Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the integrated Hajj information and computerization system (SISKOHAT) in the hajj pilgrimage in Sumedang Regency. This research uses a descriptive method, which is a method of one type of research whose purpose is to present a complete picture of the social setting or what is meant by exploration and clarification of a phenomenon or social reality, by describing the variables relating to the problem and the unit understudy with the phenomenon that is tested. The informants are the Head of the Office, the Head of Haj and Umrah Services, the Hajj and Umrah Service Unit Employees, and the SISKOHAT Operators. Based on the results of the research, the effectiveness of the integrated hajj information and computerization system in organizing the hajj pilgrimage has been going well, but there are still obstacles, namely the service support factor or a network from SISKOHAT, as well as people's understanding of the system. Strategies or efforts to ensure the effectiveness of SISKOHAT in carrying out the hajj properly are as follows: holding cooperation or MOU with local governments to improve network quality, organizing education and training, technical guidance or other training to improve employee integrity, and collaborating with extension workers at KUA and KBIH to provide understanding to the community or prospective pilgrims. Suggestions put forward for the effectiveness of the SISKOHAT in organizing the hajj run well are as follows: improving the quality of the SISKOHAT network to minimize existing obstacles. Also, it is necessary to hold comprehensive socialization for the community regarding the implementation of the hajj pilgrimage in Sumedang Regency, especially regarding hajj pilgrimage services using SISKOHAT.

Abstract

Saung Angklung Udjo is one of the cultural tourism objects and attractions in Bandung. Saung Angklung Udjo is currently facing competition issues, such as the growth of various tourism businesses in Bandung and decreasing level of public awareness of culture, especially Sundanese culture. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the landscape of the tourism industry as well as the behavior of consumers or tourists who have adapted to new normal conditions. This research aims to formulate a new business model which can be used as a business development strategy for Saung Angklung Udjo in the future. This descriptive qualitative research used purposive sampling as the technique of determining respondents, based on Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, which was equipped with SWOT analysis and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOSS). The findings showed that creating a hydroponic nursery center by utilizing vacant land, collaborating with various modern art communities, adapting the creative process of Angklung performance videos, and running e-tourism programs will attract broader customer segments (generation Z and millennials), as well as more, deserve of the revenue stream. This research still has many limitations, in terms of research objects there are still many that can be examined, such as service quality, customer satisfaction, cost analysis.

Abstract

This research using comparative methods. The purpose of this research is to compare the learning outcomes of learning IPS by using Media Monopoly and Media Powerpoint . This research was conducted at SDN Katulampa 1 in Bogor City Class VA, and VB in August odd semester 2019/2020. The analysis technique used is the analysis prerequisite test which includes a normality test, a homogeneity test, then a research hypothesis is carried out using the t test. The results empirically n shows that there perbendingan learning outcomes in Media Monopoly seen in the average score - average N-Gain 8 5 de ngan mastery learning outcomes 92 %, while the average score - average N-Gain on Media Power Point that is equal to 75 with the thoroughness of the results belaja r 86 %. ) . And the results of testing the hypothesis states that H o rejected and H a accepted because t arithmetic (1.67469) t table (1.67469). Based on the above results, it can be concluded that there is a comparison of the results of learning by using Media Monopoly and Media Power Point , and Media efektif is Media Monopoly.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is important in reducing the unemployment rate, since Society 5.0 aims to make people able to enjoy life to the fullest by utilizing technological advances, which has an impact on increasing economic growth. This article aimed to examine the Efforts to Develop Human Resources in Facing the Era of Society 5.0 in Indonesia by improving educational quality as a way of preparing the millennial generation for the era of digital transformation. The research method employed in this article was a qualitative method with a literature review. According to the findings of the study, in order to create professional and competent human resources in the period of society 5.0, it is necessary to improve the quality of education, involve the millennial generation, and also collaborate with the government and the business sector. It is expected that through adjusting to the changes and advancements of the times, Indonesia's human resources will have superior knowledge and abilities in the field of information technology in the future. This is useful for improving human resource competitiveness at multiple levels, including locally, nationally, and worldwide.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to discover about mitigation climate disaster in QS Yusuf 47-49. The method used is a literature review or library research without collecting data in the field with a descriptive approach. The data research is gathered through reading, collecting, and processing data based on numerous sources comprises a book, journal, article, and hadit as well as Qs-Al-Quran. The result shows that Yusuf prophet releases climate adaptation through surmising climate such as drying and the rainy season before the season combat the society. It refers to avoid human from some adverse effect of climate. Society in Yusuf prophet era providing staple food for facing drying season. As result as a society avoid the shortage of fundamental need when they experience extreme weather. The other is Yusuf prophet forecast weather both drying and rainy period to prefer human for another further mitigation. The other is Yusuf prophet reminds the society through building disaster communication before disaster strike society, it can be categorized as non-physic mitigation of disaster where communication makes them literate about ecology disaster before eco-catastrophe harm human. The impact is to salvage community from the possible side effect of disaster. Lastly, society in Yusuf prophet has conducted physical mitigation like building storage for food because it impossible as food doesn't save in house or food storage.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: The Phenomenon of Online Gambling Clucking Online Games Among Students in Pasar V Tembung Village. The research method used in this thesis is a type of qualitative research using the phenomenology method. The data collection technique used was various data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation at market V in Tembung Village. The results of this study indicate that the phenomenon of online gambling under the guise of online games among students is that many students are familiar with online gambling in their free time and because there is no activity either on campus, at boarding houses or at home. Online gamblers utilize information and communication technology as a means of modern gambling, making it more profitable for online gamblers because it does not require them to meet in person. The forms are: Slots, Togel, Links, Websites, Poker, Rummy, Football Gambling and Higgs Domino. Where teenagers do online gambling as a form of activity in the process of fulfilling their needs, both psychological and material. The resulting impact affects themselves personally and others, both having a negative impact on academic achievement, the economy, psychology, time and resulting in criminal acts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the communication pattern in the cooperation relationship between ANTV television station and KOmando production house at Pesbukers program and to know the production process done by cooperation between ANTV television station with KOmando production house (pra-production, production, until post-production) on the Pesbukers program, as well as to find out what problems will occur in the cooperation relationship between ANTV television station and KOmando production house on Pesbukers program. This research uses a qualitative research approach, because this research requires field observation and also researchers conducted interviews with the sources related to this research to obtain valid data. This research uses relationship theory, known by the name Palo Alto Group according to Stephen W. Littejohn [4]. ANTV joined with KOmando production so that cooperate and form a relationship as "Group" or group in Pesbukers program, that is a number of people exist between relations each other and the interconnection is a structure. Sources of data used in this study consist of primary and secondary. Primary data include conducting in-depth interviews on Key Informants, such as Producer in ANTV at Pesbukers and Informant program, such as Producer at KOmando Production, and Screenwriter at KOmando Production on Pesbukers program. While secondary data include documents related to the program event as well as various libraries or expert opinions sourced from books or from links. In the triangulation stage of the data held interviews with observers, he has the experience of being a Dubber, Screenwriter, and Director in a Production House.

