Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine and analyze the policy implementation of BuildingPermit at Office of One Stop Services and Investment of Bekasi City. Type of this research isqualitative by taking community and officers/staff office of One Stop Services and Investment ofBekasi City  as informants which were determined purposively. Data collection methods includeparticipant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation, while data analysistechniques include data reduction, display the data and draw conclusions and verification. The result shows that policy implementation of Building Permit in the Bekasi City is already running, but it is not maximized due to the content of the policy such as low knowledge and understanding as well as the public awareness in acquiring of Building Permit. Involved resources have limitedness, both in terms of quality and quantity, while the context implementation (implementation environment) is not maximized due to the low level of compliance with policy targets because of slow and complex service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the social construction of healthy eating among healthcworkers at RS Dr. Oen Surakarta. Using a qualitative approach, the study explores the perceptions and practices related to healthy food among health workers at RS Dr. Oen Surakarta. The findings of the study indicate that the social construction of healthy eating among health workers at RS Dr. Oen Surakarta is influenced by factors such as organizational culture, work environment, and individual knowledge. The analysis reveals that practical needs, time constraints, and individual preferences have an impact on the choices and social construction of healthy food among health workers at RS Dr. Oen Surakarta. This study provides valuable insights into the social construction of healthy eating among health workers at RS Dr. Oen Surakarta and can serve as a basis for developing more effective health promotion programs in the workplace.

Abstract

According to the language, the word iddah comes from the word’ ada (number, ihshaak, and calculation), a woman who counts and sums the days and periods of menstruation of the holy period. The purpose of this study to determine how the position of Islamic law in the fulfillment of women's rights during iddah, what are the problems in the fulfillment of women's rights during iddah, and how solutions to overcome problems in the fulfillment of women's rights during iddah. The method of writing this article uses literature research, which is a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research.  The results showed that violations of the iddah period are often committed by women who file for divorce, generally the cause of divorce is motivated by several factors, namely, low public education, economic conditions, quarrels, infidelity and domestic violence.

Abstract

Dalam perspektif hukum sebagai sarana pembaharuan masyarakat, hukum pidana anak  merupakan bidang hukum yang sangat penting. Hukum pidana memiliki perhatian dalam perlindungan anak. Di tingkat internasional, terdapat beberapa dokumen yang mengatur tentang perlindungan anak dalam peradilan pidana. Dokumen internasional tersebut adalah Universal Declaration of Human Rights); International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Kemudian yang lebih spesifik adalah The Convention on the Rights of the Child , Convention Against Torture And Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, The Beijing Rules (Res.No.40/33 Tahun1985). The Riyadh Guidelines (A/Res/45/112Tahun 1990). Semua instrumen internasional tersebut di atas, dimaksudkan untuk memberikan jaminan perlindungan hak-hak anak secara lebih kuat ketika mereka berhadapan dengan hukum dan harus menjalani proses peradilan pidana

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. To determine the development of the Family Planning (KB) Program in West Sumbawa Regency. 2. To analyze the effect of using the Family Information System application on the quality of Family Planning (KB) extension services in West Sumbawa Regency. This research uses a mix of methods, namely quantitative methodology using infere statistical analysis and qualitative methods using descriptive methods, where this research was conducted to fully or clearly describe the Family Information System Application Innovation for Family Planning Counselors in West Sumbawa Regency. There are generally two types of data, namely quantitative data and qualitative data which will be explained below. The author uses quantitative and qualitative data in carrying out this analysis. Data sources are all forms of information in the form of data. The population in this study were Family Field Officers (PLKB) or Extension Officers spread across 8 (eight) Districts of West Sumbawa Regency. In this study, the sample was 1 (one) person who was responsible as a Family Information System (SIGA) officer at the Family Planning Extension Office (PKB) in 8 (eight) sub-districts. Data collection procedures in research are documentation, questionnaires, interviews and observation. The research results show that the problem of delays in the distribution of monthly reports is a top priority to be resolved. In order for the distribution of this monthly report to run smoothly, the following steps need to be taken: education for data collection officers in villages and sub-districts about the importance of monthly reports being sent on time to districts so that PKB and District Data Managers can report to BKKBN on time, there needs to be supervision the process of sending monthly reports starts from the village, sub-district and district levels so that if problems occur they can be handled immediately, and increasing the number of data collection officers and data managers so that the data collection process can be carried out quickly so that monthly reports can be sent on time. Conclusion on the criteria for data management using the optimal SIGA application. The flow of data and reports from villages, sub-districts, districts and the center or vice versa can run on time and there are no data errors. Data processing officers understand how to use the SIGA application. Suggestions include: In order for the distribution of monthly reports to run optimally, support from data processing officers, internet networks and SIGA servers is needed, SIGA application data is valid, data checking, maintenance and backup processes are needed, efforts can be made to optimize data management using applications SIGA. Addition of data collectors and data managers who have an IT educational background. Periodic SIGA application training for data processing officers, the integration process of three subsystems, namely contraceptive services, field control and family data collection and SIGA application development must be completed immediately and increase the capacity and speed of the SIGA Server and increase internet connection bandwidth

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reaction of the capital market, which is indicated by differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity in companies indexed IDX30, due to the announcement of the cancellation of Indonesia as host for the 2023 U-20 World Cup. This research uses the event study method with an approach quantitative. Through the one sample t-test, it is known that the significance value of the average abnormal return before and after the event is 0.126, while the value of the average trading volume activity before and after the event is 0.723 which is greater than 0.05. So the results of this study explain that, the event of Indonesia's cancellation as the host of the U20 world cup in 2023, did not have an impact on the capital market, this was because there were no changes in the average abnormal return and average trading volume activity, in IDX30 indexed companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at PT. Sahih Arta Logistics. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used amounting to 35 employees at PT. Sahih Arta Logistics, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between the work environment on work productivity which has a very strong positive effect and has an influence contribution of 87.8% on work productivity variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.
