This study aims to determine the Strategy of the Manpower Office in Increasing Employment Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities. The sampling technique in this study is snowball sampling technique. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Important insights were obtained through interviews and observations related to the strategy of the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office in developing the employment potential of persons with disabilities. Meanwhile, optional information is collected through reports such as Sidoarjo Disnaker Records, Related Domain Records, Principles and Regulations, Widely Communicated Data, Other Information and Data on the employment potential of persons with disabilities. The primary data was tried through the Triangulation Technique. The Triangulation technique used in this examination is to compare observational information and interview information and compare with the content of related documents. Â From the results of this study, it is shown by the results of interviews from various parties, that the provisions of the Sidoarjo Regency regulations on Persons with Disabilities are still not optimally determined. Â There are contributing factors that cause the employment opportunities of people with disabilities to be narrow, one of which is the low level of education.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of Filial Play in increasing the ability of parents to regulate emotions and empathize while accompanying children to learn from home at Maitreyawira school, Deli Serdang. Qualitative research method with a narrative research approach using NVIVO-12. The results showed that by being given Filial Play treatment, namely structuring skills, setting boundaries, attentive listening, and child-centered games for 3 months so that the informants could carry out Filial Play in a flexible and integrated manner. By applying the four Filial Play skills, parents become better able to regulate emotions by means of cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression. In addition, parents are better able to empathize, namely by understanding the child's point of view (perspective taking), placing oneself in the position of others (online stimulation), emotional contagion (emotional contagion), drifting/getting carried away with feelings (peripheral responsiveness), and sympathy/feel what is felt by the child (proximal responsiveness). There is an effectiveness of Filial Play in increasing the ability of parents to regulate emotions and empathize while accompanying children to learn from home.

The objectives of this research are as follows: Knowing and analyzing the implementation of ASN Policy Functions as Implementing Public Policy in Improving Employee Performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of North Sumatra Province. Knowing and explaining the supporting and inhibiting factors in the Implementation of ASN Policies Functioning as Implementers of Public Policies in Improving Employee Performance at the Regional Personnel Agency Office of North Sumatra Province. This research is a qualitative design. Research approach based on phenomenology and constructivism paradigm in developing science Thus, qualitative research based on phenomenology and constructivism paradigm becomes the basis for researchers to interpret research findings so that they become a description of the research that occurs. The policy implementation model developed by Edward III is called Direct and Indirect Impact on Implementation. According to Edward III, there are four variables or factors that influence public policy, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The four factors must run simultaneously because the four factors are interrelated.

The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that COVID-19 was a pandemic that has spread worldwide. It has been on limited interaction activities and social group meetings. The policy of limiting community physical interaction directly affects the education sector so that the learning process is fully transformed into the form of online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges and opportunities in the online learning process that has been implemented during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method by describing the online learning process that has been implemented. The subjects in the study were students and teachers of Junior High School 01 Plantungan Kendal. Analysis of the data used in this study is to triangulate data consisting of data from observations, interviews, and field observations. The study's results showed that the online learning process had challenges regarding the availability of qualified technology such as electronic devices in the learning process, internet networks, and students' and teachers' readiness to face online learning. While the opportunities from the online learning process that have been implemented are directly familiarizing students to practice independently in the learning process, and from the teacher's side, encouraging teachers to master technology and innovate in the learning process so that it would be more varied and effective

