Abstract

Policy the implementation of curriculum 2013 that replaced curriculum 2006 is the government effort to improve education in Indonesia. The changed of education policy through the implementation of curriculum 2013 in all level from primary school to secondary school, it’s cause consequences and implication of learning activity  growth widely. The consequences and implication of learning activities based on curriculum 2013 is not only relating equipments and strategies of learning but also the readyness a teacher as a top actor of learning education at school.The changed of education policy through the implementation of curriculum 2013 is demand to re-analysis of basic competence from teacher due to based on curriculum 2013 explain that  it is not by sparated but integrated subject must being now. The purpose of the research is mapping competence in readiness a teacher of learning activity based on curriculum 2013 at yunior high school. The research of methode is survey by descriptive analysis. The result is a half of teacher at Bengkalis subdistricat have different competence, so caused of unoptimalisation in learning process. Giving rekomendation by resetting required for yunior high school teacher which curriculum 2013 rules.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between conflict and character in Indonesia, and Pancasila as a source of character for conflict resolution. As the largest pluralistic country in the world, Indonesia cannot be separated from conflict. History records many identity conflicts caused by ethnic conflicts, religious and racial differences, conflicts between groups, and increasingly strong ideological wars. This research method uses literature study. The resulting literature studies are sourced from books, articles, which are relevant to conflict, interaction, character. The results of this study are (1) conflict is caused by the intersection of character needs and interests; (2) the character of the conflict includes the attitudes, emotions, and habits of various people. Therefore, the effort that must be done is to revitalize the practice of Pancasila values. Pancasila as a spiritual value (the highest cosmos), as well as a moral value, must be implemented in everyday life, with the aim of preventing and resolving conflicts in the present and in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ethnic conflict in Kalimantan Indonesia. As a country with  a different culture and identity variant, the potential for conflict is very vulnerable to reappear. The research method in this study used qualitative study with historical analysis model. This method uses both primary and secondary supporting data with predominantly historical books relevant to ethnic conflict, supported by national and international journals and articles. The results of this study reveal that the historicalization of the conflict is still a grudge and each ethnic identity is still dominant in its group feeling and creates a perception of identity justification. This study conveys to the conclusion that the potential of a vulnerable Indonesian State of ethnic conflict can emerge as a time-bomb and any time due to political, economic, and norms. In order to prevent the ethnic conflict in Kalimantan from recurring, the State must be strong. The recommendations in this study adopted from the education of values  that prioritize the value of harmony, the value of togetherness, in adapting to understand and implement the real philosophical in life is "dimana bumi dipijak disitu langit dijunjung”.

Abstract

Kajian konseptual ini mengksplorasi tentang pandangan Ki Hajar Dewantara terhadap pendidikan konflik di Negara plural yaitu Indonesia. Kecerdasan Ki Hajar Dewantara telah dituangkan pada teori yaitu ing ngarso sung tulodho, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani, yang menunjukkan tentang karakteristik masyarakat Indonesia dan pendidikan yang ideal. Nilai ke-Indonesiaan dari konsep pendidikan konflik yang dijelaskan dari intepretasi Ki Hajar Dewantara merupakan korelasi antara persoalan  budaya dengan liberalisasi budaya barat yang semakin deras dan tidak terkendali. Penggunaan nilai budaya menjadi sarana kontrol terhadap globalisasi yang radikal. Penguatan nilai budaya Indonesia menjadi sintesa pendidikan konflik di era sekarang.Kata kunci: konflik, Ki Hajar Dewantoro, BudayaThis conceptual study explores Ki Hajar Dewantara's views on conflict education in a plural country, Indonesia. Ki Hajar Dewantara's intelligence has been outlined in the theory of ing ngarso sung tulodho, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani, which shows the characteristics of Indonesian society and ideal education. The Indonesian value of the concept of conflict education explained by the interpretation of Ki Hajar Dewantara is the correlation between cultural issues and the liberalization of western culture which is increasingly swift and uncontrolled. The use of cultural values is a means of control against radical globalization. Strengthening Indonesian cultural values is a synthesis of conflict education in the current era.Keywords: conflict, Ki Hajar Dewantoro, Culture

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergeseran makna konflik bagi masyarakat di era sekarang, yang telah mengalami perkembangan dari era klasik, modern dan postmodern. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini mengugkap bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran pandangan tentang makna konflik bagi masyarakat dari klasik, modern dan masyarakat millennial. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pergeseran makna konflik menciptakan perbedaan paradigma dalam pemikiran oleh masyarakat, dan menciptakan perbedaan pandangan dalam upaya menyelesaikan setiap konflik.Kata kunci : persepsi konflik, paradigmatik konflik, dan masyarakat millennialthe study aims to analyze shifting of conflict means for the people in this era, it had been develop from the classic, modern and post-modern. Study use qualitative approach by fenomenology. The result is reveal that shifting of conflict means from multidimension of people, from classic, modern,and millennial society had been occurred. Conclusion of the study are shifting of conclict means distinguish of its paradigm, and according with how its solve.Keywords: perception of conflict, paradigmatic conflict, and millennial society

