Abstract

Sub-district Musrenbang is a forum for deliberation among stakeholders to discuss and agree on steps for handling priority activity programs listed in the Proposed List of Sub-District Development Activity Plans that are integrated with district/city development priorities in the District. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Community Participation and its constraints in Community Participation in the Development Planning Musrenbang in Padang Bolak District. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques to be carried out on data sources. Data collection in this research is using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the Musrebang in Padang Bolak District, North Padang Lawas Regency has been carried out every year. However, in its implementation, the presence and participation of the community is still considered very lacking. Furthermore, there was a feeling of disappointment expressed by the community over the implementation of the District Musrenbang. The level of community participation in the District Musrenbang is very low, so the activities of holding the District Musrenbang in Padang Bolak are only a formality. Obstacles in the implementation of the District Musrenbang in Padang Bolak are the lack of clarity in communication and socialization related to the Musrenbang, inadequate human resources, limited budget and authority, and the lack of incentives for Musrenbang organizers.

Abstract

The Directorate of Mitras DUDI was formed as a bridge that connects vocational education graduates with the business world and the industrial world. The main task is to design a vocational education revitalization policy to meet industrial needs in accordance with the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, so that vocational graduates can be directly absorbed into the world of work. To be able to establish good cooperation with the business world and the industrial world, the Mitras DUDI Directorate needs to form a good image and gain public trust. This study aims to examine the communication strategy of the Mitras DUDI Directorate in the process of agenda building through mass media, including the strategy of determining budget allocations and realizing the use of budgets based on mass media categories. The theory used is Political Branding Theory which analyzes how government institutions use mass media to form an image, and Cultivation Theory which examines the application of budget allocation preparation to distribute information massively to the public through mass media. This research is descriptive qualitative, using data collection methods in the form of interviews and literature studies. The results of this study describe the communication strategy used by the Mitras DUDI Directorate which is strengthened by the implications obtained in the field from the results of the research. The use of the right budget to convey structured and consistent information is believed to be an effective way to build a public agenda and create a good image for the Mitras DUDI Directorate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the position of women in the inheritance law of the Karo indigenous people. The research method used in this research is normative juridical research by conducting literature studies and field studies by conducting interviews with traditional stakeholders in Karo Regency. The result of this research is that the position of women in the inheritance law of the Karo community has its own rules. Karo customary inheritance rights are contained in the provisions of the MA-RI Jurisprudence No. 179/K/SIP/1961 which stipulates that the equal rights of men and women have created pros and cons among the Karo adat community. The position of women in the kinship system in Lingga Village is twofold, namely the position as a child and the position as a wife. The position as children is that girls are not the next generation of the family because they are considered temporary, this is because at one time the position of women in Karo customary inheritance rights is carried out in several ways, including giving affection (Pemere Keleng Ate), the rule of law concerning inheritance (Peradaten Kerna). Erta Tading-Tadingen) and provide educational facilities. The form of property given is in the form of trinkets and land/rice fields.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal regulation of criminal acts with violence in the Indonesian legal system, the obstacles and efforts of the Medan Labuhan Sector Police in eradicating the crime of theft with violence. The research method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach. The results of the study found that the regulation of the crime of theft with violence is regulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code, and the crime of theft with violence is included in the category of traditional crimes that are disturbing to the community. There are two obstacles, namely internal obstacles consisting of the lack of human resources (HR) budget for investigations and investigations, minimal Crime facilities or facilities, Members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Medan Labuhan Police who always exchange / move to other places (Mutations). External factors, namely the culture of low community legal compliance, weak synergistic institutional relations, wide and high population, urbanization, the influence of narcotics and gambling that occur in the Medan Labuhan sub-district. Non-penal efforts are carried out by taking pre-emptive and preventive actions, while the penal efforts carried out by the Medan Labuhan Police are to carry out investigations, examinations, detentions, and arrests as well as investigations by applying criminal law as the ultimum remedium for criminal law enforcement.

