Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas analisis kritis terhadap “penyalahgunaan wewenang” menggunakan teori dominasi simbolis Pierre Bourdie. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif agar dapat menghasilkan deskripsi yang sistematis dan objektif mengenai fakta dan unsur yang ada dalam penelitian. dengan menggunakan teori dominasi simbolis Bourdie yang meliputi; habitus, kapital,arena kekuasaan (field), dan doxa, kemudian hasil penelitian menjelaskan analis kritis pada  Penyalahgunaan Wewenang oleh pemangku otoritas adalah pihak yang mendominasi dan mengatur arena kekuasaan. Kata Kunci: habitus, kapital, arena dan dominasi simbolis

Abstract

Pengukuran layanan e-banking pada penelitian ini menggunakan model webqual yang merupakan pengembangan lebih lanjut dari model SERVQUAL yang banyak diterapkan pada pengukuran kualitas jasa. Model Webqual ini terdiri dari empat variabel yaitu information quality, usability, service interaction, dan overall. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari 26 butir pertanyaan dengan skal likert yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Responden tersebut terdiri dari dua kelompok yaitu pengguna layanan e-banking di bank swasta dan bank pemerintah. Karakteristik pengguna layanan e-banking secara umum mempunyai tingkat pendidikan tinggi dan mempunyai tingkat penghasilan yang tinggi. Hasil uji validitas dan realibitas dengan cronbach alpha dan KMO test menunjukkan bahwa instrument penelitian mempunyai tingkat kesahihan dan keandalan yang tinggi. Atribut kualitas yang masih tergolong rendah adalah pada variabel service interaction, yaitu factor gangguan pelayanan dan masalah keamanan traksaksi e-banking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas layanan e-banking pada bank swasta tidak berbeda dengan persepsi kualitas layanan di bank pemerintah. Empat variabel websqual tidak dapat memprediksi secara akurat dan signifikan terhadap pengelompokan pengguna e-banking dilihat dari kepemilikan bank dengan tingkat prediksinya hanya mencapai 53 persen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja layananATM Bank Mandiri. Analisis Servqual yang terdiri atas dimensi tangible, realibility,responsiveness, assurance,dan empathy digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerjalayanan ATM. Sementara itu, Customer Satisfaction Index dan ImportancePerformance Analysis yang terdiri atas analisis kuadran dan analisis kesenjangandigunakan untuk menginvestigasi kepuasan pelanggan dan untuk mengidentifikasikandimensi layanan yang kinerjanya memerlukan perbaikan. Data dikumpulkan denganmenggunakan kuesener dari 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pelanggan puas atas kinerja dan kualitas layanan ATM. Haltersebut diindikasikan dengan nilai indeks kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 80,93. Dapatdisimpulkan juga bahwa assurance merupakan dimensi layanan yang paling pentingyang memerlukan peningkatan karena kinerjanya yang relatif masih rendah. Dimensilayanan reliability kinerjanya juga masih rendah. Namun, karena tingkatkepentingannya lebih rendah daripada dimensi assurance upaya peningkatannyamenempati skala prioritas lebih rendah daripada dimensi assurance. Dimensi layananlainnya, berdasarkan prioritas perbaikannya adalah, berturut-turut, emphaty,responsiveness, dan tangible.

Abstract

Mutual trade between EU countries and Indonesia is a bilateral commodity trade flow exceeding 17 billion Euros. Analysis of the trade between the two entities is an important contribution leading to the definition of the significance that the ongoing cooperation between the EU and Indonesia has. EU is for Indonesia very important trading partner, for EU is Indonesia a strategic political partner. The bilateral trade is currently greatly benefiting Indonesia, however, this market has a potential for EU due to the fact, that it is one of the most populous country in the Asian region and the in world in general. The trade exchange is based on export and import of most basic aggregate commodities; while between the two partners exist significant differences in terms of available comparative advantages. A specificity of the mutual trade is the limited territorial structure of this exchange, as the main volume of transactions is realized between Indonesia and only a few EU countries.   Keywords: EU, Indonesia, mutual, foreign trade, commodity, territory, structure, analysis, competitiveness