Abstract

Herbal or traditional medicine has become a mainstay sector in the cosmetic industry and blended herbs have a major contribution to the value of national exports and are capable of import substitution. However, the shift in culture and instant lifestyle has become a trend and has changed the character of traditional and modern society to shift from a culture of consuming traditional herbal medicine to being a consumer of factory/imported herbal medicine. This study aims to (1) Describe various social, cultural and economic practices of herbal medicine traders (jamu gendong traders) in Sengked Village which are built with verbal and nonverbal messages between jamu gendong traders and their consumers (2) Map out the economic, social and cultural barriers faced by jamu gendong traders. Sengked Village is an inland area of Bogor Regency where the characteristics of the local community are known to hold indigenous cultural traditions and local wisdom are the reasons that strengthen the research carried out in the village. The key informants in this study were herbal medicine traders in the category of early adulthood (26-35 years) to late elderly (56-65 years) (4). Meanwhile, the supporting informants from this study were community leaders, herbal consumers and the village officials of Sengked.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on social and economic life, especially in Indonesia. In the city of Bandung itself, this impact is felt for workers in the tourism sector such as travel business owners, tour leaders, tour guides and tourism bus drivers. The writing of this research was carried out with the aim of knowing the negative impacts felt by tourism sector workers in the city of Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the authors used a direct interview method using a semi-structured interview guide instrument, with the direction of the interview aimed at: 1) Knowing the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic felt by tourism workers. 2) Knowing the survival strategies carried out by tourism workers during the Covid-19 Pandemic. From the two subtitles, it can be seen that the direct impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourism business actors in the city of Bandung is seen from the income aspect. Most tourism workers in Bandung City have lost their livelihoods during the Covid-19 pandemic. So that requires tourism business actors to change professions in order to survive, such as: a) Selling used cars. b) Selling designs online. c) Selling catering. d) Changing the vehicle business unit from tourism buses to inter-island buses. e) Become a private driver or online. f) Selling used clothes online. g) Selling juice and hydroponic vegetable cultivation. h) Opening employment opportunities for other affected tourism business actors in the form of local courier applications in the city of Bandung. i) Selling frozen food.

Abstract

The research objective was to improve the understanding and creative thinking skills of elementary teacher education college student as prospective teachers in following science courses. The research design used is to make college student groups into small groups. During the learning process, observations about college student cooperation during learning with multimedia media were carried out to assess their understanding and creative thinking skills. The results of the observations of each cycle were evaluated as material for reflection in the next cycle to improve college student understanding and creative thinking skills in accordance with predetermined targets. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative. From the results of the T-test, it was found that there were significant differences. This means that understanding of concepts and Science Process Skills increases after prospective teacher college student experience the science learning process using multimedia learning media. From the results, the average value of understanding the concept increased from 53.61 % to 89.78%.  and science process skills increased the average value from 43.57 to 87.32.  92% of college student gave a positive response, namely agreeing and strongly agreeing that the science lecture process using multimedia learning media can improve science process skills and understanding of material in science subjects for elementary teacher education college student
