Abstract

This article was written with the aim of the implementation of gender mainstreaming is an important government program, this study aims to examine how the implementation of gender mainstreaming policies (PUG) in education programs. The problem is focused on the implementation of gender mainstreaming policies in education programs by the Education and Culture Office of Buru Regency because the initial data encountered in the implementation of gender mainstreaming is still limited to socialization and discourse but has not progressed to policy implementation. This research is a qualitative research, the source of data is obtained from purposively selected informants such as the Head of Service, Head of Division at the Education and Culture Office of Buru Regency, and the Head of SMP 9 Buru, and SMK 7 Buru who are considered to have knowledge that is in accordance with the research objectives. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique was carried out by source triangulation and technical triangulation. This study concludes that the District Education Office of Buru has not yet made or initiated legal regulations that support gender mainstreaming. On the other hand, the education office, which should be an institution that carries out mandatory affairs in the field of education, has not fully implemented or implemented gender-based policies so that it will affect directly related institutions or institutions such as schools and other supporting institutions in the education sector.

Abstract

This article or writing aims to discuss the Fiduciary Guarantee Law which has provided rules regarding the execution of the Fiduciary Guarantee object, but the fact is that in the field executions carried out by financial institutions do not comply with the applicable laws and regulations. carried out by financial institutions deviations and acts against the law occur. The obligation to register fiduciary guarantees is strengthened by the existence of PMK RI Number 130/PMK.010/2012 concerning Registration of Fiduciary Guarantees for finance companies that carry out consumer financing for motor vehicles with the imposition of fiduciary guarantees. The discussion focuses on how the provisions of Indonesian National law regulate the execution of fiduciary guarantees on movable objects against defaulting debtors? and how is the execution mechanism of fiduciary guarantees on movable objects against defaulting debtors. The procedure used to collect data in this study is in the form of documentation, namely the guidelines used in the form of notes or quotes, searching for legal literature, books and others related to the identification of problems in this study both offline and online. Analysis of legal materials is carried out using the content analysis method (centent analysis method) which is carried out by describing the material of legal events or legal products in detail in order to facilitate interpretation in the discussion. This paper will then be analyzed qualitatively. The purpose of this study is to find out the provisions of Indonesian National law governing the execution of fiduciary guarantees on movable objects against defaulting debtors and the mechanism of execution of fiduciary guarantees on movable objects against defaulting debtors. This study concludes that Fiduciary is the transfer of ownership rights to an object on the basis of trust provided that the object whose ownership rights are transferred remains in the control of the owner of the object. Article 1 of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Security (Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee ). While Fiduciary Guarantee is a guarantee right on movable objects, both tangible and intangible and immovable objects, especially buildings that cannot be encumbered with mortgage rights as referred to in Law Number 4 of 1996 concerning Mortgage Rights which remain in the control of the Fiduciary Giver, as collateral for the repayment of certain debts, which gives priority to the Fiduciary Recipient over other creditors. (Article 1 of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Security).

Abstract

Human activities that cause environmental damage, one of which is illegal logging or illegal logging, which is an act of exploitation by humans on forests, causing damage to forest ecosystems. This study aims to determine the factors that cause illegal logging in the Langkat Police jurisdiction and the policies carried out by the Police in law enforcement against illegal logging in the Langkat Police jurisdiction. The research method used is descriptive method, using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the factors that caused illegal logging in Langkat Regency were internal factors, consisting of economic factors and the lack of public awareness of the environment, and external factors, consisting of high wood prices, high wood demand, weak supervision, law enforcement is not strict. The policies carried out by the Langkat Police in law enforcement against the crime of illegal logging consist of penal policies, namely reporting illegal logging, following up on illegal logging, going to illegal logging locations, securing evidence, catching illegal timber trucks. Non-penal policies include socializing the prohibition of illegal logging, increasing community participation, supervising timber trucks, examining suspects, developing cases, and transferring files.

Abstract

Study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the discovery learning method and the results of learning to draw shapes.The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pollung who took shape drawing lessons with a total of 288 students and a sample of 40 people, namely each The class consists of 5 students with sampling using the Quota Sampling technique. This research method uses correlational research. The findings of this study indicate that there is a correlation between the ability to draw shapes with the discovery learning method (X1) with the results of learning to draw shapes (Y) = 30.20 for DK = n-2 = 38 α = 0.05 ttable = 1.684 turns out that >  (30.20> 1.684), the ability to draw shapes using discovery learning method (X2) with the result of learning to draw shapes (Y) t _count = 3.46 for DK = n-2 = 38 α = 0.05  = 1.684 turns out that >  (3.46> 1.684). The magnitude of the relationship between the ability to draw shapes (X_1) (X_2) with learning outcomes to draw shapes (Y) has a correlation of 0.98 and 0.49, and the contribution is 96% and 24%.

