Abstract

HR plays an important role for an organization, to help and advance an organization, everything depends on existing human resources. Therefore, HR can determine the results of an organization in the long term. However, in reality there are many challenges that employees must face in supporting the successful performance of a company. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative method with a population of 77 samples taking the entire population of 77 production employees. Data was obtained through a questionnaire compiled based on indicators for each research variable and then analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that compensation has no effect on employee performance and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tin mining in Bangka has long been a source of livelihood for the community. However, the rampant illegal tin mining causes damage to the environment and ecosystems, as well as social conflicts. Collaborative governance, or collaborative governance, offers an alternative approach to more sustainable and equitable post-mine management. This study aims to analyze collaborative governance practices in the management of illegal tin mining in Bangka Regency. Through a case study in Perlang Village, Lubuk Besar District, this study examines how local stakeholders, such as local governments, communities, and business actors, work together in rehabilitating and revitalizing former tin quarries. The results of the study show that collaborative governance in Perlang Village has had a positive impact, namely the creation of active community participation in the decision-making process related to the management of former tin mines and increasing public awareness about environmental sustainability and sustainable management of natural resources. The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of collaborative governance practices in post-mining management in Indonesia. The recommendations of this study can help local governments and other stakeholders in implementing collaborative governance effectively to achieve post-mining management.

Abstract

Effectiveness catechesis people are greatly influenced by involvement and competence facilitator catechesis as agent main in news faith. However, the effectiveness This No only depends on participation and competence only , but also in existence strong commitment and renewal in approach catechesis . Research This aiming For test role commitment and renewal as a mediator in connection between participation catechesis and competence facilitator to effectiveness catechesis people. Research This use approachquantitative descriptive with design survey. Data collected from 73 respondents guide catechesis in some the selected parish by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire structured. Data analysis using method statistics path analysis for test influence direct and indirect direct participation catechesis (X1) and competence facilitator (X2) against effectiveness catechesis people (Y) with commitment and renewal catechesis (Z) as mediator variable. Research results show that participation catechesis (X1) and competence facilitator (X2) has influence significant direct to effectiveness catechesis people (Y). In addition, it was found that commitment and renewal catechesis (Z) mediates in a way significant connection between X1 and X2 on Y. No influence direct through this mediator strengthens the relationship between variable independent and dependent, which indicates importance updates and commitments in implementation catechesis. Findings This confirm that besides activity and competence facilitator, strong commitment and innovation in Updates method catechesis is element important in increase effectiveness catechesis people. Commitment strengthens motivation facilitator, while Updates ensure relevance catechesis with needs people today. Research This recommend training program development facilitator who does not only focus on competence technical but also build commitment and creativity in pastoral renewal.

Abstract

Self-care plays a crucial role in managing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) and directly impacts patients' quality of life. This study aims to analyze the correlation between self-care and the quality of life of T2DM patients at Royal Prima General Hospital, Medan. This research employs a cross-sectional design with a sample size of [insert number] patients, selected through [sampling method]. Data were collected using standardized self-care and quality of life questionnaires. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between self-care and quality of life, with a p-value < 0.05. Patients who demonstrated better self-care practices reported higher quality of life scores. These findings suggest that enhancing self-care behaviors through education and support programs can improve the overall well-being of T2DM patients.

Abstract

This study explores the inculcation of values and food security within the Turun Sawah tradition in Denai Lama Village, Pantai Labu District. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Turun Sawah tradition plays a crucial role in preserving local culture, maintaining food security, and enhancing the community’s economy through its agrotourism potential. As part of the agrarian heritage, this tradition not only reflects gratitude to God but also fosters values of solidarity, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and cultural identity among younger generations. Despite significant challenges in engaging the younger generation—particularly in the face of globalization and shifting societal values—various creative approaches can be employed to ensure the sustainability of this tradition. Integrating traditional practices with modern technology, such as cultural festivals and agrotourism development, can enhance the interest of younger generations and the broader community. Furthermore, the Turun Sawah tradition significantly contributes to food security through crop diversification, supporting sustainable agriculture at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the Environmental Social Responsibility program on community welfare by strengthening community development. The data collection technique uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires given to 59 respondents, the data analysis technique uses regression analysis moderating test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, and the coefficient of determination processed with SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the Environmental Social Responsibility program has a positive and significant effect on community welfare, and community development does not affect in improving the Social Responsibility program on community welfare.

Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze influence boarding school environment and social media use to development profile Pancasila students in students, with contributions social and resilience self as variable mediation. Profile Pancasila students are initiative the Indonesian government to to form generation that has character strong, have integrity, and be able apply Pancasila values in life everyday. The research method used is approach quantitative with design correlational survey, which involves students in the boarding school environment as respondents. Data collected through questionnaire that includes aspect boarding school environment, use of social media, contribution social, resilience self, and characteristics Pancasila Students. Data analysis was carried out using the technique regression multiple and analysis track For test influence direct and also No direct between variable independent, mediation, and dependent. Abstract

This research uses a survey method that will explain a trend, attitude, or opinion of the population that will be described quantitatively and test the relationship of several variables. Seeing the phenomenon related to digitalization faced by MSME, this study aims to measure the level of digital marketing literacy of MSME towards digital marketing adoption through perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, and intention to use digital marketing. The target population of this research is MSME in Pangkalpinang City who have participated in digital marketing training. This study will use path analysis to test the hypothesis and determine the amount of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that overall digital marketing literacy does not have a significant influence on digital marketing adoption through perceived benefits, ease of use and intention to use digital marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived control on shopping decisions through shopping intentions of Margo City Mall visitors. The phenomenon of living in the modern era includes various aspects that change the way individuals interact, work, and live their daily lives. As the salary and prestige of the community increased, the shopping decision behavior of the Indonesian people began to shift from the traditional sector to the modern sector. Indonesia itself has many shopping malls, one of which is a mall complete with entertainment and places to hang out. According to the theory of planned behavior, behavior is influenced by intention, while intention is affected by attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires designed with a 1–5 Likert scale, ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The respondents consisted of 410 visitors who had previously shopped at Margo City Mall. This study uses path analysis with SPSS 26. This study concludes that attitudes, subjective norms, have a partially significant effect on shopping intentions, but perceived control has no significant effect on shopping intentions. Attitudes, subjective norms, perceived control and shopping intentions have a partially significant effect on shopping decisions. The study also proves that shopping intentions indirectly successfully mediate attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of control over decisions, where the greater the shopping intention, the more likely the shopping decision occurs.

Abstract

Identity and local cultural heritage are different aspects, but having played important elements which create character, identity which must be preserve and maintain properly. The paper aims to analyze and examine the public policy formulation of Regional Regulation (Peraturan Daerah) number 2 of 2021 concerning the ornament building with special identity of South Sumatera. The study is undertaken through qualitative methods, through modelling case study in Palembang, applying with the Multiple Streams Framework (MSF) to highlight how several elements or streams interact to affect the acceptance of particular policies. This paper reveals that, the Regional Regulation has successfully ratified though the important role of Governor as policy entrepreneurial. Therefore, by applying MSF theory has utilizes public policy process in the preservation cultural heritage in South Sumatera context. It also recommends further policy through the establishment of cultural heritage conservation agencies, which can collaborate with local communities, researchers, and experts to develop effective preservation strategies.
