Abstract

The research is directed to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of auditor type and financial performance on WTP audit opinion. Auditor Type is peroxide as Local and No Local Auditor Type. In measuring financial performance, EVA is used. The audit opinion of WTP and non-WTP is a form that represents the opinion of the auditor in this study. Purposive sampling is the method used in determining the sample, with a total of 138 companies. Logistic regression was used in analyzing the data through SPSS 23.0. The conclusion of the study is that the audit opinion of WTP has a significant influence on the type of auditor and the company's financial performance.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of loan sharks which is often found in society today, then the NTB government provided a solution to reduce people's dependence on loan shark services by channeling financing using qardh contracts using the concept of mosque-based empowerment. This research aims to find out the impact of Mawar Emas financing with the mosque empowerment concept provided by the government to the community to minimize their dependence on moneylenders. In using the writing method, the researcher used a qualitative and descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data processing is carried out by selecting and sorting data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, presenting all the selected data and then analyzing it and producing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it shows that the Mawar Emas financing program to minimize community dependency on loan shark services at the Nurul Ikhsan Lengaluh Mosque has not been completely able to free customers from loan shark services, however the community feels empowered by the business assistance provided by the Mawar financing program. Abstract

Bullying is an act of behavior accompanied by violence with intentional or unintentional actions by a group of people or individually, in which the violence is carried out physically or verbally. This research aims to determine students' bullying behavior using analysis of the Big Five personality types. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was obtained using interview and observation techniques. The analysis in this research uses data reduction, data presentation and obtaining conclusions. The results of this study show that there are 3 types of bullying behavior that occur in elementary schools, namely physical bullying by hitting, verbal bullying by mocking and making fun of, calling friends by their parents' names, calling friends by funny names, saying rude things and insulting members. body. One of the causes of bullying behavior is personality type. Individuals with low agreeableness and conscientiousness personalities are said to have high levels of bullying behavior, while individuals with high levels of neuroticism or emotional stability are considered to have a tendency towards bullying behavior.

Abstract

Career development and employee work performance is not just a coincidence, but many factors influence it, namely the work environment, job rotation and demographic characteristics. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment, work rotation, demographic characteristics on career development and work performance of Bima City Health Service Employees. This research uses associative research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 42 people. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with the SPSS program. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment, work rotation, and demographic characteristics have a significant influence on the career development and work performance of Bima City Health Service Employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of concrete objectzteaching aids on students' motivation and critical thinkingzin mathematics. This quantitative study used aznonequivalent controlzgroupzdesign. Thezpopulation iszfourth grade studentszofzUPTD SDzNegerizParseh 3 Bangkalan, with a sample of 40 students in class IV-A and IV-B. The non-test instrument used was in the form of a questionnairezand a test in the form ofzpretest and posttest questions. While the analysis tests are validity tests by material experts, expert reliabilityztests, normality tests, homogeneityztests and IndependentSample T-tests. The results of the test of differences in motivation to learn mathematics on puzzle props and snakes and ladders teaching aids for grade 4 at UPTD SD Negeri Parseh 3 can be seen in table 1. whichzobtained a significancezvalue of 0.043 < 0.05zso thatzthe datazcan be assumed tozhave different variances. There are differences in mathematical critical thinking in puzzle props and snake ladderzprops for grade 4 at UPTD SD Negeri Parseh 3 can be seen in table 2. which obtainedza significancezvalue ofz0.000 < 0.05zso thatzthe data can bezassumed to have different variances.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the readiness of Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka at the Junior High School through a library research approach. Kurikulum Merdeka is the latest innovation in the Indonesian education system which focuses on flexible, innovative and student-centered learning. This research collected data from various secondary sources, including books, journal articles, research reports, and official documents related to the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and the readiness of PAI teachers. The results of the analysis show that PAI teachers’ readiness in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka includes aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Then, in implementing differentiated learning in the Independent Curriculum, there are six main steps which will be explained in this article. The challenges in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka in PAI learning can be from internal and external factors such as school principals, PAI teachers and other education staff, facilities and infrastructure as well as the lack of optimal synergy and cooperation between related parties. This research provides recommendations for the development of more effective training programs and educational policies that support the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the extent to which the implementation of the standard policy of passenger services for sea transportation at the Manado Port Terminal has been carried out as well as to find out the obstacles in implementing the Standard Policy for Sea Transportation Passenger Services The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method and seeks the necessary data by means of observation, interviews and document studies at the Manado Port terminal. The results of the study found the fulfillment of indicators according to the standard of sea transportation passenger services at the terminal, which are still not available or not able to be operated. Port operators experience obstacles in fulfilling and operating supporting facilities due to budget constraints and determining the priority scale in fulfilling these facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, results, and obstacles in the clinical supervision of principals at SMP Negeri 7 Simpang Hilir. This study uses a qualitative method which was carried out in March-May 2022. The subjects of this study were (1) Deputy principals, and (2) Teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Simpang Hilir. Data acquisition by means of; observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The planning and implementation of principal supervision at SMP Negeri 7 Simpang Hilir has been carried out effectively. (2) the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Simpang Hilir has increased significantly. (3) the supervision carried out by the principal has a positive influence on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Simpang Hilir. This research is also to determine whether there are deviations in the implementation of learning accompanied by improvement efforts and supervision is carried out on an ongoing basis so as to ensure that learning activities are carried out in real terms and are planned activities.

Abstract

Leseng Village is one of the villages with the third highest level of participation in the Moyo Hulu sub-district, with a total vote reaching 89.65%. In addition, the level of education in Leseng village is also a village with quite advanced education. Education and political participation are two related things. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of education level on people's political participation in the 2020 Sumbawa regional elections and to find out other factors that influence people's political participation in Leseng Village in the 2020 Sumbawa regional elections. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). From the research that has been done, there is a significant influence of education on political participation. Then there are several other factors that influence the political participation of the Leseng village community, namely: self-factors, environmental/family factors, stimulation/lure factors, social sensitivity factors, and approach factors taken by pason/timses with the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana transfaransi pengelolaan DAU Tambahan di Kelurahan Kelayu Selatan Kecamatan Selong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara dan teori yang digunakan dalam melihat ketransfaranan pengelolaan DAU Tambahan adalah teori Kristianten (2006) yang berfokus pada empat indikator yakni ketersediaaan danaksesibilitas dokumen, kejelasan dan kelengkapan informasi, keterbukaan proses, dankerangka regulasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Miles and Huberman (2014).  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, deketahui bahwa pada idikator ketersediaan dan aksesibilitas, Kelurahan Kelayu sudah transfaran dibuktikan dengan adanya dokumen berupa RAB. Kedua, Indikator kejelasan dan kelengkapan informasi bahwa anggaran dana kelurahan sudah cukup baik karena pihak pemerintah kelurahan memberikan penjelasan mengenai transparansi DAU tambahan  yang terpapang pada setiap jalan per dusun. Ketiga, indikator keterbukaan proses, sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dibuktikan dengan pemerintah kelurahan melibatkan semua organisasi yang ada ditingkat kelurahan seperti  pemangku kelurahan. Indikator keempat, kerangka sudah jelas dengan menggunakan petunjuk pelaksanaan (juklak) dan petunjuk teknis (juknis).