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the resistance strategy of the Rembang community against the cement factory corporation. This research method is qualitative, with reference to the analysis of Scott and Suharko. The rural community resistance movement is divided into two forms, namely; hidden resistance movements and radical resistance. The results of this study reveal (1) community resistance by hidden in a way, cursing, cursing and praying for the bad, (2) while radical resistance using the ability to cooperate, and protest, with the support of other institutions or organizations. The conclusions of this study (1) people who reject in a hidden way are exclusive community groups and tend not to participate in rejection activities, and also people who still have a relationship with actors who have a relationship with parties who benefit from a cement factory, such as village, and community leaders. (2) people who openly refuse are those who are already open minded, who from the beginning have understood the impact of damage from the natural exploitation of mining companies.الملخّص: تهدف كتابة هذا البحث للتحليل عن استراتيجية حركة المعارضة الإجتماعية عند مجتمع رمبانج في رفضت الشركة لمصنع الخرسانة. واستخدم الباحث منهج البحث الكيفي بالمدخل من سيجوت و سوهركو لكتابة هذه المقالة. وانقسمت حركة المعارضة إلى قسمين، حركة المعارضة الخفية (hidden resistance) وحركة المعارضة الصريحة (radical resistance). وأما النتيجة من كتابة هذه المقالة هي: 1) أنواع حركة المعارضة الخفية من المجتمع هو كما يلي: الفذف واللعنة والدعاء السيّئة. 2) وأما حركة المعارضة الصريحة تحتوي على ما يلي: الاسفادة من التعاون وتقديم الاحتجاجات من خلال الرعاية من المؤسّسات والمجالس. وأما الخلاصة من هذا البحث هي : 1) من مجموعة المعارضة بحيلة حركة المعارضة الخفية هي من مجموعة المجتمعات الحصريّة ولا يقدر القيام بالمشاركة على حركة المعارضة. ويستحقون العلاقة القويّة بالمسؤولياة وذو الربح من ظهور هذه الشركة لمصنع الخرسانة، من هم: رئيس القرية ومشاييخ القرية وما أشبه ذلك. 2) وأما المجتمع من مجموعة حركة المعارضة الصريحة هم المجتمع بتدبير الآراء (open minded)، لوجود الفهم على الأثر السلبي منه كالخسارة من استغلال العالم بسبب مصنع المناجم.    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi perlawanan masyarakat Gunem Rembang dalam menolak korporasi pabrik semen. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan merujuk pada analisis Scott dan Suharko. Gerakan perlawanan masyarakat pedesaan terbagi dalam dua bentuk, yaitu; gerakan perlawanan tersembunyi (hidden resistance) dan perlawanan terbuka (radical resistance). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap (1) perlawanan masyarakat dengan tersembunyi dengan cara, mengumpat, mengutuk dan mendoakan yang buruk-buruk, (2) sedangkan perlawanan terbuka dengan menggunakan kemampuan bekerja sama, dan melakukan protes, dengan dukungan lembaga atau organisasi lain. Kesimpulan penelitian ini (1) masyarakat yang menolak dengan cara tersembunyi merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang exclusif dan cenderung tidak mau ikut pada kegiatan penolakan, dan serta masyarakat yang masih memiliki hubungan dengan aktor ang memiliki hubungan dengan pihak-pihak yang diuntungkan dengan pabrik semen, seperti perangkat desa, dan para tokoh masyarakat. (2) masyarakat yang terang-terangan dalam menolak adalah masyarakat yang sudah terbuka dalam berpikir (open minded), yang dari awal sudah memahami dampak kerusakan dari eksploitasi alam dari perusahaan tambang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conflict between the cement factory in Rembang using the Galtung perspective. Galtung's theory includes three concepts, namely contradiction, attitude and behavior. The setting of this research is in Gunem District, Rembang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, the type of case study method. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing 20 people. The interview process was carried out when the cement factory conflict was at its done on the top in 2017-2020. The conflict was still real, because it has widened into an ideological conflict. The results of this study indicate that the main issue underlying the conflict was the local government's policy of granting a permit for the exploitation of a cement factory in Gunem Tegaldowo. The dominant policy in the economic context, is not proportional to the impact of damage to nature and the environment, where people farm and meet their water needs. The dominance of economic policy leads to (1) different perceptions, (2) people's hatred towards the government, and creates contradictions by making various efforts to refuse. The actions are carried out in 3 categories (1) questioning behavior, (2) opposing behavior, (3) protest behavior. Cement factory conflicts are different from communal conflicts. Cement factory conflicts are closely related to political policies made by government officials who have interests. The cement factory conflict is a conflict algorithm or conflict by design.