Abstract

Empirically, this study aims to see the correlation between spirituality and social support with the resilience of HKBP Deaconess School Students. The population in this study was 120 people and the sample was 92 people where the sample was taken using random sampling. This type of research is a quantitative research with multiple regression analysis technique where the data collection uses questionnaire that is processed by the SPSS program. The results showed that:(1) There is a significant positive correlation between spirituality and social support with resilience, the coefficient value (Rx1x2y)= 0,604 and p = 0,000 < 0,010. The contribution of spirituality and social support can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,365 or 36,5 %. (2) There is a significant positive correlation between spirituality and resilience where the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0,538 with p = 0,000 < 0,010. The contribution of spirituality can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,2894 or 28,94 %. (3) There is a significant positive correlation between social support and resilience where the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0,503 with p = 0,000 < 0,010. The contribution of social support can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,253 or 25,3 %. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between spirituality and social support with the resilience of The HKBP Deaconess School students.

Abstract

The objective of this article to find out the strategy of the Islamic counseling in increasing people`s understanding in religion in Medan. The sampling technique in this study used the technique of Snowball sampling. The researcher selects the informants according to the sample category by following the suggestions and recommendations of the key informants, followed by the informants appointed by the key informants. Regarding the performance of extension workers in the Ministry of Religion of Medan City, the author directly met the Chair of the Pokjaluh Ministry of Religion of Medan City as the key informant. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely the descriptive method. The problem is focused on the strategy of Islamic religious instructors in increasing religious understanding of the people in the city of Medan. Data collection techniques through triangulation techniques. namely comparing observation information, interviews with the contents of related documents. Based on the analysis and the data in the field, it is found that, first, Islamic counseling consists of 8 (eight) specializations – eradicating the Koran alliteration, halal products, radicalism and splinter groups, peaceful family, HIV/AIDS & drung, zakat (charity), waqf, and reconciliation of religius people; secondly, the strategy of Islamic counseling in increasing people`s understanding religion in medan has been successful.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conflict of Sigmund Freud's perspective and it’s relevance to the cement factory in Rembang. This research method used a case study qualitative approach. The informants of this research consisted of 20 people, both from the support and contra of the cement factory. The data collection used unstructured interviews. Data analysis used three steps from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate (1) human characters in conflict are divided into three categories, namely the id, ego and superego, which in Fisher's language are also referred to as stages of conflict; (2) the cement factory conflict in Rembang, seen from the emotional pattern, contains three group characteristics, namely the silent group, the moving group and the resisting group. The conclusion of this study showed that each conflict will experience escalation depending on the pattern of emotions. The emotions increase along with the contradictory productivity of conflict issues.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of understanding the electronic accounting system, system quality, penalties, and gender on the level of tax obligations of individual taxpayers. The inspection site will be at the Pratama Jakarta Cilandak Tax Office. This survey is a quantitative survey using a primary data source in the form of a questionnaire. This survey data collection method used a random sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. A method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis in the program SPSS22.0 These results show that, among other things, understanding of electronic billing systems, system quality, and tax penalties have a significant impact, while gender variables do not significantly affect the degree of compliance by individual taxpayers. I am. The results of the simultaneous investigation show that an individual's understanding of the electronic accounting system, system quality, tax penalties, and gender can have a significant impact on an individual's tax compliance.

Abstract

Health insurance is a health financing guarantee that needs to be chosen to face health risks and increasingly expensive medical costs.  Socio-economic status is related to the level of ability that a person has in buying health services. Currently, 68.25% of the population who have compulsory health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan, Jamkesda and Company Insurance) have voluntary insurance and 1% have voluntary insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family socioeconomic status and the choice of health insurance in Jambi City. The research design was a cross sectional survey method with a population of 183,448 households focusing on a sample of 164 households, the sampling technique was probability sampling. Analysis with Chi-Square test, shows that there is a relationship between education (pv= 0.021) on the choice of health insurance and there is no relationship between income (pv=0.324), occupation (pv=0.644), number of family members (pv=0.377),   and asset ownership (pv=0.063) on the selection of health insurance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is twofold namely to analizy the management of dynamic archives in the Library and Archives Office of West Aceh District and to examine the obstacles faced in the process of managing the archives. This study uses management theory by Ricky W.Griffin a research foundation. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that records management includes the creation includes incoming and outgoing mail archives. The use of archives is their use in the continuity of work and archive storage arranged according to the order of the classification code, in order to facilitate the retrieval of archives. Archive maintenance is done by cleaning the dust using a duster and mothballs. Archive depreciation has never been carried out, but there is a depreciation plan in 2023 with preparation of archive retention schedule. Dynamic archive management has obstacles including the lack of archivist functional, the absence of archive depots and record centers, the absence of an archive list, archive management that is still done manually and the limited budget.
