Abstract

Perkembangannya aplikasi Tik Tok berkembang menjadi wadah kreativitas mulai adanya fitur terbaru yaitu live streaming. Saat ini banyak konten creator tiktok yang menggunakan fitur live streamingnya untuk menarik minat beli konsumen. Salah satu conten creator tiktok yang menggunakan trash talk pada saat live streaming jualan di tiktok adalah Meyden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh trash talk pada live streaming tiktokers meyden terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik  pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Adapun kriteria yang peneliti tetapkan adalah followers Tiktokers Meyden dan melihat Live Streaming Tiktokers Meyden minimal 3 kali menonton. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang Followers Tiktokers Meyden Pada tahun 2023. Waktu penelitian tanggal 15 Mei - 12 Juni 2023. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh Trash Talk pada Live Streaming Tiktokers Meyden terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan t tabel yaitu dengan perbandingan 12,222 > 1,659. Dengan nilai tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Trash Talk Pada Live Streaming Tiktokers Meyden berdampak pada Minat Beli Konsumen, dimana dalam kegiatan ini Meyden menjadikan Tiktoknya sebagai sarana dalam melakukan komunikasi pemasaran berupa live streamingnya yang menggunakan trash talk hal ini dilakukan agar mampu menumbuhkan kepercayaan kepada followernya atau konsumennya.

Abstract

Books copyrights supported by technological developments have shifted to digital product. Digital products are products with a non-physical form or usually in electronic form which are usually traded online via internet media. Creative product that have become digital products today are books in the form of e-books. The practice of storing, distributing and utilizing digital product on the internet has become so easy and conducted without paying attention to the copyright protection of the creators. The purpose of research in this journal was to analyze copyright protection against e-book piracy in terms of the Copyright Law and described legal remedies that can be taken for violations of e-book piracy. The type of research used by the author was a type of normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The legal materials used consist of primary legal materials, namely laws and regulations, judge's decisions, treatises on making laws and secondary legal materials obtained from relevant books, journals, literature, documents and archives through literature research. The results of this study stated that a form of copyright law protection is given because not everyone can create a work that is worthy or that can be enjoyed by humans to the fullest, only certain people can employ their brain's thinking power to then put it into a work so as to produce a useful creation. That's why Copyrights Law grantees an exclusive nature, where only certain people can get these rights.