Abstract

Development of science and technology enable people to communicate each others.Companies are competing to produce quality products at an affordable price, as well asthe brand that is easily remembered by consumers, taking into account the environment inwhich the product will be marketed. This study aimed to assess the effect of product,price, brand, and the environment on consumer purchase intention. The study populationsare students, with a sample of 153 respondents. Data obtained through a questionnaire,and then analyzed with multiple regressions. The results showed that simultaneously,product, price, brand, and environment influence on purchase intention.Key Words: Product, Advertising, Brand, Environment, Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measures the effect of investment manager attitude through operational employees to mutual funds work attitude portfolio, to analyse how big the organizational environment effect together with investment manager attitude, through operational employees to mutual funds work attitude portfolio and analyse the effect of organizational envirobment to investment manage attitude in mutual funds company. The observation conducted in 72 mutual funds company, the data collecting using questionnaire that filled by the investment manager and to the operational employee who help and run mutual fundscompany. By using Anova statistical analysis, determiner cohesion parameter and methods, i.e. Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen to know whether or not there’d be effect among operational employees, organisational environment, and work portfolio in matual funds company in Indonesia. In conclusion, the effect of organisational environment (X1) to operational employees (X2) has the big effect, the effect of organisational environment (X1)to investment manager attitude (X3) has the second biggest effect, and the third is the effect of the operational employees (X2) to work attitude using (Y Treynor), the fourth is the effect of operational employees (X2) to work attitude using (Y Jensen), and the smallest effect is the operational employee (X2) to work attitude using (Y Shape). From the analysis it is discovered an indication that mutual funds company put the employees more important than their orientation on gaining return.Keywords: sikap manajer investasi, karyawan pelaksana, lingkungan organisasi, reksadana saham1

Abstract

This  research  aims  to  investigate  internet  utilization among  undergraduate  students (S1) of  Information Systems,  Information Technology, Management, Accounting and D3 degree students of Business and Entrepreneurship.  Extant internet facility in this study  is  utilization  of  University  website  by  the  students  in  accordance  with  their academic grades and assignments given by  the  lecturers. This research also  focuses on determinant and  constraint  factors  in choosing  internet as media  for  information searching  and  browsing. The  respondents  for  this  study  are  students  of Faculty  of Economics  and  Faculty  of  Computer  Science,  Gunadarma  University.    From  1200 targeted respondents, only 41 students respond in the first stage and 140 in the second stage. Questionnaire  is  delivered  using  (download  mode  in)  lecturer  website. Respondents  were  grouped  based  on  the  study  program, Statistical  testing  using SPSS  indicates  that  the  most  frequent  visited  websites  are  education-related  ones, whereas the most searched and browsed websites are the commercial and institutional ones.   The most  exploited menu  in  the University website  is Studentsite. Pearson’s chi-square  test  (with  significance degree =  0.006) denotes a  significant  relationship between study program and students’ confidence level of internet contribution to their study.  Moreover, the levels of students’ confidence vary among program studies.   Keywords:  determinant  factors,  constraint  factors,  internet,  information,  university students, websites.

Abstract

This study describes the corporate governance linking between the various participants in the company who determine the direction of the company's performance: This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance to the quality of financial reporting in manufacturing companies. Good Corporate Governance is measured from institutional ownership, managerial ownership and the board of commissioners and supporting variables such as firm age (Age) and leverage enterprise and financial reporting quality is measured through a questionnaire distributed by 65 respondents. The statistical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. Sample research is a manufacturing company in 2012. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the leverage effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting; while BOC, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and firm age (Age) does not affect the quality of financial reporting. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa ketersediaan dan kebutuhan pangan yangberasal dari daging dan ikan pada tahun 2007. Penelitian ini juga digunakan untukmengevaluasi dampak positif perdagangan ternak dan ikan terhadap pedagang,masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini meliputi 5 wilayah DKI Jakartadan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kuisioner disebarkanpada 120 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap hari di DKI Jakarta terdapat supply telur,ayam, daging sapi dan ikan mas masing-masing 421.090 kg, 318.293 kg, 224.508 kg,and 30.054 kg. Cadangan bahan pangan tersebut terhadap konsumsinya adalahsekitar 11% sampai 16% untuk daging sapi dan ikan mas. Untuk ayam mencapai43,25%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh variable ROA, BOPO, NPL, dan SBI terhadap konsistensi bank pemerintah maupun bank asing dalam menjalankan fungsi intermediasi, serta apakah terdapat kemungkinan adanya indikator lain yang mempengaruhi konsistensi bank dalam menjalankan fungsi intermediasinya selain ROA, NPL, BOPO, dan SBI.  Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data sekunder. Penggunaan metode ini untuk memperoleh data-data yang berupa perhitungan rasio keuangan (ROA, BOPO, NPL, dan SBI) dan besarnya dana pihak ketiga  yang berhasil dihimpun oleh bank, serta besarnya penyaluran kredit bank.Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan operasional bank sebagian besar berasal dari pendapatan fee based, baik pada bank asing maupun pada bank pemerintah. Apabila bank menerapkan fungsi intermediasi maka seharusnya sebagian besar pendapatan operasional bank berasal dari pendapatan bunga kredit. Dari penelitian ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa bank tidak konsisten dalam menjalankan fungsi intermesianya dikarenakan bank lebih mengutamakan aktivitas fee based yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan yang besar walaupun memiliki resiko yang besar. Kata Kunci : ROA, BOPO, NPL, SBI, intermediasi