Abstract

This study aims to see the ability of students to apply decorative styles with the collage technique made from stickers in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Perbaungan based on the principles of fine arts, namely unity, balance, and rhythm. The theme used is flora with food jars as media. Based on the researchers 'initial observations, the students' decorative works using paint on paper media were still not optimal. As well as the lack of student knowledge in applying the principles of fine arts is a factor driving student work to be less than optimal. The population in this study was all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Perbaungan with 277 students. The sample was 21 students of class VII-1 (superior) using the purposive sampling technique. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this study indicate that, in total, the application of the ornamental variety of class VII-1 collage techniques based on the principles of unity, balance, and rhythm has an average value of = 79.5 with a reasonably good category. In detail, the average value is based on the following three aspects: unity = 79.7 (good enough), balance = 79.5 (good enough), and rhythm = 79.3 (good enough) with performance indicators: unity, balance, and rhythm.

Abstract

This paper will analyze and provide a general description of the philosophical meaning of Si Tou Timou Tumou Tou in the Javanese Muslim and Christian Minahasa communities in Tondano. More deeply, the author tries to see how the philosophy of life of Si Tou Timou Tumou Tou, which is the slogan of the Minahasa people, is applied and lived by the Javanese Muslim and Christian Minahasa communities in Tondano as an glue and an effort to build relationships with the lives of various communities. This paper draws a temporary conclusion that in order to encourage peaceful relations and the creation of the maintenance of shared life, a concept of cultural hospitality that goes beyond tolerance is needed in accordance with the context of the problems in each region. Using a sociological perspective, this paper examines the extent to which cultural hospitality values can play a role in interfaith relations in Tondano. In the final section, this paper will explore the cultural concept of the Tondano people as embodied in the philosophy of life of Si Tou Timou Tumou Tou as an effort to go beyond tolerance between religious communities, while at the same time maintaining the existence of the historical heritage of local culture.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine and analyze the rule of law, law enforcement and criminal policy against criminal acts without the right to control sharp weapons. To approach this problem, the theory of the legal system is used. The data were collected through interview guidelines and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the rule of law regarding law enforcement against criminal acts without the right to control sharp weapons in demonstrations is regulated in Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 in Article 2 paragraph (1), Law no. 9 of 1998 concerning Freedom to Express Opinions in Public in Article 16, Perkapolri No. 7 of 2012 concerning Procedures for the Implementation of Services, Security, and Handling of Public Opinion Cases in Article 8 letter j. Law enforcement against criminal acts without the right to control sharp weapons in demonstrations against the Criminal Code Bill at the Medan District Court is carried out through investigations, prosecutions and judges' decisions. The criminal law policy against people who carry sharp weapons in Medan City consists of a penal policy carried out by legally processing the perpetrators, followed by examining the defendants at trial. Non-penal policies as a preventive measure for criminal acts without the right to control sharp weapons are counseling, raids and community participation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the meaning of the literacy movement in Buru district, where the movement's stated objective is to increase human resources. The issue is focused on the implementation process, which has been underway for three years but has yet to demonstrate the program's significance and impact on the community's real conditions. The approach taken in this study is qualitative, and the number of informants interviewed will be 15. These informants will be chosen purposefully, with the understanding that respondents will be considered related parties in order to accomplish the research objectives. The research was conducted in Namlea village, Buru district, with informants that included village officials, BPD members, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives with competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the literacy movement's implementation through observation and in-depth interviews. In this research, I employ qualitative data analysis in accordance with Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the program-based literacy movement has not yet fully grasped the meaning; people's awareness of literacy has focused on participation levels but not on activities that promote relaxation, protect the brain, prevent disease, and prolong life.

Abstract

Marital satisfaction is something which every couple would like to achieve. Adult attachment and family resilience can affect marital satisfaction. This study had the objective to determine the effect of adult attachment and family resilience on marital satisfaction with married female respondents. Then it observed in depth the relationship between the dimensions of adult attachment, family resilience and marital satisfaction. This study was conducted on 167 respondents with the characteristics of wives; in the early adulthood with the marriage age of more than five years; monogamous and in their first marriage. The measuring instrument used was Adult attachment using the Experience in Close Relationship Scale–Short Form (ECR-S), the Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire for family resilience, and ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale for marital satisfaction. Each measuring instrument was tested for validity and reliability. Data processing used multiple regression test to analyze the effects and the effects were seen simultaneously and observed to see the effects partially. The results of the analysis show that all have significant effects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of students' work in drawing shapes in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru based on the principles of fine arts. The object in this study is a picture of the flora using the stippling technique. The population of this study amounted to 32 works of shape drawings and samples in this study were 10 works of shape drawings. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to find out how the results of the image work of the XI grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru first, then describe the image under study and assessed based on the principles of fine arts. The results of this study indicate that the overall work produced is based on the principles of fine arts as a whole on the principles of composition obtaining a score of = 75.33 in the Good category (B). On the principle of proportion, it gets a value of = 81 in the Good category (B). On the light-dark principle, the score = 82.5 in the Good category (B). Then the last one is on the principle of the shadows getting a value of = 72.33 in the Good category (B). Based on the description above, the highest score lies in the light and dark principle, and the overall average value is = 77.58 in the Good category (B).
