Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine the relationship between organisational culture, compensation, and employee performance at Company X in Yogyakarta via the moderating effect of job satisfaction. In this quantitative study, questionnaires were sent online using Google Forms to collect data. Using a stratified random sample technique, we selected 94 employees from a population of 313. The t-test, the F-test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis all play roles in the study's analysis procedure. Employee performance is positively impacted by organisational culture and salary, which in turn positively impacts job happiness, which in turn positively impacts employee performance, as shown by this study. Studies reveal that the relationship between organisational culture and compensation and employee performance is complex, with job satisfaction variables acting as intermediaries. Organisations should dig deeper into the causes of pleasure because of the mediating function it appears to play.

Abstract

The decision of the Pretrial Judge who tried Case Number: 04/Pid.Prap/2015/PN.jkt.Sel became controversial because it included the determination of the suspect in the pretrial object and granted the request of the applicant, Komjen Budi Gunawan, with the main argument of making a legal discovery. The legal problem is whether the legal considerations prepared by the pre-trial judge in examining and deciding the case are correct and whether the pre-trial judge in the a quo case did not exceed the limits of authority in the law. This research is normative legal research with a case approach, statutory approach, conceptual approach and philosophical approach. The research data is in the form of secondary data and processed using qualitative descriptive analysis with deductive thinking logic. The results of the research are 1) in the pretrial lawsuit filed by Budi Gunawan, there is no normative formula that can be used by pretrial judges to assess the validity of the suspect's determination. Considering the formulation of the meaning of Article 1 number 10 jo. Article 77 jo. Article 82 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code can be seen that whether the suspect's determination is valid or not is not a pretrial object, because it is not regulated. 2) The ambivalence of the pretrial judge's views can be seen in his considerations regarding the meaning of coercive measures as a concept or legal institution.

The results of the research are the application of participatory communication by women leaders in protecting forests in East Sumba through case studies in the Sabana Sumba community in demonstrations that have been carried out and have succeeded in getting indigenous people to move to take demonstrations against sugar companies. The heteroglossia indicator shows socialization through discussions regarding the impacts of land and environmental changes from several angles, such as economic, social, and cultural factors that complement each other there. Dialogical indicators show success in making indigenous women and the leaders of the 33 kabihu in Praing Umalulu aware and moving against them with demonstrations. The polyphony indicator shows that there are no differences of opinion, but there have been attempts at weakening from the sugar factory companies, but this has actually made the indigenous peoples stronger and more solid. Carnival indicators show that when Sabana Sumba leaders socialize, they create a welcoming environment with humor, there are snacks and drinks such as coffee or tea, and there are also betel nuts to eat together both during socialization and during demonstrations that are obtained independently from the community.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the elements that drives the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) process. It can be said that teachers are the main actors in education who will influence the quality of student achievement. Therefore, to analyze this, the researcher included variable teacher performance as a factor in the implementation of learning objectives. This research is a qualitative type with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by taking 10 scientific articles for analysis. This research aims to present the variables transformational leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), and teacher performance (Y). From the conclusions of these 10 articles, the researcher concluded that the principal's transformational leadership is very important for teacher performance because it relates to how a school principal conveys the vision, mission, goals, regulations and programs set by the school so that teachers can plan and have targets to develop themselves as a whole. Creative and innovative, such as increasing functional positions and increasing knowledge. The work motivation variable also has a direct effect on teacher performance. This means that changes in increasing work motivation will lead to increased teacher performance. Work motivation also encourages teacher growth and empowerment. Thus, the variables of transformational leadership and work motivation must be increased and improved so that teacher performance can provide optimal influence and contribution to the development and progress of education in Indonesia.
