Abstract

Abstract-Industry 4.0 discusses concepts related to intelligent systems. There are many concepts related to intelligent systems, one of which is the digital twin concept. The digital twin concept as a data acquisition tool is used to build digital information for a physical system. The company is a producer of murando glazed tiles. in the roof tile production process at the company, there are defective rooftiles produced by the company, namely white stone defects and cracked roof tiles. Cracked roof tiles are caused by inappropriate temperatures during the firing process. With a temperature monitoring system in the roof tiles furnace, combustion temperatures can be monitored in real-time. Monitoring system design using a multi-level approach can describe in detail the architecture of the monitoring system based on the digital twin concept. The website is designed using the Human Centered Design method so can produce a website user interface that is in line with the goals and needs of the user. The monitoring system can provide real-time information on the temperature of the roof tiled anywhere with a design that suits the user's needs.

Abstract

The DANA application is a payment system service that can be used via a smartphone, which can be in the form of fund transfers, electronic wallets, electronic money and other supporting services. User satisfaction with the application is very important, because it can be used as an assessment material for improving the service quality of the application. By combining two methods, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which contains the variables Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Using and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which contains the variables Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use and Timeliness to measure application user satisfaction DANA is the aim of this research. The technique that will be used to collect data is by distributing questionnaires to DANA application users. Through lameshow calculations, there were 100 respondents in this study. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, there are 6 hypotheses that are accepted, namely Perceived Usefulness, Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Using and 2 hypotheses are rejected, namely Perceived Ease of Use and Timeliness. The results obtained through SEM analysis are classified as good with an R-Square correlation value of 75.2% for user satisfaction variables.

Abstract

Abstract— Information technology that is currently developing is utilized in various fields such as education, health and others. One of them is hypothermia in infants. Hypothermia is a condition when the baby's temperature is below normal. It is also not uncommon for someone who sees their child to have some symptoms to seek information about the disease their child is suffering from from people around them or the internet media. When a person is suspicious of a child suffering from hypothermia, then that person needs to confirm the illness his child is suffering from. So that someone who wants to make sure the disease suffered by his child tends to go to the doctor. The problems that occur are costs and places far from home. The purpose of this research was to apply the Certainty Factor method to diagnose hypothermia and to make an expert system application for diagnosing hypothermia using the Certainty Factor approach. The results of the level of confidence based on the symptoms found from hypothermia were obtained using the Certainty Factor method, which was 96.08%. With this system, it is hoped that it will help parents determine the disease their child is suffering from, namely Hypothermia without having to see a doctor for initial treatment.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of using E-learning in XYZ school. In education, the issue of using information and communication technologies for teaching and learning is of great importance. This study will provide a literature review and scientific background to the study by reviewing the impact of E-learning, particularly its use in teaching and learning in education. At the moment, the school is using an E-learning system called Learning Management System. This study will analyze the user’s satisfaction for the information quality, system quality, service quality, and its use, by using the PLS-SEM application. The results of this study will determine if the user’s are satisfied and if the system needs to be improved.

Abstract

Entering the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, lending capital (credit) to KOPPAS has increased, causing a lot of data and slowing down the credit disbursement process. Currently, KOPPAS has not implemented a support system that can provide consideration for credit granting decisions. Therefore, in this study, researchers will discuss the design and development of a decision support application system for granting credit using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, to speed up the credit granting process, prevent the level of subjectivity in granting credit, and to minimize the occurrence of bad loans. resulting from errors in the decision-making process. The development of this system uses modeling techniques with data classification processes and the CRISP-DM development method. In this case, the Support Vector Machine method classifies data into 2 classes, namely feasible and infeasible classes. The model development process uses the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel parameter by exploring the use of C (cost) and y (gamma) parameter values. This development model uses 200 data with the attributes used in the form of the loan amount, term, collateral value, guarantor agreement, occupation, and loan history. The use of these attributes and the amount of data can produce quite good performance with the highest accuracy rate of 85% using C = 1 and y = 0.005 and the distribution of data is 80% training data and 20% testing data. With the performance of this model, the system can classify creditworthiness.

