Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of teachers as facilitators in increasing children's creativity in fine arts subjects. Creativity is an important aspect in children's development that can be developed through learning fine arts. This research was carried out at SDN 1 Senaru, Batuqok Hamlet, Senaru Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency. The object of the research is an analysis of the role of teachers as facilitators in increasing children's creativity in fine arts subjects in grade 5 elementary school. In this research, qualitative methods were used with a case study approach in several elementary schools. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that teachers who act as facilitators are able to create a learning environment that supports children's exploration and self-expression. Teachers give children the freedom to experiment with various art media and techniques, and encourage children to think critically and innovatively. In conclusion, the role of the teacher as a facilitator is very important in the fine arts learning process to develop children's creativity. Recommendations are provided for teacher training in implementing effective facilitation strategies.

Abstract

The event of a disastrous oil spill from British Petroleum's offshore drilling installation on the 20th of April 2010 was caused by a leaking underwater pipeline, which polluted the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Subsequently, there was the Carbon Emission Case in the Netherlands, which required Shell to reduce their carbon emissions by 45% by 2030 from the carbon emissions generated in 2019. Both events were deeply concerning and directly effected the citizens of the respective countries. In the first case, the spill of approximately 5,000 barrels or 210,000 gallons (795,000 liters) of crude oil spread extensively due to ocean currents where the contaminated area ended up covering 9,933 square kilometers of ocean (77 x 129km). This oil spill, which was a result of British Petroleum's negligence, lead to legal action taken against the company for violations of international environmental laws, due to environmental pollution. In the second case, Shell, was deemed to have contributed significantly to climate change in the Netherlands. The company was responsible for twice the amount of greenhouse gas emissions than the Netherlands. The research method employed in this journal uses a normative juridical research approach, focusing on legal norms within the decisions for Case MDL No. 2179 and the Verdict issued by the Haugue District Court. In this journal, the author concludes that both British Petroleum and Shell have been proven to commit unlawful acts against the international environment laws through environmental pollution.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kedudukan PTN badan hukum yang dapat bertindak dalam dimensi hukum publik dan hukum privat berdasarkan wewenang peraturan perundang-undangan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Apakah PTN badan hukum dapat menjadi subjek hukum yang dapat dipailitkan ? Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara teori PTN badan hukum dapat dipailitkan karena dapat memiliki utang, namun secara praktik PTN badan hukum tidak dapat dipailitkan, karena kedudukannya sebagai badan hukum publik yang menjalankan fungsi pendidikan tinggi dan bertentangan dengan Pasal 50 UU Perbendaharaan Negara yang melarang penyitaan kekayaan negara. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah PTN badan hukum tidak dapat dipailitkan karena dari perbuatan hukum publik, PTN badan hukum hanya menjalankan fungsi pendidikan tinggi, sedangkan dari perbuatan hukum perdata yang dapat dipailitkan adalah badan usahanya saja.

Abstract

Covid-19 condition is known to have had a major impact on the financial performance of issuers. The food and beverage industry is one of the mainstay manufacturing sectors in making a major contribution to national economic growth. The data used in this study was pre-covid data, year 2018 until 2021 during covid. The method used in this study is the Debt Service Coverage Ratio Pranowo et al. (2010). The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and panel data regression. The results of this research were that 26 company experienced a decrease in distress, 26 company experienced an company in Profitability, 26 company experienced an increase in Liquidity, 26 company experienced an increase in Efficiency, 26 company experienced a decrease in Leverage, 26 company experienced a decrease in Solvency. Factors that show a significant influence on financial distress in the period before Covid-19 are Efficiency, Liquidity. The factor of increasing efficiency also influences the reduction in the occurrence of financial distress. The factor of increasing liabilities also influences the increase in the occurrence of financial distress. Factors that show a significant influence on financial distress during Covid-19 are Solvability and Efficiency. This shows that during Covid-19, the increase in the value of debt will influence the tendency to increase the occurrence of financial distress. The decline in the value of income during Covid-19 also influenced the increase in financial distress. Advice to investors to be more selective in choosing food and beverage issuers as a place to invest during Covid-19. One important consideration is that investors focus more on factors that have a significant influence on Liquidity, Efficiency, Solvency.

