Abstract

Green human resource management (GHRM) is a strategy to ensure employees continue to support environmental sustainability. This study examines the influence of GHRM on individual green behavior, with knowledge management as a mediator. The study population included 200 employees of PT. Sat Nusa Persada Batam and PT. Jovan Technologies. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis used SEM-PLS. The results indicate that knowledge management effectively mediates the relationship between GHRM and individual green behavior. Companies are advised to strengthen knowledge management practices, such as training and a culture of knowledge sharing, to encourage green behavior. This step is considered not only to improve the company's environmental performance but also to have a positive impact on society and the environment.

Abstract

This study analyze the impact of intellectual capital, leadership, organizational culture, and environmental sustainability on company performance, moderated by product innovation. The study employs descriptive quantitative research design using an explanatory research approach with SEM-PLS analysis. The sample consists of 86 employees holding managerial positions in Pegadaian Area Surabaya 1, selected using a purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing was conducted through a variance-based SEM approach with the Partial Least Square. The findings indicate that the intellectual capital does not significant affect company performance, whereas organizational culture, leadership, and environmental sustainability have a significant impact. The moderation of intellectual capital, leadership, organizational culture, and environmental sustainability by product innovation does not influence company performance. This suggests that product innovation does not strengthen the impact of these variables on company performance.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the most viable financing model for British American Tobacco's (BAT) Indonesia solar panel project to meet the ESG target of 50 percent CO₂ emission reduction by 2030. Key challenges include high initial investment, low ROI, and long payback period. The research used a mixed methods approach, that is interviews and FGDs generated decision criteria, which were translated into quantitative analysis using Kepner-Tregoe Decision Analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results indicated the leasing model as the best alternative, and TOTAL Solar Indonesia as the most suitable supplier. Kepner-Tregoe Potential Problem Analysis (KT-PPA) was conducted to anticipate long-term contract risks, such as default and taxation. This research provides an optimal financing implementation strategy, best supplier selection, and risk mitigation for BAT Indonesia's renewable energy projects.

Abstract

This study offers a solution to improve internal logistics efficiency, particularly trucking activities between buildings in a manufacturing environment. It applies three methods, that is Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to eliminate non-value-added (NVA) activities and reduce truck usage time, Capacity Analysis to optimize truck fill rates and minimize the total number of trips, as well as Vehicle Route Mapping (VRM) to select the shortest route and reduce travel time. As a result, PT. Sumarna reduced its internal trucks from 10 to 5 units, achieving a 47.15 percent of cost efficiency. The study is limited to internal trucking for goods with uniform dimensions and long shelf life, excluding volume fluctuations. This research highlights the effectiveness of combining VSM and VRM in internal logistics and serves as a benchmark for similar manufacturing settings that require internal transport between distributed buildings.
