Abstract

This study used a quantitative method with the Nims Shop fashion store in Palu City as the object. The sample of 120 respondents was determined using a purposive sampling method using Roscoe's theory. Primary data was collected through a Google form questionnaire distributed through social media. Data analysis used partial least squares (PLS) to examine the relationship between product quality, the role of influencers, purchasing decisions, and consumer satisfaction. The results showed that product quality and the role of influencers significantly influence purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. Product quality not only plays a direct role in increasing satisfaction but also influences influencer perceptions, which impact purchasing decisions. Thus, an effective marketing strategy should consider both product quality and the role of influencers to increase consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of village apparatus competence on the effectiveness of village fund management and to examine the role of morality as a moderating variable. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 108 village apparatus respondents in Denpasar City. The research instrument used three validated and tested questionnaires for reliability. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis and t-tests using SEM-PLS. The results showed that village apparatus competence had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of village fund management. However, morality was not proven to moderate this relationship. This finding indicates that management effectiveness is not only determined by competence and moral values, but is also influenced by other systemic factors. It is recommended that village apparatus development not only focus on technical aspects, but also strengthen ethics and organizational work systems.

Abstract

The study analyzes the impact of employee spending, goods spending, capital spending, and subsidies on tax revenue realization in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach based on secondary data from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, and the analysis was conducted using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method with the help of Eviews 10. The results indicate that employee spending has no impact in the short term, but in the long term, a positive and significant impact was found on tax revenue realization. Goods spending in the short term has a negative and significant impact, while in the long term it has no impact on tax revenue realization. Capital spending shows a positive and significant impact in both the short and long term on tax revenue realization. On the other hand, subsidies do not have a significant impact on tax revenue in either the short or long term.

Abstract

A series of major earthquakes in 2018 damaged 242,738 houses, killed 564 people, and triggered a massive need for rehabilitation and reconstruction, particularly in the housing sector in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The Indonesian government allocated Ready-to-Use Funds (DSP) through the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) to accelerate post-disaster response, but implementation faced various obstacles such as complex coordination between stakeholders, slow verification of aid recipient data, budget constraints, and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study highlights the disparity between budgeting policies and the realization of accelerated housing development in seven affected districts/cities. The study also shows that the dominance of APBN financing through DSP has resulted in dependence on the central government, with minimal contributions from APBD. These findings underscore the importance of reformulating post-disaster budget policies to be more responsive, flexible, and decentralized to accelerate the recovery process.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of employee engagement on talent retention at PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia, Dumai, with reward system as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 177 employees through an online questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. Respondents were classified by age, tenure, and educational background. The results show that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on talent retention. Furthermore, reward system mediates the relationship between employee engagement and talent retention. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering employee engagement and developing effective reward systems to retain critical talent in the crude palm oil industry. The study contributes to the literature by positioning reward system as a mediator, a perspective that has received limited attention in previous research. HR managers should focus on appreciation and clear promotion paths to improve retention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sharia marketing mix in increasing sales in micro-enterprises, using a case study of the UD. Rachbini cake shop. The approach used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results show that the seven elements of the sharia marketing mix (namely: product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) have been implemented consistently and in line with Islamic principles. This implementation has had a positive impact on increasing sales and the store's annual turnover growth. This strategy also encouraged business expansion by opening new branches in the Pamekasan area. These findings reinforce that the sharia marketing approach not only has religious relevance but also can increase business competitiveness and sustainability. This study provides a practical contribution for MSMEs seeking to develop Islamic value-based strategies in the context of modern marketing.

Abstract

The research is based on the development of a concept called the three-stage synergy factor model in influencing service exports, which is followed by empirical testing covering three stages. The initiation stage represented by recognition and economic growth in the form of a regulatory ease test; the intermediary stage represented by human resource needs which tested thru digital talent and the final stage represented by transformation and competitive advantage which tested thru digital innovation. Data analysis using panel data with the EViews version 13 program involved 10 technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over a four-year period (2021-2024). The best selected model is the Common Effect Model (CEM). The results show that regulatory ease has a positive and significant effect on service exports, digital talent has a positive and significant effect on service exports, and digital innovation has a positive and significant effect on service exports.

Abstract

Regional governments play a substantial role in the implementation of public services and development at the regional level. Carrying out these functions requires significant funding. This study aims to examine the influence of local retribution, local taxes, DAU, and DAK on capital expenditures in regencies and cities in Central Java Province. This quantitative study used a population of 29 regencies and 6 cities. The sample consisted of the 2019-2023 APBD reports, with saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed through multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 as a testing tool. The study found that local retribution and DAK partially had no significant effect on capital expenditures, while local taxes and DAU had a significant effect on capital expenditures. Simultaneously, local retribution, local taxes, DAU and DAK had a significant effect on capital expenditures.
