Abstract

This study aims to describe the social capital owned by the owners, employees, and suppliers of raw materials for MSME fried chicken "Skripsi", analyze production and income, and business development. The research was conducted at the "Skripsi" Fried Chicken MSME, Jl. Abdullah Dg. Sirua. Informants (respondents) in this study were business owners, employees (who had worked for one year), and raw material suppliers, totaling ten people. This research is a case study using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation on the "Skripsi" fried chicken business. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis and income analysis. The results of the study found that The social capital owned by the owners, employees, and suppliers of raw materials in the UMKM "Skripsi" fried chicken are: social norms, social networks, trust, cooperation, participation (participation), and reciprocity (reciprocity). Recapitulation of informants' responses to social capital with a weight value of 426 means that social capital plays a role in business development. MSME production and income Fried chicken "Skripsi" is profitable. The "Skripsi" fried chicken business is experiencing increasing development.

Abstract

This study aims to find out why MSMEs use Digital Platforms in marketing their products and identify what factors influence the sales of MSME products. The location in this study is in the city of Makassar, precisely in the MSME sector. Criteria for selecting informants in phenomenological research include that the informant must directly experience situations or events related to the research topic. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methodology and SWOT analysis techniques. The result showed that MSMEs in Makassar City have carried out the four stages of marketing strategy well and experienced an increase in consumer interest. Based on the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the opportunity to use social media for selling MSME products can have an effect if it is done optimally in terms of the length of time for promotion and the development of marketing strategies such as increasing product creativity so that the products offered are more variated. In terms of marketing, optimizing social media to improve marketing relationship networks and allocating funds to improve information technology to facilitate product marketing, for example, placing paid digital advertisements on social media, which can expand market share. Digital advertising is more effective and cheaper than traditional advertising.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership support, organizational culture, and infrastructure on student achievement at SLB Negeri Tobelo school. The total population is 80 students and the sample in this study is 40 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 application. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that leadership support has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, and infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of islamic financial literacy towards the utilization of islamic banking services. Religiosity as a moderating variable. The sample in this study were customer of Islamic banking in Ternate City taken by purposive sampling method. The number of samples used were 100 respondents. The method of analysis of this research used simple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with SPSS. The result of this research showed that Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant effect to the utilization of islamic banking services. Meanwhile religiosity weakens the connection between islamic financial literacy and the utilization of islamic banking services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the regional financial independence of the Sula Islands Regency, North Maluku Province in order to support the implementation of regional development as the implementation of a decentralized system (local government), the contribution of local revenue (PAD) to the APBD of the Sula Islands Regency in 2017-2021. Research informant is Head of Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency. The results show that the ratio of regional financial independence in the Sula Islands Regency is still low or is in a consultative relationship pattern. Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio which shows the highly efficient regional financial capacity. The compatibility ratio shows that the results of operational expenditures are greater than capital/development expenditures. Meanwhile, the growth ratio overall experienced positive and negative growth. The contribution of PAD to the APBD of the Sula Islands Regency is still low or lacking. Lack of local government commitment, both executive and legislative, in increasing PAD which affects the amount of increasing regional financial independence, lack of loyalty from both executives and legislatures in managing regional finances from the planning to implementation sector, and lack of local government innovation in exploring the potentials of the Islands Regency. Abstract

According to Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 governing Procurement of Government goods/services and its revisions, this research seeks to assess the efficacy of e-Procurement using e-Tendering procedures. Qualitative methods were used in this investigation. The information was gathered through conducting in-depth interviews with members of the procurement committee, as well as providers, companies, and relevant documents. Descriptive case and context analysis is employed for this analysis. The review of the e-procurement implementation at the North Maluku PUPR Construction Services selection implementation center revealed that the process had gone smoothly. This is evident from the study of e-several procurement's dimensions and the various means through which its goals might be attained. Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2015 governs the use of e-Procurement. Human resources in the Working Group were found to be a positive factor in terms of e-viability Procurement's in this study's findings, while a lack of socialization, a dearth of LPSE human resources, an absence of training, inadequate infrastructure, frequent updates to the SPSE application's version, a lack of regional regulations governing the electronic procurement of goods and services, and a lack of funding were found to be negative factors.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on affective commitment and innovative behavior. The sample of this study was 127 teachers of SMK 01 Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research method uses the SEM method and uses the AMOS IBM SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice had a positive effect on innovative behavior either directly or through the mediation of affective commitment variables. A high level of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice will increase the innovative behavior of teachers. However, the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on innovative behavior will be higher through affective commitment variables

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of Sumber Mulya Syariah hotel in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. In the analysis of sharia hotel management, it can be seen that the management is organized and structured, but the hotel does not yet have an SOP to maintain employee competency standards. Nevertheless, the application of Islamic business ethics values at Sumber Mulya Syariah hotel has been in accordance with the values of the principles of tawhid, justice, free will, ikhsan, and responsibility. The hotel prioritizes excellent service in accordance with the rules that have been made, respects the position as it should be in civilization, and strongly upholds trust and is responsible for problems that arise both between employees and hotel guests. However, the hotel is not yet officially registered as a Sharia Business Enterprise in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the new styles of an industry that can provide rapid economic growth in terms of employment opportunities, income, standard of living, and activating other production sectors in tourist-receiving countries. to be of monetary value. This study aims to determine the relationship between implementing strategies in tourism events to increase the number of tourist visits. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with regression analysis to answer the hypothesis. This study takes data from a questionnaire distributed to 100 visitors, who are also the sample. The study's results stated that the beautiful Malino event positively and significantly affected tourist visits to Malino, Gowa Regency. Tourist visits increase from year to year, and this is due to the existence of several exciting activities held at the Beautiful Malino Event.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of Net Profit on the allocation of capital on the financial performance of Wamena Regency, 2) To determine the effect of the Remaining Budget Calculation (SILPA) on the capital allocation on the Financial Performance of Wamena Regency, 3) To determine the effect of more influence between the remaining more calculations of Angga and Labara on the allocation of capital on the financial performance of Wamena Regency. Research on the relationship of Capital Allocation and Its Impact on Financial Performance in the Wamena Regency Government, so in this study using library research (library review) to see what should be done in managing capital allocation and its impact on performance. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of the Wamena Regency Government, the research period was two months. This time is used to obtain data and information from the object of research as well as other data relevant to this research, until the time to process the data to the preparation of research results.The results showed that the Net Profit and SILPA variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the Analysis Affecting Capital Allocation and Its Impact on Financial Performance but not significantly on the level of Analysis Affecting Capital Allocation and Its Impact on Financial Performance in the Wamena Regency Government.
