Abstract

Ulama education has a strategic role in forming religious leaders who not only master religious knowledge but are also able to respond to the development of the times. The Special Ulama Program (PKU) at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin is one of the efforts to regenerate ulama, but the aspect of gender equality in its implementation is still rarely studied. This study aims to analyze gender equality in PKU using the Harmos gender analysis model which includes aspects of access, participation, control, and benefits. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that although formal access to the program is open to men and women, there are still disparities in participation and control. Men are more dominant in academic and religious leadership roles, while women tend to be limited to the education sector. Structural and cultural barriers are the main factors that influence these differences. Therefore, affirmative policies and leadership training are needed for women so that they can contribute more widely to the world of ulama. This research contributes to gender studies in Islamic education and provides recommendations for the development of a more inclusive and gender-responsive ulama education program.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the national economy, requiring well-planned strategies for sustainable development. This study aims to analyze business development strategies and income growth from the perspective of Maqashid Shariah. The research focuses on the Insan Bandrek Jahe Merah product, with data analyzed using SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that the Insan Bandrek Jahe Merah business is positioned in Quadrant II of the SWOT diagram, with coordinates X=1.09 and Y= -0.1. This placement suggests that the most appropriate business development strategy is diversification. Diversification can be implemented through product innovation, such as introducing new products suitable for consumption in hot weather or utilizing alternative raw materials. Additionally, another crucial strategy involves emphasizing the uniqueness of raw materials and obtaining business licenses to create differentiation from competitors. In terms of marketing, digital media promotion through Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms is essential for expanding market reach. From the perspective of Maqashid Shariah, business development strategies must align with the principles of protecting religion (deen), property (maal), intellect (aql), life (nafs), and lineage (nasl), ensuring ethical and sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Abstract. Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major public health issue, and irregular treatment adherence is one of the main challenges in controlling the disease. Irregular TB treatment can lead to drug resistance, prolonged illness, and increased transmission rates. Understanding the determinants affecting irregular TB treatment is crucial to improving patient adherence and treatment outcomes. This paper described aims to identify and analysed the factors influencing irregular pulmonary TB treatment at RSU Royal Prima Medan. A descriptive-analytical study was conducted using a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through patient interviews and medical record reviews. Factors assessed included patient knowledge, socioeconomic conditions, accessibility to healthcare services, side effects of medication, and healthcare provider support. The findings indicate that irregular TB treatment is influenced by several key factors, including lack of patient awareness about the importance of completing treatment, financial constraints, difficulties in accessing healthcare facilities, adverse drug reactions, and inadequate support from healthcare providers. Among these, socioeconomic factors and side effects of medication were found to be the most significant determinants. Addressing the determinants of irregular TB treatment requires a comprehensive approach, including patient education, financial assistance programs, improved healthcare accessibility, and enhanced healthcare provider engagement. Strengthening these aspects can help improve treatment adherence and overall TB control efforts.

Abstract

A stable and growing economy is crucial for the advancement of a country, but unemployment remains a significant challenge faced by the government. To address this, the Indonesian government has promoted the development of MSMEs to create job opportunities and support the national economy. Since 2018, the People's Business Credit (KUR) program has been launched to support MSME financing through low-interest funding distributed by banks or financial institutions. This study discusses the legal protection of personal data and MSME data in the KUR application process, as well as the role of regulatory institutions such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The study's findings indicate that, despite the existence of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, the protection of MSME data remains suboptimal. More specific regulations are needed to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, thereby preventing misuse by irresponsible parties. In the implementation of KUR, OJK is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of consumer financial data, while BPKP supervises the distribution of KUR funds through an integrated information system. Strengthening the roles of these institutions is vital to enhance accountability and the protection of MSME data, while also supporting the success of the KUR program in driving national economic growth.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Time Pressure on sales, focusing on its complex interaction with Perceived Value and Purchase Intention, moderated by Brand Image and Product Involvement. Previous research often analyzes these variables independently, leaving a gap in understanding their combined effects. This study bridges that gap by investigating how Time Pressure mediates the relationship between Perceived Value and Purchase Intention, considering the moderating roles of Brand Image and Product Involvement. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via an online survey of respondents aged 21-55 years with online shopping experience. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method was applied using SMARTPLS 4 software. Results indicate that Time Pressure significantly influences consumers’ purchasing decisions by increasing the urgency to choose specific products, enhancing Purchase Intention. Brand Image, Perceived Value, Product Involvement, and Time Pressure together explain variations in Purchase Intention. The findings confirm a significant and positive relationship between Perceived Value and Purchase Intention. Additionally, Time Pressure mediates this relationship by creating a sense of urgency, accelerating purchase decisions but potentially increasing regret. These insights highlight the critical role of Time Pressure in shaping consumer behavior in online shopping contexts
