Abstract

Currently PERUM LPPNPI Yogyakarta use paper-based logbooks in recording and managing maintenance data. There are 2 types of logbooks, logbook technicians and logbook equipment. The equipment-specific logbook is still divided into a number of equipment owned. Every day for the purposes of recording and processing maintenance data, at least a technician must fill out and process more than 10 logbook. This is very inefficient and tends to be wasteful, especially waste paper because each logbook is only valid for 1 month. This web-based and database E-Logbook was created using 4 collaborative applications Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Apache and MySql. This E-Logbook application has 2 main features, namely a technician logbook and an equipment logbook. In addition, in this e-logbook there is equipment data that displays all equipment along with their specifications and conditions. Then there are additional features that are useful for giving announcements and assigning tasks to individual technicians. The E-Logbook work system is supported by hosting with 30GB of storage memory and 1Mbps bandwidth. With these specifications and existing designs, the result of the E-Logbook can replace the conventional Logbook function. Not only replacing it, E-Logbook can increase efficiency because it is paperless, has high security, is easy to use because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime through any device such as Smartphones and PCs.

Abstract

Abstract In today's digital era, everyone can easily use Internet access to find information. Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya as an educational and training institution that has the main task of developing and training Surabaya Transportation Human Resources. An agency is encouraged to implement a web-based information system to make it easier to find data on the study program that is being run. The development of modern technology will increase the value of effectiveness and efficiency in an agency. Currently there is no web-based information system for the Aviation Communication Study Program at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya. To overcome the above, a web-based study program information system is needed that can facilitate online document data storage and provide access to study program information between the Academic Community and for the benefit of the general public. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method. With the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) instructional design research development model. Using the WordPress as a website creation platform and the Google Drive as a study program document database. So that the creation of a web-based Aviation Communication Study Program information system can make it easier for someone to get information about the Aviation Communication Study Program.

Abstract

One of the service activities at the airport is the luggage service carried by passengers. There are two kinds of luggage carried by air transport passengers, namely checked baggage, which is the passenger's luggage that is handed over by the passenger at check-in to the aircraft operator to be transported by the airplane that the passenger is also boarding, and unchecked baggage which is luggage carried by passengers into the aircraft cabin, cabin baggage is under the supervision and responsibility of individual passengers. The development of the IoT-based Checked Baggage Position Update Information System Application is intended as a facility for Aircraft passengers to carry out tracking activities of their luggage. It is hoped that with the Information System Application that updates the position of this IoT-based checked baggage, it can increase the satisfaction and comfort of aircraft passengers with checked baggage handling services.The data used in this information system is an example of baggage data inputted by the admin. The next stage in the design, the researcher uses a planning tool in the form of a flowchart using a Flowchart and Unified Modeling Language System (UML) and is developed using a Software Content Management System (CMS). The method used in this research is Research and Development (R & D).

Abstract

Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch is one of the airports that provides air navigation services in East Kalimantan. Aeronautical communication personnel are required to conduct a exam once a year so that the license remains active or valid. Based on the PM 1 of 2014 document concerning Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69) concerning License. Training and Skills of Aviation Navigation Personnel, aeronautical communication personnel are required to take a test to test the license. Therefore, a better and optimal web-based test is needed to be more effective for participants and checkers. The development of the online web-based test includes the addition of basic memory capacity (database), the use of the concept of responsive web design (RWD), changing the display of questions from one page one view to the next mode, increasing the capacity for essay answers from 6000 letters/characters to 60,000 letters/characters and the addition of pass/fail statements in the user profile section. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) research methodology. The result of this research is that further development of the web-based test has been carried out and also received a good response from each examinee and checker. It is hoped that in the future the Management at Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch can use the online web test consistently.

Abstract

In analyzing the damage to the connecting platform, you can plan the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method to determine the level of damage that has occurred and can be used as a reference in maintenance efforts. Pavement maintenance uses guidelines from the Director General of Civil Aviation Regulation Number: KP 94 of 2015 concerning Operational Technical Guidelines for Civil Aviation Safety Regulations. In analyzing the pavement damage on the link strip SP2 using the Pavement Condition Index method, after the results of the analysis are obtained, the type of repair will be determined according to the results of the analysis.

