Abstract

SMAN 1 Tapa initially used the Zoom and Google Meet applications, but there were still many students who were late for learning due to their difficult circumstances in getting internet coverage, so the teachers decided to change the application by using Classroom and Whatsapp to minimize student delays in learning. This study aims to describe students' perceptions of the use of online learning applications using Rasch modeling in physics learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that students' perceptions based on absorption indicators of object stimuli from outside the individual, students prefer online learning using Classroom and Whatsapp applications. Based on the indicators of understanding or understanding of the object, students understand and understand physics learning. Based on the indicators of individual evaluation of the object, students are enthusiastic and motivated in learning physics. Thus, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of online learning using the classroom and whatsapp applications can help and facilitate students in the learning process during the pandemic in class XI IPA 1.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to create a prototype that uses a microcontroller to determine the physical phenomenon worth of a fabric victimisation, method by four-point probe. The amendment in resistance of a material once an electrical current flow through it's wont to quantify electrical conductivity. The example took measurements and saved them as data.txt. Using IC 741 100X gain amplifier circuit, prototype amplifies the output voltage and current for convenient monitoring. The source flag value is used in prototype calibration; the tolerance value for the measurement uncertainty of voltage is 2.1 percent and tolerance value of uncertantanty of current is 2.1 percent, respectively, based on comparisons with the calibration output. For voltage readings, prototype's measurement accuracy is 97.89 percent, and for current assignments, it's 97.64 percent. The output values will be saved and analyzed before being graphed to determine the material's conductivity value. Pani, a substance with a composition of 0.25 M anilin + 0.5 M HCL, was used to test the electrical conductivity of prototype Four Point Probe. The experiments were carried out by varying the voltage from 1 to 5 until the value of material conductivity Pani was between 0.9 and 1,25 x 107 (m)-1. Range 73.47 percent linearity value.

Abstract

Carbon Nano Particles (CNPs) sourced from spiced lemongrass have been produced by the hydrothermal method at hydrothermal temperatures of 120, 140, 160 and 180 0C. The Stokes energy shift occurs due to this absorption transition and the spectrum width is determined by the electronic transition from one energy state to another. This event occurs due to the difference in energy between the two adjacent states due to the smaller vibrational state when compared to the electronic state of the CNPs.  The carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) size measurement results showed a peak value of 38.63 nm.  Functional group analysis by FTIR spectroscopy showed that the CNP consists of C=C, C-O, OH and C-N-C bonds. The Urbach energy (Eu) increased with increasing hydrothermal synthesis temperature at two hours (0.13, 0.16, 0.19 and 0.29) eV and three hours (0.12, 0.17, 0.19 and 0.28) eV. The bandgap energy (Eg) decreased with increasing hydrothermal synthesis temperature to two hours (2.30, 2.24, 2.00 and 1.92) eV and three hours (2.22, 2.20, 2.17 and 1.75) eV. The expansion of urea as a nitrogen source was carried out at a aqueous temperature of 180 0C for 2 hours and 3 hours within the blend of CNPs. The addition of urea gave a different effect on the bandgap energy (Eg) and Urbach energy (Eu) on the two CNPs. The bandgap energy (Eg) both increased from two hours (1.92 eV) to three hours (2 .22 eV), while urbach energy (Eu) decreased for a duration of two hours (3.336 eV) to three hours (3.330 eV) after adding urea. hydrothermal temperature due to synthesis time so that the structure of the CNPs becomes more stable and homogeneous

Abstract

Urbanization is the movement of people from villages to cities, this has caused an increase in population growth in urban areas resulting in increased demand for development which has reduced land for green spaces, green roofs are present as a farming concept amidst limited land in urban areas as well as assisting in passive cooling. The process of photosynthesis must play a role in roof shading. The selection of vegetation in the form of passion fruit vines as a roof covering material can spread up to 24 m, the object of research is a house in a housing complex by comparing two rooms, using a vegetation roof cover and without a vegetation roof cover, based on the results obtained a room with a vegetation roof cover experienced a decrease in temperature as the growth of vines covered the roof, the results obtained were a comparison between the two rooms, namely 0.1℃ in January, 1.1℃ in February and 2.6℃ in March when the peak temperature is during the day.

Abstract

The limited supply of wood as a raw material in various industries requires a better alternative material. Wasted-based composite engineering can be a solution to this problem. What's more, composite can be engineered according to needs, such as having the ability to reduce heat to maintain comfortable room temperature conditions. Therefore, in this research, a particle board reinforced by pineapple leaf fiber waste and HVS paper waste was developed to know the effect of the particle board reinforcement composition on reducing heat. In this research, a comparison of pineapple leaf fiber waste and HVS paper waste was used at 100%:0%; 70%:30%; 50%:50%; 30%:70%; and 0%:100% with resin adhesive. This particle board is made by mixing all the ingredients and then printing it into a mold and then carrying out the drying process. The test was carried out based on a temperature difference analysis. The most optimum particle board reinforcement composition to reduce heat is 100% pineapple leaf fiber waste : 0% HVS paper waste.

Abstract

Sample of Arenga Pinnata (AP) fibres, ropes and nets were prepared from AP ropes using traditional tools. The ropes and nets were used as agricultural material such as vertical farming of vines (passion fruit, grape, bitter gourd, and melon) in Gorontalo and Japan. The combination of nets and vines acts as green curtain (GC) which. Could mitigate the thermal energy in outdoor as well as indoor buildings. and tested with the deformation rate of up to the point of rupture. To avoid the failure of ropes and nets on supporting the weight of the vines, the Universal Testing Machine Model WDW-50 were used to determine the ultimate tensile forces. While the physical size of the AP fibres, ropes and nets also being measured to confirm the uniformity of the individual ropes and nets