Abstract

Displaced people are residents who for some reason cannot meet their needs naturally, both spiritually, physically, and socially. The problem of displaced people occurs for various reasons and urbanization is one of them. Social Service is a government agency that plays a role in improving the quality of social welfare of individuals, groups, and communities. Many community services are carried out by Social Service and one of them is the repatriation of displaced persons. Based on data from the Riau Province Social Service, the number of displaced people in Riau Province from year to year has increased or decreased erratically. This is of course a problem that hinders the Riau Province Social Service in its internal processes such as determining strategies or policies to make decisions. Therefore, this research was conducted to overcome these problems. This research was conducted using the linear regression method with a MAPE result of 7.09% which will be implemented into a prediction application for the number of displaced people and aims to help the Riau Province Social Service get information on the number of displaced people in the next period. Based on the results of the Blackbox test, shows that all menus and features have run very well and obtained a User Acceptance Test (UAT) calculation value of 92%.

Abstract

As the COVID-19 pandemic intensified in Indonesia in 2020, companies and organizations have devised measures in order to adapt with the absence of physical workforce presence in the workplace, including implementing work-from-home (WfH) regimes, where the employee conducts work operations from their residence. Adapting into a new working environment, however, is often a considerable challenge for companies and organizations of all stripes, especially in ensuring that users can properly adjust themselves and maintain a degree of work efficiency. The work efficiency of users while using a widespread and integrated company business solution, especially enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is often measured by the overall satisfaction of each user. To measure user satisfaction while using an ERP-based enterprise resource management system for work-from-home operations, this research attempts to conduct a survey in an institution or organization that has been sending employees to work from home by collecting responses from employees. The questionnaire will have each respondent evaluate the three relevant variables (benefits, risks and barriers) while using the ERP based system to work from home, which will then be used to measure its correlation with the users’ satisfaction relative to the three factors using the one-way ANOVA correlation method. Research results have yielded a positive correlation between the variables of system effectiveness and user satisfaction, indicating that the use of ERP is generally satisfactory to its users and that ERP systems prove beneficial in assisting organizations in their WfH regime, within the restrictions of a public health issue and beyond.

Abstract

Fires can occur anywhere, both in buildings and in residential areas. Fires often occur due to human negligence caused by many factors, such as large or small LPG cylinder leaks, the danger of disposing of cigarette butts, and electrical short circuits, causing fire and spreading to other parts. The problem that often arises so far is that the information received about the location of the fire is often wrong, so the fire department arrives late to the actual fire location, therefore a tool is needed to provide an early warning system for house fires. Based on the above problems, we propose a tool that can make calls automatically to provide accurate fire information such as address coordinates to firefighters and early warning of gas leaks to homeowners. This tool uses the ESP32 as a microcontroller, a fire sensor, and MQ2 as the main sensor, Thiger.IO monitors data sensors, telegram messages, email notifications, and phone calls using SIM 800L. The results of this tool can detect gas leaks when gas levels greater than 400 PPM, and a fire occurs with a maximum fire detection distance of 250 cm. Telegram notifications sent in real-time to homeowners, phone calls, and emails of fire address information to the firefighter worked great. The average response time for telephone calls is 6.59 seconds, and a success percentage of 100% obtained in making telephone calls with stable signal conditions.

Abstract

Narcotics, psychotropics, and addictive substances are drugs that can activate brain systems, affect dopamine levels, and cause addiction. In Indonesia, there is a law requiring drug addicts to receive treatment and care. To properly treat a drug addict, it is first necessary to determine the level of addiction. Data mining methods such as clustering can be used to assess a user's level of drug addiction. This study uses the clustering algorithms Fuzzy C-means, K-Medoids, and K-means. The performance of the three clustering algorithms will then be evaluated based on the average similarity of clusters. Data such as how many types of drugs that used, the length of time they were used, the psychiatric status, and the physical condition status, are used. Clustering was accomplished using the data mining software RStudio. The clustering algorithms were then evaluated with the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). The K-Medoids algorithm was found to have the best average similarity value of cluster for determining drug users' addiction levels based on the results of the analysis.

Abstract

This study analyzes the user experience of a Low Code-based Process Automation Platform to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in business processes. In this study, an analysis of user experience was carried out using a modified long version of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), consisting of six scales: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Based on the evaluation of the 26 items from the UEQ, the dependability and novelty scales scored the lowest compared to the other scales. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the aspects related to these two scales in order to enhance the platform's role in improving the holistic user experience of the platform.
