Abstract

Infrastructure development in Bekasi Regency is important because people's lives cannot be separated from the need for adequate infrastructure. Infrastructure is a physical facility and its services that are provided to support the work of the socio- economic system so that it becomes more functional for businesses to meet the needs of various problems. Infrastructure development in Kertamukti Village, Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency is important to increase the independence and economy of the villagers. Building village infrastructure is not just building roads and gates. The main reason for the procurement of village infrastructure is the lack of main facilities and infrastructure in the village. These limitations make it difficult for villages to develop. Villages are usually dominated by agrarian areas where some of the residents work as farmers. Often infrastructure development encounters obstacles, especially the limited public access to development policy making by the Government. The purpose of this study was to determine the Village Government's Strategy in Increasing Infrastructure Development in Kertamukti Village, Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency by using Salusu theory.

The development of all-digital information and communication technology makes demands for public services in the implementation of government administration management. It is expected to be able to meet the needs of the community in the process of implementing public services so that innovation is needed in providing services. This study explains how the implementation of an innovative case file information service is quick, easy and can improve the effectiveness of employee performance. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach which aims to present an overview of the Implementation of the Case Investigation Information System Service Application Innovation (SIPP) at the Probolinggo Religious Court. And data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews with sources and documentation with several related parties. Based on the results of this study, that the implementation of the case tracking information system (SIPP) service application has been running efficiently in case file administration activities that can be easily accessed by internal and external parties through the website, it's just that not a few external parties from the community do not fully understand in the implementation to obtain information related to the case so that there is a need for organizational participation in providing understanding in the implementation of information services through the SIPP application. In this process, it is necessary to hold socialization or assistance in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in providing services through the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) application which can be accessed through the website page without coming directly to the Probolinggo Religious Court office.

Abstract

Every patient comes to visit a health care facility for health service needs so that medical record files must always be available, but medical record files often experience delays in returning them. Delays in the retrieval of inpatient medical record files were caused by duplicate medical record files, incorrectly stored, and not completed by the inpatient doctor. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence the delay in the retrieval of inpatient medical record files at the NTB Provincial Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all medical record officers at the NTB Provincial Hospital, totaling 45 people with a total sample of 6 retrieval officers. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data collection was carried out by observing or observing all medical record file retrieval officers using a check list. Data processing is done by editing, coding, data entry, and cleaning. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the study based on the medical record file officers were categorized as good 0 (0%), and as many as 3 people (50%) categorized as sufficient, while the medical record file officers were categorized as lacking as many as 3 people (50%). The results of the study based on medical record files were categorized as good with a total of 0 (0%), and categorized as sufficient with a yes answer of 10 items (71.4%), while medical record files were categorized as lacking with 4 items (28.6%). It is necessary to increase medical record officers, especially officers in filing, so that their accuracy is increased in separating medical record numbers before storing them so that medical record files are not misplaced so that services at the hospital run smoothly.

Abstract

PT Wahyu Abadi is a company operating in the manufacturing industry specializing in printing and packaging. The company seeks to push the printing and packaging industry to new levels of innovation. This company provides business solutions in the fields of printing, packaging, digital and supply chain. PT Wahyu Abadi was chosen as the research location, which is located on Jl. Angsana Raya Blok L1 No 17, Delta Silicon 1 Industrial Area, Lippo Cikarang Bekasi, Indonesia. The analysis carried out using SPSS 21.0 found that the value of the influence of Internal Communication (X) on Employee Performance (Y) can be narrated using the regression formula Y= a+bX, so the regression value resulting from the calculation above is Y = 55.517 + 0.151X. The constant value (a) is = 55.517 while the coefficient value (b) = 0.151. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no internal communication, the employee's performance will be worth 55,517 units. However, if there is an increase of one unit/unit of the internal communication variable, it will be affected by an increase in employee performance by 0.515. Thus the t table: if the error level α = 5% (0.05%) and the two-sided test df = n – 2 (33 – 2 = 31), then the t table value is 2.040 and based on the calculation above the t count is obtained equal to 0.742 < t table 2.040, then it can be concluded that H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected because the calculated t is smaller than the t table. Thus it can be concluded that internal communication variables do not influence employee performance variables at PT Wahyu Abadi

Abstract

This research examines the influence of lecturer performance evaluation on the quality of learning at STKIP Harapan Bima using quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data was collected through questionnaires from 200 students and in-depth interviews with lecturers and students. The research results show that 75% of students are satisfied with lecturers' performance, with an average satisfaction score of 4.2 out of 5. The quality of learning has increased, shown by 60% of students getting an A or B grade and 70% of students feeling an increase in the quality of learning after routine lecturer performance evaluations are carried out. Statistical analysis with Pearson correlation shows a significant positive correlation between lecturer performance evaluation and learning quality (r = 0.65, p < 0.01), with lecturer performance evaluation explaining 42% of the variability in learning quality (R² = 0.42). The most influential factor is the availability of lecturers for consultation. Perceptions of lecturers and students show that objective and constructive performance evaluations can increase lecturer motivation and, ultimately, the quality of learning. Research recommendations include implementing comprehensive and routine performance evaluations, using evaluation results for lecturer professional development, and further studies on specific factors and more extensive evaluation methods.

The data obtained was analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the road infrastructure development program in East Lombok Regency by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service has not gone well. Communication is still lacking, as can be seen from the lack of response to community proposals, resources, especially in terms of budget and human resources, are still an obstacle, even though the disposition of the Department is considered good.
