Abstract

This article aims to analyze the efficiency of working capital utilization at BRILink Agent Arnawama Klepu in facing dynamic economic challenges. The problem focuses on how working capital management is implemented to maintain liquidity, ensure operational continuity, and support business sustainability amid fluctuations in service demand and changing economic conditions within the community. To address this issue, the study employs theoretical frameworks of working capital management, liquidity theory, and operational efficiency in the context of micro financial service enterprises. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the agent manager and related parties, direct observation of daily operational activities, and supporting documentation, and were analyzed qualitatively using an interactive analysis model. The findings indicate that working capital management at BRILink Agent Arnawama Klepu has been relatively efficient in supporting daily transaction activities and maintaining sufficient cash availability to meet customer needs. However, the achieved efficiency remains operational in nature and has not yet been fully supported by systematic financial planning and structured financial record-keeping. This study concludes that strengthening working capital management through more structured cash planning and orderly financial recording is a strategic step to enhance efficiency, maintain business stability, and improve the adaptability of BRILink Agents in responding to future economic challenges.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the role of school cooperatives in enhancing entrepreneurial skills among students at SMK Negeri 1 Demak. The study focuses on cooperative activities, student experiences, the role of teachers and supervisors, and the impact of student involvement on the development of entrepreneurial competencies. To address these issues, this research draws upon theories of entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and experiential learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed qualitatively using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings indicate that the school cooperative functions as an experiential learning platform that enables students to develop communication, teamwork, basic financial management, responsibility, and problem-solving skills through daily operational practice. The results also reveal that teachers and supervisors play an important role, although the integration between cooperative activities and entrepreneurship learning in the classroom remains limited. This study concludes that the school cooperative contributes significantly to the development of students’ entrepreneurial skills, but requires strengthened management, improved training, and institutional support to optimize its function as a business laboratory within the school environment

Abstract

Identity falsification in marriage constitutes a serious legal issue that affects the validity of the marriage contract and the protection of the parties’ rights. This study aims to analyze the legal basis for marriage annulment due to identity falsification and the judicial considerations in the Decision of the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court Number 2506/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Lpk from the perspectives of positive law and Islamic law. This research employs normative legal research using statutory and case approaches. The findings indicate that identity falsification, particularly concerning prior marital status, represents a substantive violation that results in a defect of consent in the marriage contract. The panel of judges grounded the annulment on Article 22 of Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage and Article 72 paragraph (2) of the Compilation of Islamic Law, while also emphasizing the principles of honesty and free consent in Islamic law. The study concludes that the decision is normatively consistent with applicable legal provisions; however, it highlights the need to strengthen substantive justice and preventive measures to deter future practices of identity falsification in marriage

Abstract

This article analyzes the analytic causative construction in the Nias language using the X-Bar Theory and vP-Shell framework of generative syntax. The study aims to describe its internal structural pattern and determine its clausal status. Data were collected through interviews with native speakers of the Gunungsitoli dialect and analyzed qualitatively using a series of syntactic tests. The results reveal three main findings. First, the analytic causative construction in Nias follows a consistent basic pattern: V.CAUS + Causee + V + Causer, realized by the lexical causative verbs mube’e, böröta, and fatenge. Second, hierarchical analysis reveals a double-layered structure where the causative verb functions as the head taking the resultant event clause as its complement. Third, through passivization and binding tests, the construction is proven to realize two clausal statuses: integrated monoclausal and biclausal with clear clausal boundaries. This variation reflects the grammatical flexibility of Nias and provides empirical evidence for the clause integration continuum theory. This study contributes to the linguistic documentation of Nias and enriches typological discussions on causative realization in non-SVO Austronesian languages.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze micro-enterprise financial management in maintaining the business sustainability of Toko Serba Tiga Lima in Ambarawa, Semarang Regency. The problem focuses on financial management practices, including financial planning, record keeping, financial control, and financial evaluation, as well as their role in supporting business sustainability amid limited capital and increasing competition. To address this issue, the study employs theoretical perspectives on micro-enterprise financial management and business sustainability. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and were analyzed qualitatively. The results indicate that financial management practices remain simple, unstructured, and unsupported by consistent financial records and a clear separation between business and personal finances. Nevertheless, simple cash flow management and routine expenditure control play an important role in maintaining operational sustainability. This study concludes that strengthening more systematic financial management is essential for micro-enterprises not only to survive but also to enhance their potential for sustainable growth, while providing practical contributions to the development of micro-enterprise financial management at the local level.

