Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the moderating effects of service quality, confidence in customer loyalty, and satisfaction. Quantitative survey methodology is used in this kind of study. A total of one hundred residents of Tanjung Pura participated as respondents in this survey. In this study, we employ SPSS version 26 to conduct a multiple linear regression analysis and a Sobel test. The findings indicate that while service quality does not positively or significantly affect customer loyalty, trust does. The level of client satisfaction is significantly impacted by the quality of the service provided. Consumers are more satisfied after having their trust in a company restored. There is a statistically substantial correlation between client loyalty and satisfaction levels. One way in which customer satisfaction can moderate the relationship between service quality and loyalty is through the lens of referrals. Trust can increase consumer loyalty, and satisfaction can moderate this relationship.

Abstract

Some of the research questions are as follows: (a). Whether Islamic banking financing in North Maluku is able to encourage the growth of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector (b). How do the implications of Islamic banking financing on MSMEs in North Maluku on strengthening the community's economy (c). Whether the synergy of MSME financing between Islamic financial institutions in North Maluku through optimizing the linkage of Islamic banking programs and Islamic microfinance institutions is a solution to strengthen the regional economy. Thus, the purpose of this study is to explore the contribution of Islamic banking through its financing in encouraging the growth of the MSME sector in the North Maluku province; Analyzing the positive implaculations of financing that has been disbursed by Islamic banks to MSMEs in order to increase capacity and strengthen the economic structure of the community in the North Maluku region; Elaborating and describing synergy between institutions and the role and function of financing between Islamic financial institutions in North Maluku in strengthening the local economy through optimization of linkage schemes or patternsThis study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results of the study stated that the lack of optimal linkage program cooperation between Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) is one of the reasons for the need for cooperation between these economic institutions. The non-optimal linkage program implemented by Islamic banks in the North Maluku region is due to the fact that Islamic banking in North Maluku currently still has a number of weaknesses that must also be taken into account by the Islamic bank itself so as not to negatively affect the bank's income to be obtained. The real condition of the Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) above is actually reasonable to be taken into account by Islamic banks in the North Maluku region, because in principle the linkage financing pattern of Islamic banking must also meet economic aspects and sharia aspects, especially to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector.

In industrial-organizational psychology, one of the most important things to study is the link between pay and performance. In the era of public management, performance measurement based on output and remuneration systems became a necessity for public sector organizations in many countries. For this reason, in accommodating previous studies while presenting novelty, we try to jointly test the satisfaction construct at work as a predictor in shaping performance. The survey was given to employees and distributed, and primary data was collected by randomly distributing research questionnaires. Through the technique of sampling judgment, eighty-seven employees were determined to be respondents. Based on the results of the PLS-SEM test, the remuneration construct, leadership style, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Implementation of remuneration and job satisfaction were also found to have a significant effect on employee performance. According to the moderator proposed in this study, job satisfaction was found to strengthen the direct relationship to performance. Theoretical and practical implications and suggestions for future research are further elaborated.

Abstract

This research is the result of a review of the importance of formulating, designing, and implementing long-term strategies. The purpose of this research is to discuss how business strategies enable competitive advantage in organizations through their design, formulation, implementation, and control. This review was conducted as part of this research. Companies can no longer achieve a competitive advantage solely through the prices of their goods and/or services, nor can they achieve profitability in the short term; instead, their focus has shifted to the development of long-term strategies. Methodologies such as descriptive qualitative research from a theoretical point of view, analysis, synthesis, and documentary review of bibliographic references related to business strategy, as a generator of business competitive advantage, and how to achieve returns through long-term strategic planning are utilized in this study. As one of the conclusions, it is clear that the importance of developing, designing, and putting into action strategies that make it possible to achieve long-term results cannot be overstated, given that the role of managers is currently restricted to the production of financial performance.