Abstract

Researchers want to understand the effect of investment on employment in Gresik Regency; and also the effect of the minimum wage on employment in Gresik Regency; and how the influence of investment and minimum wage together on employment in Gresik Regency. The research method used is quantitative. As well as for the population it is the entire development of investment, minimum wage and labor force in Gresik Regency in 2018-2022. And for the sample, the researcher used the total sampling technique. As for the data obtained by documentation techniques and literature study. After that, multiple regression analysis can be carried out using this analysis, the researcher gets the same results for the X1 investment variable, which has an influence on the Y variable on labor absorption, and for the X2 variable, and the minimum wage X2 also has an influence on the Y variable on labor absorption

Abstract

Kepailitan di Indonesia diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang. Dalam hal ini Korporasi merupakan istilah perusahaan di Indonesia terdapat didalam pasal 1 angka 11 tentang orang yaitu. Akan tetapi Penjelasan mengenai korporasi tersebut tidaklah rinci mengatur tentang pengertian maupun pengaturan mengenai kepailitan korporasi. Sehingga perlu adanya pengaturan khusus mengenai kepailitan korporasi di indonesia. Penelitian pada jurnal ini akan menganalisa subjek hukum korporasi dalam sengketa kepailitan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the management of the preparation of the Regional Government Implementation Report in Waropen Regency, Papua Province in 2022. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. Local governments have special rights and authorities to regulate and manage their own government affairs in the regions through the principles of regional autonomy and assistance tasks given by the central government. Local governments need to report on governance based on the Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD). The results of the study stated that the lack of communication and coordination between the leaders of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) and the Regional Secretariat caused a lack of synchronization in the context of collecting data and information on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) between performance and reality in the field of public services. The low accountability of human resources that led to the results of PAD in 2022 which contributed 0.46% of the total realization of regional revenue.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, para tenaga kesehatan yang membantu melakukan aborsi atas permintaan ibu/orang tua selalu didakwa dan dijatuhi hukuman berdasarkan KUHP, padahal tenaga kesehatan sifatnya adalah lex spesialis yang mana memiliki peraturannya sendiri. Kenyataanya, setiap orang termasuk tenaga Kesehatan yang membantu melakukan aborsi selalu dibawa ke jalur hukum untuk langsung diamankan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum tenaga kesehatan terhadap dugaan tindakan aborsi yang telah dilakukan: pendekatan realisme hukum.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif, Penelitian ini secara yuridis akan dikaji aspek normatif tentang perlindungan hukum pasien berdasarkan asas kepastian hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang menitikberatkan pada konseptual approach, dan statute approach. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gerakan realisme hukum ini memberikan kesempatan kepada tenaga kesehatan sebagai terduga pelaku tindakan aborsi untuk tidak dilakukan penahanan sebelum terbukti bersalah. Sebab, belum tentu yang dilakukan karena persekongkolan dengan ibu/orang tua. Ada kewenangan dari organisasi profesi tenaga Kesehatan untuk meninjau kebenaran dari kasus ini. Polisi tidak boleh langsung menahan tenaga kesehatan karena hal itu akan mengganggu jalannya pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan dan mencederai konsep realisme hukum. Upaya untuk tidak menahan tenaga kesehatan merupakan solusi perlindungan hukum tenaga kesehatan atas kasus dugaan tindakan aborsi agar tidak mencederai pelayanan kesehatan yang akan dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze and describe how the implementation of the business permit policy for the transportation of Industrial Solar Non-Subsidized Fuel Oil by business entities related to downstream oil and gas business activities in Bitung City. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation studies and observation. The results showed that the management of the Transporters Business License still experienced obstacles. The Bitung City Environmental Service Office does not have the authority to issue recommendations needed in the process of obtaining a Transport Business License because the authority only exists at the Ministry of Environment and is not delegated to the District / City Environmental Service Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between financial literacy and students' mathematical abilities. Financial literacy is divided into 5 categories, namely general knowledge, financial management, credit management, savings and investment, and risk management. The category of understanding general knowledge about finance obtained results of 82%, financial management ability by 78%, credit management by 21%, savings and investment by 67%, and risk management by 42%. Of the five categories of financial literacy, only one category is classified as high understanding (>79%) namely general knowledge about finance. With an average understanding of 58% and classified as low to enough. Then from the 27 statement items, the test was carried out again through 20 statement items. After conducting a survey on the level of financial literacy, then a survey related to the mathematical ability of the respondents was carried out. The distribution of the questions consists of 20 questions which are divided into 11 types of questions. From this math test, the overall score was relatively low. As many as 42% can answer correctly above the average (>70). So that from the two test instruments, the results obtained a significant and positive correlation between financial literacy and mathematical ability.