Abstract

The rapid growth of online buying and selling has increased the incidence of fraud, resulting in significant losses for victims. Although Articles 98–101 of the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) provide a legal mechanism for combining compensation claims with criminal proceedings, its implementation remains ineffective in practice. This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in compensation claims under Articles 98–101 KUHAP and to develop a collaborative model oriented toward justice for victims of online transaction fraud. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, the research was conducted at the Bengkulu High Prosecutor’s Office through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that compensation claims have not been treated as a collaborative process, as reflected in weak initial collaboration conditions, the absence of cross-institutional governance design, and informal, unsustained coordination among law enforcement agencies. This study proposes a collaborative governance model emphasizing strengthened initial conditions, collaborative institutional design, facilitative leadership of the prosecution service as a lead institution, and deliberative inter-agency processes. The proposed model is expected to integrate compensation claims more effectively into the criminal justice system and contribute to the realization of substantive justice for victims.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the behavior of digital credit usage through ShopeePay Later and its impact on the financial health of university students in Semarang Regency. The problem focuses on how usage intensity, consumption motives, perceived ease of use, and the management of digital credit repayment obligations influence students’ financial conditions. To address this issue, the study draws on theories of financial behavior and consumer financial health. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with purposively selected student users of ShopeePay Later, supported by limited observation and relevant documentation, and were analyzed qualitatively using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the use of ShopeePay Later among students is driven by perceived ease of access, payment flexibility, and digital promotional features, which tend to encourage short-term and consumptive spending patterns. Intensive and poorly controlled use negatively affects students’ financial health, as reflected in difficulties managing debt, reduced saving capacity, and weakened short-term financial stability. However, the selective use of digital credit that is aligned with financial capability does not necessarily result in negative outcomes. This study concludes that the impact of digital credit on students’ financial health is largely determined by user behavior, particularly self-control, financial planning, and awareness of digital debt risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) as a key factor in improving service quality and business productivity at Aneka Jaya Supermarket Demak. The research focuses on recruitment and selection processes, employee training and development systems, and the main challenges faced in HRM practices. The study applies a qualitative approach using data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively by identifying patterns, themes, and relationships emerging from field findings. The results show that recruitment and selection are carried out in a simple manner, emphasizing honesty, discipline, and teamwork, without a standardized competency assessment system. Employee training is conducted through on-the-job learning, focusing on basic customer service skills and product arrangement. The main obstacles include high employee turnover, limited training budgets, and the absence of a continuous performance evaluation system. Nevertheless, management addresses these challenges through effective internal communication, simple reward programs, and fostering a family-oriented work environment. Overall, this research highlights that the success of HRM at Aneka Jaya Supermarket Demak depends on maintaining a balance between a humanistic personal approach and an adaptive management system to navigate the dynamics of the local retail industry.

Abstract

This article or writing aims to examine the relevance of classical criminology theory in uncovering the phenomenon of modern crime, including cybercrime which is increasingly rampant. The problem is focused on How classical criminology theory can uncover the characteristics of cybercrime which is transnational, anonymous, and technology-based, and How is the relevance of classical criminology theory in explaining the motives, behavior, and dynamics of Modern Crime, Including the forms of crime that are developing in the digital era?, To approach this problem, the theoretical references from Cesare Beccaria and Jeremy Bentham are used, which emphasize that people commit crimes because they calculate profit and loss (hedonism). Data were collected through library research, by reviewing various theoretical references and relevant research results. This study concludes that classical criminology theory still has an important role in uncovering modern crime, even though the world of crime has undergone significant changes due to the development of digital technology. The basic principles of classical theory such as rationality, free will, and consideration of profit and loss remain relevant to explain the motives and behavior of modern criminals, so that the concept of deterrence is still an applicable approach and the anonymous, cross-border, and highly dependent digital characteristics of technological capabilities make classical theory need to be adapted to suit the current criminal context.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to gain a deeper understanding to determine which job satisfaction can influence employee commitment to the organization and how this impacts employee commitment to the organization. The problem focuses on job satisfaction which can influence an employee's work discipline in a better direction, this is because the employee has achieved psychological satisfaction which gives rise to a positive attitude from the employee to approach this problem, a theoretical reference from Baron & Greenberg (in Aisyah, 2015) that commitment means a strong acceptance within the individual of the company's goals and values, so that the individual will try and work and have a strong desire to stay with the company. This research uses a literacy review method using Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of the literature review show that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have a higher commitment to their organizations, which in turn can improve organizational performance and stability. These findings emphasize the importance of companies developing strategies that increase job satisfaction to strengthen organizational commitment.
