Abstract

Ethanol merupakan bahan bakar yang menghasilkan polutan yang rendah, bahan bakar yang aman, titik nyala etanol tiga kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan bensin dan emisi hidokarbon lebih sedikit. Ethanol 50 merupakan campuran premium 50% - Bioethanol 50% yang mempunyai nilai kalor lebih rendah dari premium. Pengaruh rasio kompresi pada kinerja mesin Bensin dengan 50% bioethanol gasoline bahan bakar dicampur diselidiki pada dinamometer rem air. Sifat bioetanol diukur berdasarkan pada American Society for Testing Material (ASTM) standar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui unjuk kerja mesin bensin yang menggunakan bahan bakar Ethanol E50 dengan pengaturan kompresi rasio dan durasi injeksi. Penelitian dilakukan pada Mesin Bensin 2 silinder 650 cc pada variable speed 2000 - 5000 rpm, metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengatur kompresi rasio dan durasi injeksi. Kompresi rasio yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebesar 9 , 10 dan 11. Sedangkan durasi injeksi dilakukan pada digunakan pada penelitian ini sebesar 6 ms, 6,6 ms dan 7,2 ms. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pengaturan kompresi rasio dan durasi injeksi pada mesin bensin berbahan bakar Ethanol 50, pada kompresi rasio 11 diperoleh kenaikan torsi, daya mengalami kenaikan sebesar 9 %, 4,08% terhadap E50 standar. dibandingkan dengan menggunakan bensin murni pada kompresi rasio 9,6. Sedangkan pengaruh rasio kompresi dan durasi injeksi dengan pada E50 dapat menaikan konsumsi bsfc 2,1% dari E50 Standar dan meningkatkan thermal efisiensi dengan 9,2%.

Abstract

This study attempts to know the correlation among the attitudes toward learning English, and achievements of the first year Air Transportation Management II students of Casea Surabaya. This study is limited in Academic year 2015/2016. The limitation based on the following consideration; the first, in Academic year 2015/2016 is the moment of the students to measure their skills during one year; the second, they still have the time to improve their English skill and study hard than before.Based on the research problems, research objectives and explanations that have been given, the writer can deliver the conclusion as follows; The mean of the attitudes questionnaire is 63.26. It is a good category and there is significant correlation between the students' English achievement and the students' achievement in the first year of CASEA Surabaya. From the interpretation of data, the score is-0,13. Consider of the table significant level is including a low correlation

Abstract

The process of takeoff and landing is a crucial factor in the phase of flight, other than because it is on the critical height but also the critical speed. At the time of the landing process required a low speed (no stall), as well as providing a high braking effect is obtained for a smooth landing and sliding distance is relatively short. At that result, in the process of landing a maximum flap deflection is used to produce CLmax and drag the highest. At the time the plane accelerate speeds for takeoff, immediately attempted to get the low takeoff speed (no stall), as well as provide a small braking effect to immediately achieved a high rate of speed. Thus required a small flap deflection of flaps on takeoff position.

Abstract

Characteristic of viscous flow through a contour always become the interesting topic to be studied. This research studied characteristic of turbulent viscous flow through a flat plate mounted by bump. Target of this research is to know the flow characteristic through the semicircle, triangle and quadrangular bump, and also to get distribution coefficient of pressure (Cp), separation point, coefficient of pressure drag (CDp) and coefficient of total drag (CD). Beside that, in this research also conduct smoke visualization to know visualization of turbulent viscous flow through a flat plate mounted by bump. This experiment is conducted in subsonic wind tunnel. Form of the bump that is used are semicircle, triangle and quadrangular, and free stream velocity equal to 9.75 m/s and 15.5 m/s. Pressure coefficient got from static pressure measurement over flat plate and bump by using wall pressure tap. Coefficient of pressure drag (CDp) got from calculation based pressure. The measurement of velocity profile over flat plate and bump by using pitot tube. Measurement conducted at 6 point before side of upstream bump, 1 point at top bump and 13 point after side of downstream bump where distance between the points are 20 mm. While for the direction of vertical, the measurement taken at 80 point started from height 80 mm from surface until near the surface. Existence of bump on flat plate result the flow becomes separation so that generate the total drag force addition over flat plate. The highest total drag force occured on flat plate with triangle bump, then on flat plate with quadrangular bump and the smallest occur on flat plate with semicircle bump.

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol dan Monitoring Solar Cell dengan Raspberry Pi Berbasis Web ini digunakan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran program studi Teknik Listrik Bandar Udara khususnya yaitu pembelajaran praktek ilmu Sel Surya. Rancangan ini menggunakan Sensor Arus dan Tegangan yang dipasang antara Panel Sel Surya–Charger Controller, Charger Controller –Baterai, Baterai – Beban, serta Sensoer Suhu yang dipasan pada Battery. Pemasangan sensor – sensor ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi arus, tegangan, serta suhu pada rangkaian Sel Surya sehingga dapat mempermudah penjelasan tentang prinsip kerja Sel Surya dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil pembacaan seksor – sensor tersebut akan diolah oleh Mikrokontroller yang kemudian akan dikirim ke Raspberry Pi unuk ditampilkan melalui Web.Dalam rancangan alat ini, penulis menggunakan beberapa variabel kontrol antara lain besar Beban yang terpasang dan Intensitas Cahaya sebagai sumber energi dari Sel Surya. Sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan dan pengaruh variabel kontrol tersebut terhadap hasil pengukuran.Hasil pembacaan dari sensor – sensor tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan perhitungan manual sehingga dapat diketahui akurat atau tidaknya data pembacaan sensor

