Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the effect of cooperative learning on students achievement in ecology and their interpersonal communication skill in Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Unpak Bogor. This research was conducted at Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Unpak Bogor, and academic year of 2017/2018. Population in this research is students of the fourth semester of Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Unpak Bogor. Cluster Random Sampling technique is used in choosing the sample. There are two classes chosen as the sample with 75 students. Quantitative approach is used with experimental method which consists of three variables. The first variable is Team Assisted Individualization model (TAI) which is a independent variable (X). The second variable consists of two dependent variables (Y) they are ecology learning achievement and interpersonal communication skill. Based on the data analysis and research result, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of Team Assisted Individualization model on ecology learning achievement in Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Unpak Bogor. Learning outcome of ecology and interpersonal communication skill on experimental group which taught using Team Assisted Individualization is better than the result of the control group. Team Assisted Individualization model is a model that can improve ecology learning outcome and interpersonal communication skill.

Abstract

"The Effect of Exports and Imports on Economic Growth in East Java Province for the Period 2011 - 2020". This research is motivated by the economic growth rate which shows an increase of 5.6% in East Java Province. This figure is certainly greater when compared to the national economic growth which increased by 5.4%. Economic growth in East Java certainly gets a contribution from foreign trade activities, namely exports and imports. In addition, the author's curiosity about the conditions of exports and imports in the province of East Java and their influence on economic growth also triggered the author to compose this thesis. especially with the existence of several business conditions in the country and in the world that can have a direct or indirect influence on international trade. This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) exports on economic growth in East Java Province, (2) imports on economic growth in East Java Province, and (4) exports together with imports on economic growth in East Java Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, while the data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) East Java in 2011 2020. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) exports had an influence on economic growth in East Java Province, (2) imports had no effect on economic growth in East Java Province, and (4) exports together with imports had an influence on economic growth in Java Province. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the dynamics of the political dynasty of the harahap clan government in North Padang Lawas, and how the North Padang Lawas people's response to the system of government political dynasties formed in the district. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The informants in this study were selected using purposive sampling, namely by collecting accurate data or information related to the political dynasty of the North Padang Lawas government through individuals who are believed to have sources of accurate information related to research data. The results of this study indicate that the process of political dynasties in North Padang Lawas was formed due to several reasons. The first is from family relations (familism) obtained both in continguity and marriage. Second, political dynasties are formed through the popularity of prospective leaders. Third, political dynasties are formed from the experiences created by the leaders themselves in the previous period (the quality of leadership) that builds people's trust. Lastly, political dynasties could have been formed due to the influence of the demographic composition of the people who inhabit Paluta district itself, for example the domisioner clan (clan) that inhabited the district, namely the harahap clan. Furthermore, related to the problems above, the community responded with different views, namely positive sentiments and negative sentiments, including: a political dynasty can be a threat to us Indonesians, especially the North Padang Lawas district because it can endanger social mobilization and damage the regeneration of political journeys, as well as the occurrence of practical and dirty political practice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Correlation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture with Organizational Commitment at Minhaj Shahabah Islamic Boarding School Bogor. This study was conducted at Pesantren Minhaj Shahabah Bogor in 2020 and it used survey method with the correlation approach. This study population was 146 employees and the number of sample was 107 employees by proportionate random sampling technique. The collected research data will be analysed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics is used for testing the hypotheses using regression analysis technique, simple correlation and multiple correlation. The results show that 1) there is a positive highly significant correlation berween transformational leadership with organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1) is 0,989, coefficient of determination (ry.1)² is 0,978, and supported by regression equation of Ŷ = 14,150 + 0,853 X1, 2) there is a is a positive highly significant correlation between organizational culture with organizational commitment, with coefficient of correlation (ry.2) is 0,993, coefficient of determination (ry.2)² is 0,986, and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 5,992 + 0,932 X2, and 3) there is a positive highly significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational culture and organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1.2) is 0,994 and coefficient of determination (ry.1.2)²  is 0,988 and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 7,698 + 0,260X1 + 0,651X2. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational commitment can be enhanced through transformational leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to describe the communication patterns of okemedan.com online media journalists when covering news, as well as the communication barriers they face when doing so. This research method employs qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative research approach, with primary data collected through observation instruments, interviews, field notes, and documents, and secondary data collected through graphic documents. Domain analysis is a data analysis technique. Triangulation is a technique for determining the validity of data. The study's findings show that (1) journalists use a two-way communication pattern during interviews with resource persons, then say hello to the resource person, and communicate politely and politely. Before the interview, introduce yourself and ask the interviewee ethical questions. (2) Communication barriers with resource persons include resource persons who are unwilling to be interviewed, resource persons who are closed, resource persons who are difficult to find and contact, and resource persons who do not understand the essence of questions posed by journalists.

