Especially in science learning that approached by the strategies like STEM. Because this revolution industry 4.0 era, students are demand to workface in integrate to their living life. So, they are asked can solved the problem properly, giving the solution for global problem wisely. In the process of learning science with project, somehow students show their own performance. The results of project-based learning pointing the different result of performing based on gender differences. The method that is used is descriptive. The subject in this research is the students preservice teacher of science and biology education study program for about 21 students with 4 boys and 17 girls in the second semester of the freshmen. The research is conducted in basic physic laboratory. The laboratory activity is using STEM approach with project. The students are divided into 4 groups and each group consist of boys students. The research instrument to take the data that is used are observation sheet for students performance in laboratory activity and questionnaire of students for their laboratory activity per-aspect that describes their competences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The technique to take the data that is used in this research are video recording, observation, and informal interview. The results are students STEM literacy has different score based on the gender differences. In the first project, sailor boat, boys reach the higher percentages in aspect science, engineering, and technology, while girls reach the higher percentages in science and technology. The second project, lets fun with music, boys reach the higher percentages in aspect science, engineering, and technology, while girls reach the higher percentages in science and engineering. Abstract

Morale of a person will be influenced by the level of job satisfaction they have. When an employee feels satisfied with the work being done, the employee will work optimally in completing his job, even doing some things that may be outside his job. The problem faced by community health center paramedics in East OKU district is how the Organization Citizenship Behavior plays an important role in the morale of public health center paramedics in East OKU district, while this research is to determine the important role of Organization Citizenship Behavior on the performance of Paramedics. Community health center in East OKU Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a strong influence between Organization Citizenship Behavior on the performance of public health center paramedics in East OKU Regency. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.689. After being consulted with conservative standards to determine whether the relationship is close or not, it turns out that it lies in the distance between 0.600 - 0.799. It can be concluded that the influence of Organization Citizenship Behavior on improving the performance of community health center paramedics in East OKU Regency is having a strong influence. Then to answer the hypothesis test that was previously proposed to have a relationship or not, then tested with the hypothesis test and obtained t count = 2.69. While the value of t table at the 95% confidence level for (n - 2) = 1,860. Then it can be seen that the value of t count 2.74 is greater than the value of t table, namely = 1.860, thus means (Ha) can be accepted and (Ho) is rejected. This means that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, namely the influence of the Organization Citizenship Behavior on increasing the morale of Puskesmas Paramedics in East OKU Regency is very strong

Abstract

This study uses a correlational approach, and SITOREM analysis consists of two independent variables, namely Learning Supervision and Achievement Motivation, and the dependent variable, Teacher Creativity. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tenjolaya District in April 2022, with a study population of 142, and there were 106 samples selected using proportional random sampling. The method used in this research is survey and data analysis techniques, with statistical tests of correlation and simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results obtained are as follows, namely: first, there is a significant positive relationship between the Learning Supervision variable (X1) and teacher creativity (Y) with the form of the regression equation = 60.831 + 0.405 X1 and the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.469 and the correlation coefficient r2y1 = 0.220. Second, there is a significant positive relationship between Achievement Motivation (X2) and teacher creativity (Y) with the form of the regression equation = 51.451 + 0.498 X2 and the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.498 and the coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0.248. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of Learning Supervision (X1) and Achievement Motivation (X2) together with teacher creativity (Y) expressed in the form of a regression equation = 20.939 + 0.269 X1 + 0.445 X2 with correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.572 and the coefficient of determination r2y12 = 0.328. Based on these things, it can be concluded that teacher creativity can be improved through strengthening learning supervision and achievement motivation
