The safety factor is a major factor in the world of aviation. Not only that, in addition to flight safety, there are several other factors that support the development and growth in the aviation world. Among them are factors of speed and work efficiency. This is directly proportional to the increasing number of aircraft traffic every year so that efficiency in work is needed. Efficiency does seem trivial, but the impact caused if efficiency is not implemented is very vital. If efficiency in coordination is not realized, it can cause a Break of Coordination, so that it can cause complaints from other parties to Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch. The method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive research method that uses 2 variables; The effect of providing information data in the Flight Service Station unit (Variable X) and flight traffic services (Variable Y). Data collection techniques using; observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The result of this research is the creation of a special web application at the flight service station unit to support personnel efficiency when relaying an estimate to adjacent adjacent units and personnel are expected to always use the application during daily service. In addition, the author also recommends that the supervision socialize the use and operation of the web application to all Aeronautical Communication Officer (ACO) personnel at Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch.

Paper Flight Progress Strip is a small piece of paper where an Air Traffic Controller records important data obtained from the pilot during the flight. Important data recorded in FPS paper include: callsign, aircraft type, from / purpose, height of roaming and other important data. Along with the advancement of technology, electronic flight progress strip / e-strip appears appears to replace the Paper Strip position. Perum LPPNPI Kantor Cabang Kupang is one of the airports used as an e-strip application. The e-strip system is currently operated through a computer and accessed via Google Chrome this causes the e-strip system to still have to be reset within a certain period of time to avoid longer loading computer and internet networks. The absence of legality and regulation related to e-strips makes the e-strip can not be used formally so that the Loca (Letter of Operational Coordination Agreement) e-strip cannot also be made. The application of e-strip is found on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) recommendation in the Asia Pacific Seamless ATM Plan document V2.0 2016 Chapter 5 points 73, "Switching from paper to electronics connected to the FDPS system or directly inputting data to ASD supports changes this. The use of the Flight Progress Strip paper can increase transcript errors / data mismatches. " The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative The study concluded that there was a positive relationship between Electronic Flight Progress Strip (e-strip) in the performance of the water traffic controller coefficient of determination of 55%, meaning that the electronic flight progress strip optimization (e-strip) in the performance of the Air Traffic Controller Perum LPPNPI Kantor Cabang Kupang It is 55 %% and the remaining 45% are determined by other factors in this case not researched by the author.

Polytechnic Aviation of Surabaya is one of the educational institutions under the Human Resources Agency Development of Transportation. During the Covid pandemic that is currently hitting the world, educational institutions conduct online learning to prevent the spread of the covid virus, including what was done by the Polytechnic Aviation of Surabaya. In online learning, the material is presented online. Likewise, the teaching materials used are also softfiles. The above phenomenon is also supported by the progress of the 21st century world which is marked by the development of increasingly sophisticated communication information technology in various fields, including education. Where many activities are shifted to online in order to facilitate human work. The main problem of this research is the development web-based e-collecting module cadets of air traffic controller. The purpose of the research conducted by the author is as one of the requirements for obtaining the title of Associate Expert Degree (A.Md) in the Diploma III Air Traffic Control at the Polytechnic Aviation of Surabaya. Development web-based e-collecting module contains modules and other supporting documents for cadets air traffic study programs. Users can at any time download modules in the form of softfiles to be used in learning. This makes it easier for cadets to get modules and other document in online learning. Therefore, the authors take in general from the series of research that has been carried out, namely the development web-based e-collecting module as a place for cadets for air traffic study programs to get teaching materials and other documents that can be accessed anytime and anywhere for use in learning.

Currently, the provision of internet network services are still using UTP cables to connect to Wifi / Modems to routers in different areas of the room. If an internet connection is needed in a different room, you must add an UTP cable connected to the switch to get internet access. In development of research and network technology, the Power Line Communication (PLC) test can be use on the design of the use of electric cable media for internet data network transmission using Power Line Communication (PLC). This research will facilitate in accessing internet networks that do not use UTP cables to connect between computers or routers in different rooms. Power Line Communication (PLC) media are using low voltage power lines. Basically, Power Line Communication (PLC) can replace the role of UTP cables in transmitting internet data communications. In terms of network installation, it is much easier than using UTP cables.

DVOR is a navigation tool that is often used by an airport, because it is easy to maintain and easy to use. It is not only airports that use these navigation tools. The Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic has used DVOR and is used as a learning facility for cadets. DVOR that is used must have supervision from both the user and the serial computer, because there is no DVOR remote monitoring available, and only one monitoring is using a serial PC, the researcher wants to make a design that can be done remotely. The purpose of this design is to create a monitoring system for one of the navigation tools, namely the Doppler VHF Omnidirectional Range with the Intel NUC which can be accessed via a web server-based smartphone to make it easier for users to monitor the tool. Intel NUC is one of the tools that has a processor as a monitoring system. Remote monitoring of DVOR parameters and no need to enter the laboratory room, can be anywhere and anytime because DVOR monitoring can be done through the Android application.

