Abstract

his study aims to determine the level of students' vocabulary mastery, to identify their speaking skills, and to find out how significant the influence of vocabulary mastery is on their Indonesian speaking ability. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The research instrument utilized was a questionnaire. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential analysis, calculated using simple regression formulas and product-moment correlation. The results of the study show the following: First, the vocabulary mastery variable (X) had a minimum score of 43, a maximum score of 123, and an average score of 83.93, with a standard deviation of 23.081. Second, the Indonesian speaking skill variable (Y) had a minimum score of 7, a maximum score of 21, and an average score of 14.70, with a standard deviation of 4.103. The regression coefficient is positive, indicating that the direction of the influence of variable (X) on variable (Y) is positive and that the relationship between the two variables is very strong.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal quality of the Delay in the distribution of BOS fund programs for elementary education in Cimahi City is influenced by the existence of inaccurate data so that the distribution of these aid funds is considered suboptimal. This study uses the theory of service quality from Parasuraman (2002) which includes physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method approach was used, by describing the distribution of School Operational Assistance funds in Cimahi City. The location of this research is at the Cimahi City Education Office. The results of this study, there were still inaccurate data and invalid education unit account numbers, so the Cimahi City Education Office confirmed and verified the education unit to be able to ensure the accuracy of the data by means of interactive communication between the Cimahi City Education Office and the education unit. In addition, the distribution of School Operational Assistance funds in Cimahi City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to optimize the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model as an effort to improve the creativity of Electrical Engineering Education students at the State University of Jakarta in learning the Engineering Physics I subject. The Engineering Physics I subject is an important subject role in the initial conceptual understanding of Electrical Engineering students, especially in other Electrical Engineering subjects. Engineering Physics learning is very important as an initial foundation for students in the future. There are still students who do not understand the Engineering Physics material so that there needs to be a change in the learning model that can improve students understanding and creativity. Optimizing the PjBL learning model is one of the solution as an effort to overcome this problem. The results of the study show that the PjBL learning model is effective in improving students understanding and creativity in the Engineering Physics course at the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program at the State University of Jakarta.

Abstract

Indonesians’ literacy skills are left behind compared to other Asians countries. Literacy skills are essentials for social studies subject; hence, the teachers are compelled to prepare and improve their teaching quality to lead students increase their literacy skills. This study aims to examine the perception of pre-service social studies teachers regarding literacy and its impact to their teaching quality. This study uses a qualitative study approach, the data were collected from semi-structured interview of 6 pre-service social studies teachers chosen with purposive sampling. The results shown that pre-service teachers social studies perceive literacy play important role in enhancing teaching quality. The suggestion is pre-service teachers are educated by integrating technology-based literacy methods to enhance their critical reading skills and ultimately improve their future teaching quality.

Abstract

The research seeks to examine how critical reading practice are embedded whithin the eveyday life of the Kasepuhan Banten Kidul indigenous community. Employing a qualitative approach through an exploratory study design, the study investigates the meanings and critical thinking processes that emerge organically and contextually in the community's sociocultural setting. Date were obtained through participatory observation. in-depth interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate tahat the local traditions of Kasepuhan Banten Kidul not only serve to preserve cultural heritage but also function as a discursive space that cultivates critical reasoning, particularly in decision-making, the transmission of moral values, and the interpretation of daily events

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the modernization of post-al-Nahdah Arabic literary criticism. Especially in the aspect of the historicity of its development from time to time until after the al-Nahdah era. This research uses a historical approach and descriptive-qualitative methods. . The type of research is library research, through data collection by tracing reading sources such as relevant journals and books and analyzing these sources rigidly. The results of the study found that literature always experiences changes in terms of its knowledge, because literature is a cultural product that often interacts with the conditions of the surrounding world, especially the Western world. The changes that occur affect other studies that are closely related to literature, such as the study of Arabic literary criticism. Arabic literary criticism developed along with the emergence of the modernization movement in the al-Nahdah era. The writers and figures of Arabic literary criticism tried to develop the characteristics of Arabic literary criticism by adopting Western concepts so that the study of Arabic literary criticism could develop in line with the development of science. Therefore, several new methodologies and approaches emerged as a variety of richness of literary studies, especially Arabic literary criticism studies.

Abstract

The author found the psychological conditions in the two main characters, namely Atika in the monologue scrip Tolong and Marsinah in the monologue teks Marsinah Menggugat. This study uses the method of literary psychology by analyzing each main character built in the script. This study discusses : 1. How is Atikah's psychologi conditional in the monologue bantu? 2. How is Atikah's psychology condition in the monologue text Marsinah Menggugat? 3. What is the psychology relationship between Atikah in the monologue Tolong and Marsinah in the monologue Marsinah Menggugat? This study uses a literary pschlologi approach, namely : 1) Expressive approach examining the pscychological aspects of the authour in the creative proses project throught his creation 2) textual approach, namely examining the psychological aspects of characters in literary works. In this study it can be concluded. Likewise with the entitled" Marsinah Menggugat". Ratna Sarumpaet as the author takes the story from a true story from a true story, the author seems to want to document the struggle of workes in Indonesia during the New Order goverment in the form of a monologue performance. The drama script written by Nano N. Riantiarno and Ratna Surampet Contains socio cultural documentation about violence against women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa penelitian sebelumnya tentang seberapa efektif pembelajaran Al-Qur'an secara online bagi siswa. Tinjauan literatur yang dipakai dalam metode penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan deskriptif. Mesin pengindeks Garuda, Google Scholar, dan Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) adalah sumber data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Untuk pengumpulan data, artikel yang dipilih terdiri dari artikel nasional dan internasional dari lima tahun terakhir (2019–2024). Dari 619 artikel yang ditemukan, terdapat 12 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dilakukan tinjauan literatur lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Al-Qur’an secara online kurang efektif jika tanpa pengawasan penuh dari orang tua, kreatifitas dan dukungan dari guru, dan penyebaran teknologi serta internet yang merata di berbagai daerah. Namun sebaliknya hal tersebut jika digunakan oleh para pelajar dengan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi seperti mahasiswa, kenyataannya sangat efektif dalam menunjang pengetahuan dan pemahaman holistik mereka tentang dunia.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the health sector has had a significant impact on the way health workers work, requiring adequate mastery of digital competencies. Previous research shows that digital skills not only have an impact on work efficiency, but are also closely related to the emergence of so-called psychological stress technostress. In addition, work-life balance (WLB) has been identified as an important factor influencing employee satisfaction and performance, especially in a very dynamic work environment such as a hospital. This study aims to examine the relationship between digital competence, work-life balance, technology stress, and health employee performance through an approach literature review. The results of the study show that digital competence makes a positive contribution to performance if supported by appropriate management and training. Meanwhile, work-life balance has been proven to increase loyalty and productivity, while techno-stress is consistently negatively correlated with performance and psychological well-being. Organizational support through flexible work policies and mental health-oriented leadership are key strategies in managing the challenges of digitalization. These findings provide practical implications for human resource management in the health sector in creating an adaptive and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

The use of digital technology is starting to be of interest to educators for the continuity of learning with technological advances, teachers are expected to be able to master learning strategies through digital applications, digital technology is expected to be able to improve the learning process. The development of digital technology has changed the educational landscape significantly,One area that feels the impact is economic learning. one of the technological innovations to make it interesting and can help educators easily carry out assessment evaluations. The purpose of this study is to determine whether digital applications can help teachers to increase students' interest in learning. The method used is a qualitative research method with field studies, the results of the study state that digital applications can increase students' interest and motivation to learn so that learning can run as expected.
