Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja pengadaan dan manajemen stok di Poljammart sebagai upaya menekan terjadinya stockout dan overstock. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi (perencanaan pengadaan, rencana pembelian, rekap pembelian tanpa perencanaan, dan hasil stock opname), observasi proses operasional, serta wawancara terarah untuk menguatkan identifikasi penyebab. Analisis dilakukan dengan tabulasi data dan perhitungan indikator persediaan seperti selisih stok, akurasi stok, serta identifikasi pembelian di luar perencanaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Poljammart telah memiliki mekanisme perencanaan pengadaan dan pemantauan barang limit stok, namun masih terjadi pembelian tanpa perencanaan sebanyak 29 item dengan total nilai Rp 1.557.551. Selain itu, stock opname menunjukkan adanya selisih antara stok sistem dan stok fisik serta ditemukannya anomali data stok, yang terutama disebabkan oleh kesalahan pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan keterlambatan pembaruan data stok akibat proses verifikasi yang belum tuntas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa akurasi data persediaan belum stabil sehingga berpotensi memicu keputusan pembelian yang tidak tepat. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi penetapan stok minimum-maksimum dan reorder point per item, penguatan disiplin pencatatan transaksi, percepatan pembaruan data penerimaan barang, serta pelaksanaan stock opname berkala sebagai dasar pengendalian persediaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan engine stand overhaul sebagai media pembelajaran pada praktikum teknik otomotif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah belum tersedianya engine stand di bengkel kampus serta keterbatasan desain konvensional yang umumnya hanya sesuai untuk satu tipe mesin. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan Autodesk Inventor, sedangkan fabrikasi menggunakan baja karbon dengan metode pengelasan Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). Produk yang dikembangkan memiliki dua fitur utama, yaitu Universal Adjustable Engine Adapter Plate dan sistem Gearbox Rotasi 360° berbasis poros baja dan bearing UCP. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa engine stand dapat digunakan pada berbagai tipe mesin bensin tanpa modifikasi tambahan. Nilai rata-rata mahasiswa meningkat dari 60,4 menjadi 78,2 setelah penggunaan media, dan hasil angket kelayakan memperoleh persentase sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat layak. Engine stand yang dikembangkan layak secara teknis dan efektif mendukung pembelajaran praktikum overhaul mesin.

Abstract

Batik is Indonesia's cultural heritage where each region has its own characteristic style and different batik motifs. Batik dyes can be obtained from synthetic dyes and natural dyes. In this research is the synthesis of betel nut powder with wax and paraffin into batik ink. The synthesis was carried out on a tool that had been made with the main components, namely a reservoir, a heating system, an automatic stirrer system and temperature readings using a bimetal thermometer. The results showed that the solvent and wax will melt at a temperature of 90oC to 110oC. The mixture of areca nut powder with wax and paraffin produces a dark brown color that can be used as a natural dye for batik

Abstract

Peat water treatment still has many obstacles, one of the alternatives that can be used to overcomethis obstacle is membrane technology and UV light variais. This study aims to determine the effect of UV rayson the flux and content of BOD, TSS, pH, Turbidity, Color and E.Coli Bacteria. This study used a combinedmethod, namely ultraviolet (UV) light poses using a UV Water Sterilizer, the filtration process using the KUF3 ultrafiltration membrane and the phytoremediation method with kiambang plants. The results of this studyshowed the highest removal rate of BOD in the filtration process with UV 6 watts at 90 minutes of filtrationtime with an efficiency of 94.71%. The color removal rate in the filtration process with UV is 6 watts at 90minutes of filtration time with an efficiency of 70.92%. Turbidity removal rate in the filtration process withUV 6 watts at 90 minutes filtration time with an efficiency of 99.97%%. The TSS removal rate in the filtrationprocess with UV is 6 watts at 90 minutes of filtration time with an efficiency of 47.77%. The pH removal ratein the filtration process with UV is 6 watts at 90 minutes of filtration time with an efficiency of 24.79%. Theelimination rate of E.coli bacteria in the filtration process with UV is 6 watts at 90 minutes of filtration timewith 100% efficiency

Abstract

Welding machine is a machine that facilitates human work in joining metals. There are two types that are usually used by humans, namely carbide welding machines and electric welding machines. Which both have their respective advantages as a metal connector. This article is lifted from the problem that occurs in the frame or frame on the welding table which experiences severe enough bending of the top frame (head support) which can damage the table frame and the unknown load (force) received by the welding table frame so that the frame is experiencing a bend. Then a design is carried out in the form of a design drawing that can be analyzed for the strength and stress that occurs in the frame which allows researchers to know the load value that is safe to use for the frame. This article aims to reveal the value of the stress that occurs in the frame and the safety value obtained from the design results of the weld table frame structure in the form of technical drawings and structural strength analysis. This article is limited to a loading of 400 newtons. This article examines the design, simulation and stress analysis of the weld table frame structure with a capacity of 400 newtons using the finite element method or also known as Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The material used is st37 iron. Finite element analysis was carried out using a numerical system using the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020 software. The results of the simulations and also the analysis that has been carried out show that the welding table frame structure has a stress, deformation, mass, and safety factor of 20.0755 MPa, 0.0582948 mm, 40 kg

