Abstract

In an organization, especially one that is engaged in the business sector, the most important thing is to have good strategic management. The respondents in this study were Holandia Stores, which are stores that serve wholesale and retail sales, with 15 employees, located on Jalan Safri Darwin, Wamena, Jayawijaya Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the actions taken by Toko Hollandia in maintaining its business. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation. The form of goods traded in the form of raw food ingredients (Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, Meat, Frozen Food) and other household needs. Based on interviews conducted by respondents, the form of service provided by Toko Hollandia to retain old customers and attract new customers by providing services in the form of maintaining the quality of goods by paying attention to the expiration date of goods, especially for consumers who resell purchased goods is by giving discounts and provide free delivery service. The form of success described by Toko Hollandia is the increase in consumers who often shop at Toko Hollandia. In addition to serving consumers in Wamena, Jayawijaya Regency Toko Holandia also serves consumers outside the city of Wamena such as Puncak Jaya, and Lanny Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of the application of knowledge management and human resource development on the performance of employees of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study was employees at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, South Sulawesi Province, which numbered 90 people. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques, so the researchers determined 50 employees as samples. The source of this research data is primary data, which is data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test hypotheses is logistic regression analysis. The results of the study based on the results of the analysis with the logistic regression method show that knowledge management and human resource development affect employee performance and the results of the Wald Test and Odds Ratio (EXP(B)) state that the application of knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spritual intelligence on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Food Security Service. The population in this study was employees of the South Sulawesi Province Food Security Service, which amounted to 47 employees. Sampling in this study used census sampling technique, where all members of the population were used as samples. The source of this research data is primary data, which is data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis uses the help of the SPSS application. In addition, in maintaining data quality, research uses validity tests and reliability tests. The results showed that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employee Employees at the South Sulawesi Province Food Security Service

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation on the performance of nurses at the Jayapura Papua Regional General Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses at the Jayapura Regional General Hospital, Papua, totaling 348. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was simple random sampling technique to measure the sample size to be studied. After doing calculations with the slovin formula, the number of samples used after being rounded up is 100 nurses. The data source for this research is primary data, namely data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that based on the partial test Leadership and motivation have a positive but not significant effect on Nurse Performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance and the results of the simultaneous test Leadership, Work Environment and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Lenovo brand laptops at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling techniques because the chances of an element being selected as a subject are unknown. So the researcher set 198 samples. The data source of this research is primary data, namely data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis uses the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that brand image influences purchasing decisions for Lenovo brand laptops at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business in Indonesia, so it is stated that the first hypothesis is accepted. And product quality affects purchasing decisions for Lenovo brand laptops at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business in Indonesia. This identifies that product quality is essential for purchasing decisions for students

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Skill and human resource development on the performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The data used questionnaires that were distributed to respondents. The data collectedusing the list of questions (indicators) submitted as a measuring instrument using modification of the likert scale. The sample of this study was a group of employees at the South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of 100 respondents. Where all employees have different charateristics from high school education level to magister (S2) and based on work experience. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively using multiple linear regression methods. This method is used when conducting analysis on the influence of Skill and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The result show that skill and development of human resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and, should routinely provide that Skill to its employees and has more attention to the performance of its employees. Employees who are considered to be underperforming, it is best to develop the employee.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to examine how students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Labuhanbatu felt their exposure to entrepreneurship education influenced their desire to start their own businesses. Quantitative methods were used for this study. Using the Slovin method, this study surveyed 70 eighth-semester Management majors from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Labuhanbatu University's main campus. Interviews and questionnaires were used to gather information for this investigation. Data is analyzed with SPSS's multilinear regression function. According to this research, students at the University of Labuhanbatu's Faculty of Economics and Business who received entrepreneurship education reported a considerable increase in their enthusiasm for starting their own businesses. Partially and concurrently, application use significantly affects entrepreneurial interest, with the variables of entrepreneurial education and application ease of use each accounting for as much as 0.787 of the total R Square coefficient (R2) value. The remaining 21.3% was impacted by external variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange determine their audit report lag time. The focus of this study is a manufacturing firm trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. In this study, we rely on information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange's annual reports.Purposive sampling is employed to assemble the data. The study's population consists of all 232 manufacturing firms registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; the sample consists of 52 firms that match the study's parameters. SPSS is utilized for the analysis, and the methods employed are descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. Partial negative and significant effects of firm size, positive and negligible effects of company age, and negative and insignificant effects of audit committee size were found in this study on audit report lag.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship between Product Innovation and Brand Reputation of Savings Decisions at Muamalat Bank, Karawang Branch. Data were collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research was used with descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is the nonprobability sampling technique with a sample of 68 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Brand Reputation have a positive and significant effect on Savings Decisions and influence it together by 77.1%.
