent on technological products such as mobile phones. This quantitative research using the survey method with a cross-sectional study system aims to conduct an in-depth study of the phenomenon of phubbing in the student environment. A sample of 152 people was determined by purposive sampling. The research data were obtained from the response of the sample to the questionnaire supported by observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive methods. The results showed that the level of student phubbing was in the medium category. It is recommended that students can make self-regulation in the use of cell phones to minimize the level of phubbing, especially when studying and talking to others.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the marriage traditions still being preserved today is the tradition of Nglarung Ayam by the people of Kalijambe Village. Nglarung is a tradition in Javanese society to throw offerings in the sea or river. The aims of this research are as follows: 1) to find out the implementation of the Nglarung Ayam tradition at weddings in the Kalijambe Village community, 2) to analyze the meaning behind the Nglarung Ayam tradition carried out by the Kalijambe Village community. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The research results show that the tradition of Nglarung Ayam is carried out when residents of Kalijambe Village get married and get a partner from outside the village who are separated by a river and cross a bridge. Nglarung Ayam is done by releasing free-range chickens on the bridge that the bridal party crosses to their partner's house. Nglarung Ayam has two meanings. The incidental meaning applies during the journey to the in-law's house as a reinforcement to protect the bridal party from danger on the way to the couple's house. The second is the meaning of continuity, namely, the hope of ensuring future harmony and happiness for the bridal couple.]]>

<![CDATA[Local wisdom of social care is the culture of helping one another to build food resilience in the Malay community in the border of Temajuk district of Sambas. For the Malay community to be a professional farmer, abundant food resources can survive without dependence on others. This research uses qualitative discrepancy methods by demonstrating food sustainability in a cultural perspective. The results of the study explained that social concerns have helped a former Indonesian labour force citizen who returned to his hometown to stop living in Serawak Malaysia so that he did not have a fixed job and decided to become a farmer. Social care is a form of support of the Malay people to others against each other voluntarily, through the approach of social capital such as economic resilience assistance through the provision of productive land and trade networks with neighbouring countries, thus creating resiliency with the community at the Temajuk border.]]>