Abstract

The global environmental crisis is caused by wrong and failed policies, low political commitment, deviant behavior from state actors ranging from trans-national corporations, consumerism and individualism culture, which ultimately harms the environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze environmental law, the form and importance of law enforcement in realizing sustainable development. The method used in this paper is to use a normative juridical approach. The results of the research show that currently environmental law is still weak in overcoming various environmental problems that occur. The cause of not optimal environmental law is the lack of a firm and real form of law enforcement. Therefore, law enforcement must be enforced for the realization of sustainable development

Abstract

This study aims to describe qualitatively the portrait of children's education from the perspective of the Banjar tribal fishing community in Karang Anyar Village, this phenomenon is very interesting and important to study scientifically. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and data verification. This is dominated by parents who have misconceptions (misunderstanding) about education who think that there is no point in sending their children to school because it only adds to the economic burden and they are simply given education at home so that it is better for these children to help their parents earn a living at home. sea because of going to school, in the end, to get a degree and earn an income. This is what makes the level of education of children in this region is very minimal. The factors causing the lack of children's education in this village are the lack of parental participation in education, economic conditions and environmental influences that are too urgent and the children's income too early, the crisis of solidarity, the relatively high pessimistic attitude of the community, the lack of cooperation between teachers, parents, community leaders, and religious leaders.

Abstract

The rapid technological advances with a very strong internet penetration make the Indonesian people connect to communicate instantly. This has indirectly changed the pattern of human life, especially in the activities of shopping, communicating and working and transacting money in order to spend their income. Therefore with the activities carried out the hope of access to financial services that are affordable, fast and easy to personally connect with various activities. Someone in the internet world makes demands that need to be addressed by modern financial service providers.  Internet access has shown a significant increase. This is consistent with the publication of the Association of Internet Service Providers (APJII) in March 2015 stating an increase in internet users, namely from 71.9 million in 2013 to 88.1 million users at the end of 2014, or about 34.9% of the total population currently. This digital payment research shows that there is an increase in the quality of banking services in Indonesia. This is because the banking management has implemented it to reach all levels of Indonesian society, especially for millennials living in the FOR (frontier, outermost, and remote) areas.

Abstract

It has been two years since the global community has lived side by side with the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 itself has had a significant impact on world life, including restrictions on social activities and the decline in people's purchasing power due to the economic effects caused by the pandemic. In the midst of the crush of the two effects caused by this pandemic, there is anxiety in the community. This growing anxiety is then channeled in various forms, both online and offline. Offline this unrest has turned into murals that are critical of the government. This study aims to analyze the structure of the narrative and its characterization in a news report about the mural criticism of the government. This research is a qualitative research with the method of collecting data from online documentation studies on news published by Kompas, Tribunnews, and Detik within a certain time span. The theory used in this study is Greimas's Narrative Theory where it is stated that in the narrative text there are six actors who can help to see how the structure and characterization in the narrative text. The results of this study indicate that the media places mural artists, law enforcement officers, murals, and people's aspirations in different characterizations and the writing of the narrative text can be easily understood by the readers.

Abstract

This research was designed, one of which is to provide input to the Ministry of Religion and DKM in particular that mosque financial management must be transparent and accountable by applying the mosque accounting application in its implementation so that the targeted financial management of mosque governance can be easily achieved. In reality, as many as 30 mosques were selected in Bogor, that the effect of GCG application on the application of mosques in 30 selected mosques, which involved the principles of accountability, transparency, responsibility, independence and the principle of reasonableness had no influence on the process of applying the mosque application, this is certainly a lack of knowledge the mosque DKM how important is the implementation of good corporate governance. The purpose of this study is to determine the economic characteristics of the area in mosques in the Bogor area and whether the application of good corporate governance can affect the application of mosque accounting applications. This type of research is verification with an explanatory survey. Data collection method using a questionnaire. Data collection techniques from primary data and secondary data. Sampling using a purposive sampling method as many as 30 mosques in the Bogor Region. It can be concluded that the economic characteristics of the area at the 30th Mosque selected, still not evenly distributed, this can be seen from the different educational backgrounds of the DKM Mosque and the different area of the mosque and the results of the research data test application of good corporate governance has no influence on the application Mosque Accounting Application.