Abstract

Rancangan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah teknisi dalam melakukan monitoring sequence flashing lighting di bandara internasional Juanda, karena letak sequence flashing lighting yang jaraknya empat kilometer dari power house dan lokasinya yang sulit dijangkau terutama sequence flashing lighting runway 28 yang berada di tambak-tambak warga. Penelitian ini menggunakan microcontroller sebagai media kontrol dan kabel fiber optic sebagai media komunikasi, untuk mendeteksi nilai kegagalan dari lampu tersebut menggunakan sensor arus ACS712, metode untuk tampilan hasil monitoring menggunakan visual basic yang akan ditampilkan di komputer atau personal computer. Sedangkan untuk komunikasi antara personal computer dengan microcontroller menggunakan kabel UTP atau ethernet dengan dukungan ethernet media converterto serial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan untuk monitoring nyala dan mati sequence flashing lighting dapat menggunakan personal computer sehingga dengan metode ini kinerja teknisi menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

In this research of writer use method either through qualitative and also quantitatively with examination of reliabilitas and validity, test doubled regresi, correlation coefficient test, parsial correlation coefficient test, test F test and t. As for result of this research is : For the examination of by parsial known by variable (tangibles) (X1), assess t calculate which obtained is equal to 9,547 and its value is 0,000, (reliability) (X2), assess t calculate which obtained is equal to 10,245 and its value is 0,000, (responsiveness) (X3), assess t calculate which obtained is equal to 8,576 and its value is 0,001, (assurance) (X4), assess t calculate which obtained is equal to 7,568 and its value is 0,002, (empathy) (X5), assess t calculate which obtained is equal to 6,125 and its value is 0,000, this smaller value than = 0,05, so that can be said that that free variable (tangibles) (X1), (reliability) (X2), (responsiveness) (X3), (assurance) (X4), (empathy) (X5) by parsial have an effect on to storey; level satisfaction of cadets (Y) at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya. Result of calculation Test conducted F constructively SPSS program obtained [by] f value [count/calculate] equal to 980,365. obtained Signifikansi value [is] equal to 0,000, this smaller signifikansi value than value that is 0,05. Thereby can be interpreted that free variable which (tangibles) (X1), (reliability) (X2), (responsiveness) (X3), (assurance) (X4), (empathy) (X5), together have an effect on to storey; level satisfaction of cadets (Y) at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya. Because X2 variable that is (reliability) have highest parsial correlation value that is equal to 0,988 compared to other free variable hence X2 variable that is (reliability) represent dominant free variable influence variable tied that is storey; level satisfaction of cadets (Y) at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya.

Abstract

Karakteristik aliran viscous melalui suatu kontur selalu menjadi topik yang menarik untuk dikaji. Pada penelitian kali ini, karakteristik yang dikaji adalah aliran turbulen melintasi plat datar dengan bump. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik aliran melintasi bump berbentuk setengah lingkaran distribusi koefisien tekanan (Cp) dan titik separasi. Selain itu juga dilakukan visualisasi aliran untuk mendapatkan gambaran aliran yang melintasi pelat datar dengan bump.Bentuk bump yang digunakan pada studi numerik ini adalah setengah lingkaran dengan freestream sebesar 9.75 m/s dan 15.5 m/s. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan simulasi numerik mengunakan software simulasi dengan model turbulen k – ε Realizable. Model benda uji berupa plat datar yang ditambahi dengan bump.Adanya bump pada pelat datar mengakibatkan aliran menjadi terseparasi sehingga menimbulkan penambahan gaya total drag sepanjang pelat datar. Separasi massive pada bump setengah lingkaran terjadi akibat momentum aliran tidak mampu mengatasi advarse pressure gradient dan tegangan geser antara permukaan bump dengan aliran fluida, sehingga untuk harga Re yang lebih besar akan mengakibatkan letak titik separasi lebih tertunda.

Abstract

Intelligence quotient (IQ), Emotional quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) are forms of intelligence that must be actualized, guided and developed through the learning process to arrive at the level of balance, so that a person (learners) adapting himself to his environment in certain circumstances. The person who is able to deal with and overcome any problems that arise in front of him is a person who has the intelligence of life, all of which is a duty for educators to learners in the learning process. Result of F Test calculation done with aid of SPSS program got F value counted 102,369. with a significance value of 0.000. this value is smaller than a = 0,05,so the mean simultaneously independent variables consisting of variables Quotient Quotient (IQ) (X1), Emotional Quotient (EQ) (X2) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) (X3) affect the variable tied Learning Achievement (Y) pancasila education courses cadet of diploma III air transportation management at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya. From the calculation result, it is known that the variable of Integral Quotient (IQ) (X1) has the t-count value of 8.160 and the significance value is 0,000, the Emotional Quotient (EQ) (X2) has the t-count value of 10.772 and the significance value is 0.000 Spiritual variable Quotient (SQ) (X3) has a t-count value of 11.886 and its significance value is 0,000. This significance value is smaller than a = 0,05, so it means partially independent variables consisting of Intelegence Quotient (IQ) (X1), Emotional Quotient (EQ) (X2) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) (X3) have an effect on dependent variable that is Learning Achievement (Y) pancasila education courses cadet of diploma III air transportation management at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya.