The role of the National Police in tackling criminal acts of humiliation and/or defamation through electronic media is in accordance with the normative role that is in accordance with Police Law Number 2 of 2002. Technological advances show a correlation of increasing crime rates, especially in the field of cyber crime.   The   data   collection   techniques   used   are   interviews   and   literature   study,   the   type   of   data   used   in   this   study   is   primary   data   consisting   of   laws   and   secondary   data   consisting   of   various   kinds   of   reading   materials   related   to   research   titles   such   as   books   on   cyber   crimes.   crime,   articles,   journals   and   literature. Based on legal research, it can be concluded as follows:  Criminal policies in cyber crimes according to the context of Indonesian criminal law have been regulated in Article 27 Paragraph (3) Junto Article 45 Paragraph (3) Law no. 8 of 2011 as amended by law no. 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions specifically for perpetrators of criminal acts of humiliation and or defamation through social media. The role of the National Police in tackling criminal acts of humiliation and/or defamation through electronic media, especially in the North Sumatra Regional Police, has been in accordance with its normative role, namely in accordance with Police Law Number 2 of 2002.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and prove the effect of WFH, organizational culture and work motivation on employee organizational commitment. This research was carried out for 5 months (January-May 2022) at the Office of the Badan Keuangan and Aset Daerah Kota Kupang. This research is classified as a quantitative study using a confirmative verification (associative) survey method. The research population was 103 employees whose sample was determined based on the census technique (saturated sample) so the sample was 103 respondents. The type of research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Techniques to obtain data using questionnaires (Likert scale), interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis (partial test and simultaneous test). The results showed that the variables of WFH, organizational culture, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, either partially or simultaneously. This is because the entire t-count value obtained by each variable is greater than the t-table and also the F-count is greater than the F-table with a significance value less than 0.05. The results of this study also show the contribution of the WFH variable to an organizational commitment by 82.1%, organizational culture to an organizational commitment by 33.0%, and work motivation to an organizational commitment by 66.1%. Simultaneously, the contribution of WFH, organizational culture, and work motivation to organizational commitment is 83.3%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Walikota Medan No. 49 Tahun 2018 Tentang Rincian Tugas dan Fungsi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Medan dalam penertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima dan kendalanya pada Kelurahan Petisah Hulu Kecamatan Medan Baru. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa Satpol PP Kota Medan belum sepenuhnya mampu mengimplementasikan Perwal Perwal No. 49 Tahun 2018 dalam penertiban PKL di Kelurahan Petisah Huku, karena sampai saat ini PKL masih tetap menjadi sumber gangguan bagi ketertiban masyarakat umum yang berada di Kelurahan Petisah Hulu. Hal ini disebabkan masih adanya faktor kendala implementasi yang belum dapat di atasi. Faktor kendala yang dihadapi Satpol PP Kota Medan dalam implementasi Perwal No. 49 Tahun 2018 dalam penertiban PKL di Kelurahan Petisah Hulu adalah: sulitnya menyadarkan PKL tentang pentingnya pinggir jalan bagi kepentingan umum, PKL dapat mendirikan tempat berjualan dengan segera setelah penertiban, kurangnya personil Satpol PP sehingga pratroli untuk pengawasan jarang dilakukan, serta kurangnya sarana dan prasarana. Direkomendasikan Pemerintah Kota Medan perlu menetapkan sanksi yang jelas atas pelanggaran larangan penggunaan pinggir jalan oleh PKL dan perlu menambah jumlah personil Satpol PP agar dapat melakukan penertiban PKL di semua wilayah termasuk di Kelurahan Petisah Hulu.

This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards and punishments to the resilience of the children of the TK Negeri Pembina Kabanjahe TA. 2020/2021. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlational type by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research population is the children of the Kabanjahe State Kindergarten. The sampling technique used was the Saturated Sampling technique with a selected sample size of 30 children, the data collection method used an observation sheet for giving rewards, giving punishment, and child resilience. Analysis of research data shows that (1) there is a significant effect between reward giving and children's resilience as indicated by the coefficient R = 0.521 and p = 0.000, namely p < 0.05; (2) there is a significant effect of giving punishment to children's resilience, which is indicated by the coefficient R = 0.655 and p = 0.008, namely p <0.05 and (3) there is a significant effect of giving rewards and giving punishment to children's resilience which is indicated by the coefficient F = 21.596 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.657 while R2 = 0.431 with p < 0.05 and Std. Error of the Estimate 6,1055, The accuracy rate is 100% - 6,1055= 93,8945%. The analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis and Wilcoxon.parental support; self-concept; and self-confidence of students.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of ASN at the Secretariat of DPRK Subulussalam. The hypothesis proposed is that work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of ASN at the DPRK Subulussalam Secretariat. The variables studied consisted of work discipline and work motivation as independent variables and performance as the dependent variable. The method of collecting data is by means of a list of questions. Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the ASN Secretariat of DPRK Subulussalam. The better the employee's work discipline, the higher the performanceThe variables of work discipline and work motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of the ASN Secretariat of DPRK Subulussalam. Variations in employee performance can be explained by work discipline and motivation of 95.00%, while the remaining 5.00% is explained by other factors, such as communication, leadership and other factors that are not explained in this research model.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Firm Size, Leverage, and Profitability on Earnings Management in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The population in this study amounted to 208 companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 63 companies that became the object of the study with a total of 252 observations. . The research data was obtained from the financial statements of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Firm Size, Leverage, Profitability had a significant effect on Earnings Management. Partially Company Size has a significant effect on Earnings Management but Leverage and Profitability have no significant effect on Earnings Management in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period.
