Abstract

The development of the banking subsector in Indonesia is very rapid. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of liquidity, DER, and ROA on dividend policy and the moderation of company size. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 12 banking subsectors. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method is descriptive statistics and uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and MRA test using the SPSS program version 22. The results of the analysis prove that cash position and ROA do not affect dividend policy, while DER does affect dividend policy. Company size is obtained to moderate the effect of ROA and cash position on dividend policy; on the other hand, it is proven that company size does not moderate DER on dividend policy.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of influencers' attractiveness, expertise, popularity, and frequency of endorsements on consumer attitudes toward brands. This study used a quantitative, survey-based approach, collecting data through questionnaires from 102 social media users in Malang City. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that influencer expertise, popularity, and product quality perceptions significantly influence consumer attitudes toward brands. Meanwhile, influencer attractiveness and frequency of endorsements did not significantly influence consumer attitudes toward brands. The implication of these findings is the importance of companies selecting influencers with high expertise and strong popularity, as well as maintaining product quality perceptions to build positive consumer attitudes toward brands.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and the bandwagon effect on students' consumptive behavior using the Tri Nga concept. Financial literacy plays a role in enhancing students' ability to manage finances, while the bandwagon effect often encourages impulsive consumptive behavior. The Tri Nga concept, consisting of Ngerti (understanding), Ngerasa (feeling), and Ngelakoni (doing), is used as an approach to examine students' consumptive behavior. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample consisted of 112 students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results showed that financial literacy has a significant negative effect on the consumptive behavior of students with the Tri Nga concept, while the bandwagon effect has a significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of students with the Tri Nga concept.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of online customer reviews (OCR) on perceived value and impulse buying behavior for Skintific products. The study was conducted in the Bungku Tengah region, focusing on the Shopee platform. The study used a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique as the respondent selection method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents who had purchased Skintific products on Shopee. Data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using AMOS software version 22. The analysis results showed that OCR had a positive and significant influence on perceived value. Furthermore, OCR was also proven to significantly influence impulse buying behavior, meaning that consumer reviews can lead other consumers to make unplanned purchases. Another finding was that when consumers evaluate a product positively, the tendency to make spontaneous purchases increases.

Abstract

The study analyzes the influence of P2P lending, e-commerce, e-payment, and digital literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City, mediated by financial literacy. Data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews with 95 assisted MSMEs, then processed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4. This analysis found that directly, P2P lending, e-commerce, and digital literacy did not have a significant impact, while e-payment had a positive and significant impact on MSME performance. Indirectly, financial literacy only mediated the positive relationship between digital literacy and MSME performance, but did not mediate the relationship between P2P lending, e-commerce, and e-payment on MSME performance. This finding emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital and financial literacy as a strategy to improve MSME performance through digitalization.

Abstract

This qualitative research focuses on the parties involved in the supply chain, commodity distribution flows, and obstacles encountered in the durian distribution process. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the durian supply chain in Bolano Lambunu District involves farmers, collectors, wholesalers, processing factories/exporters, and end consumers, with distribution patterns still relying on traditional systems. Supply chain analysis on this site indicates a distribution system without the involvement of middlemen, allowing wholesalers to provide greater profits to farmers. Improving seed quality, promoting marketing, and strengthening distribution networks are key to developing a more sustainable supply chain. Support from the government and relevant institutions is also needed to improve infrastructure and market access, so that farmers can continue to improve their welfare in durian cultivation.

Abstract

The study explores key factors influencing consumer preferences for battery rental schemes and their role in increasing four-wheeled electric vehicle adoption in Indonesia. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), data was gathered via an online survey targeting potential EV buyers in the Jakarta metropolitan area. The goal was to identify the most appealing rental scheme based on consumer priorities like affordability, convenience, and reliability. Findings reveal that rental cost holds the greatest weight (40 percent), followed by battery warranty (30 percent), after-sales service (20 percent), and replacement cost (10 percent). Among tested options, scenario 3 with IDR 800,000 monthly rental, lifetime warranty, free replacement, and full after-sales support was most preferred, capturing 35 percent projected market share.

Abstract

The study aims to formulate risk mitigation strategies for the supply chain of laying hen farms CV. XYZ using the House of Risk (HOR) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methods. HOR is used to identify risks and calculate aggregate risk potential (ARP), resulting in eight mitigation strategies based on the effectiveness value against the difficulty of implementation (ETD) such as administrative standardization (ETD 9526) and quality-based supplier evaluation (8088), and installation of temperature & humidity sensors (6438). ISM is used to compile the relationships and priorities for strategy implementation. The results show that the combination of HOR and ISM is effective in designing risk mitigation. The limitations of this study lie in the focus only on CV. XYZ and data obtained from internal interviews, so the results do not necessarily represent the entire laying hen farm industry.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate an effective corporate strategy for PT Pindad to penetrate the Middle East defense market. Using the AFI (Analyze–Formulate–Implement) framework as a foundation, the study applies PESTEL, Porter’s five forces, VRIO, and SWOT analyses to comprehensively evaluate the current conditions. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. Findings indicate that the Middle East presents an extremely potential market but with a highly competitive landscape. Based on the Ansoff matrix, this research proposes a stage-based corporate strategy, beginning with market development, leveraging PT Pindad’s existing product portfolio and diplomatic networks for short-term market access and transitioning toward Diversification through co-development of advanced defense technologies with regional partners. This two-phase strategy offers a balance between risk mitigation and long-term competitive advantage.

Abstract

PT. Alko Sumatra Kopi pioneered blockchain adoption in Indonesia to enhance supply chain traceability. This study analyzes the company’s business model transformation using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, internal documents, and field observations. The analysis compares the nine BMC elements before and after blockchain implementation. Results show a shift in core activities toward digital recording, enhanced value propositions through traceability features, and strengthened customer trust. Customer segmentation transitioned from volume-based to value-based, targeting premium markets prioritizing ethics. Key resources evolved with digital infrastructure integration and trained personnel. This transformation improved operational efficiency and international competitiveness. The study proves strategically implemented blockchain can drive traditional agribusiness toward transparent, sustainable, and digitally integrated models.