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a private company engaged in the sale of vehicles and spare parts and also car service. The problem that occurs is the increment of customer complaints. This is very contradictory to the service received by the customer. The purpose of this research is to produce a service system required by customers that is able to give satisfaction to the customers. This study resulted in ten service attributes required by customers based on the Kano model categorization, namely: complete facilities, comfortable waiting room temperature, indoor and outdoor cleanliness, ease of contacting bookings, ease of getting service schedules, long waiting time for service advisors, length of service time, the suitability of work, condition of the vehicle after service, and ease of payment. This research has 9 attributes. Technical characteristics include the addition of an air conditioner, online booking service, preparing appointments, vehicle pick-up service, home service, express maintenance service, explaining the results of work carried out by service advisor (SA) officers, service advisor officers (SA) accompany customers during payment, Maintenance Reminder Appointment (MRA) officers follow up to customers

Abstract

One of the obstacles in raising tapah fish is in the supply of feed. Tapah fish is a carnivorous predatory fish that eats small fish so it is very dependent on live fish feed. For this reason, it is necessary to get used to feeding with artificial feed (pellets). Usually for one time the process of making feed uses a total weight of 10 kg of raw materials and takes approximately 4 hours. This situation is very detrimental to fish farmers because they cannot increase the number of fish and the number of ponds anymore due to limited feed in the form of pellets. Apart from raising tapah fish, the people of Lubuk Gaung Village also have a poultry business, especially chicken livestock. The feed used in this poultry is milled corn feed. In the manufacture of ground corn feed, 60% is corn raw material. Corn grain size is very influential on the growth of poultry. Both of these machines are already sold on the market separately, it's just that these two machines are quite expensive. For animal feed pellet machines, they are sold at a price of Rp. 15,760,000 and a corn grinding machine is sold at Rp. 8,500,000

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of surface roughness in ST 42 steel with cutting angles of , , and at speeds of 490 Rpm and 700 Rpm. This method uses an experimental method with independent variables, namely cutting angle and spindle speed and bound variables, namely surface roughness in ST 42 steel. To test the surface roughness results using the surface roughness tester tool, which obtained the average value of surface roughness at a tool cutting angle of with a speed of 490 Rpm of 2.848 μm, a cutting angle of of 2.530 μm and a cutting angle of of 2.423 μm. At a speed of 700 Rpm at a cutting angle of of 2.439 μm, a cutting angle of of 2.179 μm and a cutting angle of of 2.048 μm. From these data, it can be concluded that there is an influence on the variation of the cutting angle of the lathe tool and spindle speed on the surface roughness value of steel ST 42.Where at the spindle speed of the lathe 700 Rpm at the cutting angle of the lowest surface roughness value is obtained

Abstract

The influence of rotation engine speed to coco fiber and coco peat yieldof coconut fruit from Jambi area has been done. The study aims to know the percentage of cocofiber and cocopeat produced based on the influence of rotation engine speed of decomposition machine starting from 225 rpm, 450 rpm, 750 rpm and 900 rpm.  Each round speed will operate for 2 minutes with 500 grams of raw material and use variation 5 and10 decomposing blades. The result show that(1) the rotational speed of the decomposition machine affects the amount of cocofiber and cocopeat produced. The highest percentage of cocofiber and cocopeat is at 450 rpm (2) The number of blades of the decomposition machine against the percentage of cocofiber and cocopeat produced. The highest percentage of cocofiber and cocopeat using 10 blades. (3) The maximum result of cocofiber and cocopeat obtained from engine speed 450 rpm is 28% cocofiber and 50% cocopeat.

Abstract

Plastic bag type waste is a type of Low-Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) plastic waste whose presence in Talang Gulo Final Disposal Site in Jambi City is not touched by scavengers because it cannot be resold. This condition resulted in the destruction of this type of plastic bag waste by burning it. Destruction of plastic waste by means of incineration is risky to the environment because pollutants will emit pollutants from CO2, CO, NOx, and SOx exhaust emissions as well as some other pollutants in addition to the general nature of plastic waste which cannot be decomposed by microorganisms on the ground. Efforts to minimize environmental pollution due to plastic bag type waste will be processed using a pyrolysis method using a reactor with temperatures of 250ºC - 450ºC and 65 psi - 65 psi as well as energy-efficient condensers that have high thermal conductivity to produce fuel oil as energy sources. The maximum volume of fuel oil is obtained by a 6hour pyrolysis time of 2,560 ml at a temperature of 450 ºC. The test results for density parameters, specific gravity, water content, flash point, and heating value indicate that the fuel produced meets Indonesian fuel quality standards.