Abstract

The influence of consumer interest in after-sales service for online tickets on Low Cost Carrier (LCC) flights is a unique flight model with a strategy to reduce operating costs. Carry out cost efficiency on all fronts so that airlines can offer low cost flight services. This research will measure customer assessment of service quality and price variables on user satisfaction of low cost carrier services in Indonesia. Respondents of this study were 50 people who have used 3 low cost carrier airlines, namely Lion Air, AirAsia, and Sriwijaya Air, where the three airlines have around 72% market share. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Statistikal Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS). Based on the results of data processing, it is known that service quality is more influential than price on satisfaction. Both service quality and price have the same positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Due to the increasing demand of the flight services, many airlines are competing to improve the quality and image of their companies. For this reason,the airlines must know what service the passengers want, because the level of service provided by the airline will affect the level of passenger’s satisfaction to the service. By carrying out the Low Cost Carrier concept or low-cost airline, Lion Air conveyed its new policy, it was removing the Free Baggage Allowance service. The provisions of the luggage and baggage all domestic consist of the Lion Air flights which do not receive free baggage of 20 kg per passenger. Also, all domestic Wings Air flights are not get free of charge of 10 kg per passenger. That is, the checked baggage for passengers will be charged, from the previously free. With the application of the policy , the pros and cons appeared in the community especially the customer and prospective customers to Lion Air airline. The research method applied is quantitative descriptive with reference to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Resolution No. 302/2011 and PM 185 of 2015 about "THE STANDARDS OF ECONOMIC CLASS SERVICE QUALITY FOR THE SCHEDULED DOMESTIC AIR TRANSPORTATION PASSANGERS ". The method of data collection uses the method of observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The result of this research program is that the removal of free baggage allowance program has effected to the customer satisfaction as much as 32,3 % , in addition customer satisfaction is also influenced by the quality of the services provided by the Airlines as much as 67,7%

Abstract

Keselamatan adalah suatu hal yang utama dalam dunia penerbangan, keselamatan tidak hanya pada saat di udara saja, namun dari awal pemberangkatan yaitu pada bandar udara tempat keberangkatan pesawat yang diharuskan untuk aman dan steril dari bahaya apapun begitu juga hewan liar, dengan kondisi bandar udara yang berada pada Kawasan hutan UPBU Melalan Melak dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan mengalami 9 kejadian hewan liar seperti anjing, kucing, ular dan burung yang menerobos Kawasan sisi udara dan berpotensi mengancam keselamatan penerbangan, hal ini menandakan perlunya pengoptimalan kegiatan penanganan wildlife hazard di UPBU Melalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan acuan regulasi SKEP/42/III/2010 tentang “Petunjuk Dan Tata Cara Peraturan Keselamatan Penerbangan Sipil Bagian 139-03 Manajemen Bahaya Hewan Liar Di Bandar Udara Dan Sekitarnya”. Dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, studi kepurtakaan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada hasil penelitian di dapati penanganan wildlife hazard yang masih kurang optimal dengan adanya beberapa kejadian hewan menerobos masuk, dan juga beberapa factor seperti adanya pagar parimeter yang terbuka, rerumputan yang tumbuh terlalu tinggi dan juga terdapat banyak genangan air yang menarik hewan hewan liar, maka dari itu kegiatan penanganan wildlife hazard di UPBU Melalan dinilai masih kurang optimal dan diperlukan suatu pengoptimalan.

Abstract

Covid-19 yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini telah menciptakan kondisi penerbangan yang kurang baik. Dengan kondisi tersebut dapat menyebabkan penurunan jumlah traffic movement secara signifikan dan berlangsung berkepanjangan terutama di Bandar Udara Aekgodang yang bertempat di Padang, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Prosedur Traffic Information Broadcast by Aircraft (TIBA) Terhadap Efektifitas Pelayanan Lalu Lintas Penerbangan di Bandar udara Aekgodang. Adapun hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat efektifitas pelayanan informasi penerbangan setelah prosedur TIBA diimplementasikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh atau total yang merupakan teknik penentuan bila semua dari anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan dari penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh sampel kemudian datanya diolah menggunakan uji analisis regresi dan uji korelasi.

Abstract

Jenis Penelitian pada Tugas Akhir ini merupakan jenis penelitian diskriptif kualitatif menggunakan judul Tugas Akhir Dampak Jangkauan Pancaran VHF A/G Communication Terhadap Kinerja Flight Service Officer (FSO) pada Kantor Unit Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Baubau menggunakan tujuan yaitu (1) Untuk mengetahui imbas, menganalisi, menguji pancaran signal VHF A/G Communication STANGL terhadap pelayanan kemudian lintas penerbangan pada Bandar Betoambari Baubau, (2) Untuk mengetahui hambatan, menganalisis, menguji yg dihadapi terkait pancaran signal VHF A/G Communication STANGL terhadap pelayanan kemudian lintas penerbangan.Rumusan Masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu (1) Bagaimana imbas pengoptimalisasian jangkauan pancaran VHF A/G Communication STANGL terhadap kinerja Flight Service Officer (FSO) pada UPNP Baubau, (2) Bagaimana hambatan yg dihadapi terkait pancaran signal VHF A/G Communication STANGL terhadap pelayanan kemudian lintas penerbangan.Metode penelitian yg dipakai yaitu melalukan teknik pengumpulan data yg diambil menurut output observasi, wawancara, & dokumentasi menurut output observasi tersebut. Data yg sudah diolah lalu dianalisis secara naratif & kualitatif.Hasil penelitian yg sudah penulis lakukan, masih ada kurang optimalnya jangkauan pancaran VHF A/G Communication yg bisa mengakibatkan personel Flight Service Officer (FSO) mengalami kelelahan, maka penulis merasa perlu buat memberikan saran & pemecahan kasus yg setidaknya sanggup sebagai solusi yg bisa diterapkan sebagai akibatnya sanggup membuahkan perum LPPNPI Baubau sebagai lebih baik kedepannya.