Abstract

Persaingan antar coffee shop di Sumbawa kian berkembang, masing-masing coffee shop punya ciri khas tersendiri baik itu dari kemasan penyajian kopi ataupun dari inovasi menu kopi guna menjaga usaha tetap bisa bersaing ditengah berkembangnnya industri kopi dan juga yang tidak kalah pentingnya dengan semakin banyaknya pesaing pelaku usaha kopi harus meningkatkan strategi marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui urutan prioritas konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian produk kopi di Kecamatan Sumbawa dan untuk mengetahui coffee shop yang menjadi prioritas konsumen untuk dipilih. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan jumlah sampel 20 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa urutan prioritas konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian produk kopi adalah yang pertama kriteria harga dengan bobot 0,427, yang ke-dua kriteria kualitas produk dengan bobot 0,304, yang ke-tiga kriteria sosial dengan bobot 0,210 dan yang ke-empat yaitu kriteria gaya hidup dengan bobot 0,059. Coffee shop yang menjadi prioritas konsumen adalah yang pertama coffee shop Thousand Sunny, yang ke-dua coffee shop Oase Sumbawa, yang ke-tiga adalah coffee shop Serasa dan yang ke-empat adalah coffee shop Tiang Besi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk meneliti penikmat kopi secara luas atau masyarakat umum serta menambahkan variabel lainya seperti diskon harga, desain interior, online customer review dll.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are a set of competencies obtained by students after participating in learning activities. Most of the current student learning outcomes are still low in setting up and editing CNC programs. Therefore, teachers need to innovate by using applications that are relevant and support improving student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to use the Swansoft application to improve the learning outcomes of NC/CNC and CAM Machining Engineering students in Class XI of SMK Negeri 2 Sampang. This research is classroom action research which consists of 2 learning cycles for setting up and editing CNC programs using the Swansoft application. The subjects of this research were 33 TPM XI-1 Class students. Based on the results of the test questions given to students, student learning outcomes in cycle I were 87.88% or twenty-nine students had met the KKM. There was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle II where as many as 100% or 33 students had met the KKM, namely 70. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Swansoft application can improve the learning outcomes of NC/CNC and CAM Machining Engineering students in Class XI of SMK Negeri 2 Sampang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Prof.Dr.I.G.N.G Ngoerah terhadap kepuasan pasien, dengan fokus pada berbagai strata sosial masyarakat yang menggunakan layanan di rumah sakit tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan tergolong kategori baik dengan nilai sebesar 66%. Kepuasan pasien tergolong kategori baik dengan nilai sebesar 64%. Pengaruh antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien BPJS di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Prof.Dr.I.G.N.G Ngoerah sebesar 80.7% atau kategori sangat baik. Berbagai strata sosial masyarakat merasakan dampak kualitas pelayanan yang berbeda, namun peningkatan kualitas layanan secara keseluruhan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the cost of production using the full costing method in determining the selling price of Bondan Sari Furniture. The research was conducted on Jl. Ir. H. Juanda, No. 69, Cikampek Karawang. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis using the full costing method. The results of the calculations show that the calculation of the cost of production and selling prices using the full costing method is higher than the company's calculations. This is because full costing calculates all costs in detail both fixed and variable costs and in determining the selling price full costing calculates non-production costs.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's symbolic thinking abilities through the use of clothespins as a media tool in group B children at RA Teladan Imam Syafi'i. This study is classroom action research (CAR) consisting of four stages: the first stage is the planning stage, the second stage is the implementation stage, the third stage is observation, and the fourth stage is reflection. The subjects of this study were 20 children in group B aged 5-6 years, consisting of 13 boys and 7 girls. Data were collected using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique involved calculating the number of children achieving class mastery and individual mastery. The results of this study indicate that using clothespins as a media tool in group B children at RA Teladan Imam Syafi'i improves children's symbolic thinking abilities. Data show an improvement in children's abilities from before the intervention to the implementation of cycle II. The data before the intervention showed an initial percentage of 25%. After implementing the classroom action in cycle I using clothespins, the researcher obtained a percentage increase to 50%. In cycle II, the research achieved an 80% increase in the criteria of Developing as Expected (BSH).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and contribution of motor vehicle taxes, motor vehicle title transfer fees, motor vehicle fuel taxes to DKI Jakarta's PAD in 2018-2022. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with secondary data obtained from local government financial reports via the official website of the Jakarta Information and Documentation Service. The data analysis technique used is the effectiveness analysis method with the effectiveness ratio and contribution analysis method. The results of this study show that there is effectiveness in the realization of motor vehicle tax with a very good level of effectiveness with an average of 100.81% and motor vehicle transfer fee tax with an average of 102.16% and motor vehicle fuel tax with an average of an average of 103.89% has a very good effectiveness level with a percentage that fluctuates from year to year. Motor vehicle tax contributes quite a bit and motor vehicle transfer fee tax has a low level of contribution to the PAD of DKI Jakarta Province, then motor vehicle fuel tax has a very low level of contribution to PAD of DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

This research is associative quantitative, because a quantitative approach is used to explain phenomena. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The total number ofp opulations in this study was all employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency, totaling 117 people. The results showed that there was an effect of providing additional employee income on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency, that the value of the significance of the additional employee income variable on work productivity was 0.000 < 0.05.  So that the better the provision of additional employee income, the more employee work productivity will increase.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are a form of pharmaceutical care which aims to maintain the quality of pharmaceutical preparations and support the success of the therapy the patient undergoes during treatment. Pharmaceutical services are one part of the health services at the Community Health Center. Puskesmas is a technical implementation unit of the District/City Health Service which is responsible for carrying out health development in a work area (Permenkes, 2020). The aim of this research is to determine the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Rumbai Community Health Center. The method used is descriptive research (Non-Experimental) with a quantitative approach. The research instrument is a questionnaire sheet. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research was 100 people. Data collection uses a Likert scale. The level of patient satisfaction is measured against five (5) dimensions of service quality, namely the dimensions of Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles. The results of this research show that the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Puskessmas Rumbai shows that patient satisfaction is in the Responsiveness dimension (71.75%), Reliability (72.66%), Assurance (74.3%), Empathy (75%) , and Physical Evidence (Tangible) (67.3%). So the average percentage level of patient satisfaction at the Rumbai Health Center overall from 5 dimensions is 72.2% with the satisfaction classification being satisfied.