Perum LPPNPI Denpasar Branch is one of the operators of Indonesian aviation navigation under the auspices of the State-Owned Enterprises. Perum LPPNPI Denpasar Branch which is located at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Denpasar is located in the province of Bali. Debriefing form services in Denpasar still use paper manuals. The author designed this web so that reporting at Denpasar airport is more effective and can be developed further in the future. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) research method. The data collection technique that the author took was based on observations for 5 months during On The Job Training at Perum LPPNPI Denpasar Branch and interviews with an ATS Reporting Office personnel. This web application contains various features in it such as the same reporting form as a paper manual, showing per reporting date, can be recapitulated in pdf form. And according to the author, it is very easy for ACO personnel and concerned to serve the Debriefing Form Reporting. The result of the research is the creation of a web-based Debriefing form with features that are quite complete and facilitate performance for ACO personnel and the parties concerned. It is hoped that in the future the Management at Perum LPPNPI Denpasar Branch can implement web-based debriefing reporting forms.

Based on Annex 11 Chapter 2 Air Traffic Service it is explained that the ARO Unit is the responsibility of Air Traffic Service (ATS) personnel, which includes Aeronautical Communication Officer (ACO) personnel and Air Traffic Controller (ATC) personnel. In carrying out their profession, ACO personnel are expected to have good work quality in carrying out work in accordance with the procedures listed in the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and Letter Coordination Agreement (LOCA). However, the AFS Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Chapter 6 Contingency Plan point 6.2 which contains Emergency Messages has not been equipped with Emergency Messages procedures. The formulation of the problem in this final project is how to review the procedure for emergency messages in the SOP AFS unit ATS Reporting Office (ARO) Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch, with the aim of reviewing the procedure for emergency messages in the SOP AFS unit ATS Reporting Office (ARO) Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch. This final project uses a descriptive qualitative research design that uses 2 variables, among others; Giving information (variable Y) and Emergency message Procedure (variable X). Data collection techniques use; observation, interviews, and library studies. Interview were conducted with 6 speakers is Aeronautical Communication personel. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the emergency message procedure in the AFS SOP is very much needed in sending emergency news to support flight services, and does not cause errors in sending news. The solution to the problem given is to add an emergency message procedure to the AFS SOP.

The daily inward/outward traffic record form has an important role in unit ATS-RO (Air Traffic Service Reporthing Office). The daily inward/ouward traffic record form serves as a reference for airlines that have six months (summer/winter) at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Airport. The problem that is reviewed in writing this final project is about the inefficient form of daily inward/outward traffic record, which are still being carried out manually on paper, so it has an impact on difficulties in monitoring aircraft that have departure/arrival at Perum LPPNPI Cabang Balikpapan. The research method in used in this research the final project use is descriptive research design,namely data collertion techniques using, observations, interviews, case studieand literature studies. The daily inward/outward traffic record form is used in services at the unit ATS-RO (Air Traffic Service Reporthing Office) at Perum LPPNPI Cabang Balikpapan. With the daily inward/outward traffic record form not yet maximized, so that suggeestions can be taken, an effective and efficient daily inward/outward traffic record data application must be made to minimize data errors when carrying out on duty in the (Air Traffic Service Reporthing Office).

Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch is one of the airports that provides air navigation services in West Kalimantan. Aeronautical communication personnel are required to conduct a rating test once a year so that the license remains active or valid. Based on the PM 1 of 2014 document concerning Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69) concerning License, Rating, Training and Skills of Aviation Navigation Personnel, aeronautical communication personnel are required to take a rating test to test the license. Therefore, a web-based rating test is needed to be more effective for participants and checkers. The application of the website-based theory rating test in the application includes registration for rating exams, online file submission, material refreshing, working on multiple-choice and true or false questions which include pictures and videos, automatic correction for multiple choice. This study uses a waterfall research methodology. The result of the research is that the web-based rating test has been implemented and received a positive response from each examinee. It is hoped that in the future the Management at Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch can consistently apply the website-based theory rating test.

Budiarto airport is a training airport that located at tangerang curug. Provide service three aviation school, budiarto airport give service for about 200 in a day. Budiarto airport serve 5 type of training flight include circuit training, instrument training, area training, night flight training, and cross country training. Beside provide service for training flight budiarto airport also provide service for Balai Kalibrasi Fasilitas Penerbangan. As an airport that gives service for 3 aviation school traffic accumulation become normal situation in Budiarto airport. Lack of coordination between 3 aviation school and the Regulation of training flight request become the main factor of traffic accumulation. Sometimes there are 2 instrument training request in one session, as a result one of them must wait other plane to finish the training, because the capacity for instrument training just available for 1 aircraft. Massive development a technology create innovations that help human in daily live. In aviation using technology in need reduce workload for personnel. But some application is difficult to operate. This case make the writer to design some application that can be operate easily and overcome some traffic issues at Budiarto. Hopefully the design of this application can be realize and can be use for all training airport in Indonesia. This application designed base on writers experience in On The Job Training in Budiarto airport.
