Abstract

December marks the end of the month with a vivid array of bustling activities and market events that significantly stand out. This market activity is influenced by the Christmas and New Year's moments, leading to a surge in demand for chicken and pork in Jayapura, Papua. The purpose of this research is to analyze the fluctuation patterns of chicken and pork prices and their contributing factors. The applied method in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through interviews and document analysis of the ledger books of chicken and pork traders in Pasar Baru, Jayapura, Papua. The interview technique involves in-depth interviews with a sample of 3 chicken traders and 2 pork traders, accompanied by recording techniques. The interview results are then recorded or transcribed by converting oral text into written form. The transcribed results are further processed using the reduction technique, eliminating irrelevant text and grouping selected text for presentation as presentation data to be analyzed using domain analysis. Meanwhile, document analysis is conducted to categorize three income or debit sections based on the time of sale classification, namely early December, approaching Christmas and New Year, and post-New Year. The research results indicate that factors influencing price fluctuations are production factors and the quality of chicken and pork products, local cultural intervention factors, marketing strategy and management factors, consumer purchasing power or consumer behavior, and market nature or demand factors. Document analysis shows a significant increase in demand leading up to Christmas and New Year's Day, adhering to the law of supply and demand in direct proportion.

Abstract

Currency as a legal means of payment is needed in domestic and international economic activities to achieve the social welfare of Indonesian society as a whole. Regulations regarding the nature and price of currency are contained in Article 23 B of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. To ensure legal certainty and legal protection, another law was enacted, namely Law Number 7 of 2011 concerning currency. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of crypto money as a means of payment in Indonesia. This research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis techniques to test the validity of the data in this research by looking for existing reference sources. Based on the research results, it shows that a series of legal regulations in Indonesia regarding digital crypto money show the government's awareness in creating the rule of law within the scope of the economic ecosystem in the digital era. So this is something special for Indonesia as a country that is serious about protecting its people in cryptocurrency transactions as assets or commodities (crypto assets). However, there are conflicting perspectives in viewing the position of digital crypto money. Bank Indonesia places it as digital money (virtual currency) so its use is prohibited as a means of payment. As for the Ministry of Trade, through Bappebti, it places crypto digital money (cryptocurrency) as a digital asset or commodity so that based on normative provisions it is allowed to be traded on the Futures Exchange. Therefore, the government needs to harmonize the law in positioning crypto digital money.

Abstract

To achieve legal certainty and legal protection of land rights, a land rights certificate is given as proof of a person's ownership of land and its buildings. Land registration is carried out to ensure legal certainty. The aim of the research is to determine the procedures for canceling certificates belonging to administrative defects. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory regulatory approach. Research results found that the Certificate of Ownership was administratively flawed based on Minister of Agrarian Regulation No. 3 of 1999 article 1 number 12 states that the basis for canceling a certificate can be canceled because the decision is administratively flawed. administrative defects in the Certificate Issuance, the relevant Certificate may be submitted for Cancellation. Certificate cancellation can be done via BPN and TUN. In the process of issuing a certificate of land rights, there may be errors or administrative defects, so it can be canceled in three ways, namely Cancellation of land rights issued because there are administrative legal defects in the issuance of the decision to grant and/or certificate of land rights or implementing a court decision that has been made. obtain permanent legal force.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Population on Unemployment in West Lombok Regency 2012-2021". In this study, researchers wanted to see how the population compared to unemployment in West Lombok Regency from 2012-2021. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are an R-square value of 0.545 with a significance value (α) or alpha of 0.05 (5%). The R-square value in this study has meaning, namely that the influence of the population variable is able to explain the unemployment variable in West Lombok Regency by 54.5%. That is, partially the influence of the independent variable population size on unemployment in West Lombok Regency is not significant. This is indicated by the calculated T value being greater than the T table value. T calculated < T table (T calculated 0.737 > T table 2.306).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dana Desa dari segi aspek, khususnya 1) Partisipasi. 2) Transparansi. 3) Akuntabilitas. 4) Efektivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di  Nagari Ujung Gading Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Jenis-jenis catatan yang diperoleh dalam pembelajaran ini diambil dari dua sumber, terutama informasi fundamental dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang diperoleh dalam mencari tahu dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis evaluasi fakta kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat dibuktikan dari 1) Penerapan transparansi oleh pemerintah nagari cukup baik dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa. 2) Implementasi Akuntabilitas dalam Pemerintahan Penggunaan dana Desa oleh pemerintah desa cukup baik. 3) Pelaksanaan partisipasi pemerintah desa yang ada belum maksimal pada saat adanya Undangan Nagari Musrembang untuk menentukan arah pengembangan nagari dalam penggunaan dana desa, belum 100% tetapi baru menyentuh 71,4% masyarakat yang hadir di musrembang nagari. 4) Penerapan efektifitas pengelolaan dana desa yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Nagari Ujung Gading Kabupaten Pasaman Barat telah melaksanakan efisiensi dan penghematan dalam penggunaan dana dan alokasi dana lebih berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat.

Abstract

Dalam usaha untuk mencapai keterukuran kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 30 Tahun 2019 tentang Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Akan tetapi, melakukan proses penilaian kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara tidak mudah dilakukan, karena selain Aparatur Sipil Negara yang tersebar di berbagai instansi, pencatatan dan pelaporannya belum dimudahkan melalui penggunaan teknologi. Untuk memudahkan dalam penilaian kinerja individu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Nganjuk khusunya Sekertariat Daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk mengimplementasikan TIK untuk mendukung proses penilaian kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi E-Kinerja. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan e-kinerja di Sekretariat Kabupaten Nganjuk, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang memusatkan pada deskripsi data berupa kalimat-kalimat mendalam yang berasal dari informan bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan, Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses penerapan e-kinerja berjalan dengan baik mulai dari diadakannya sosialisasi hingga fasilitas penunjang meskipun ada sedikit hambatan terkait jaringan dan aplikasi error.

Indonesian people's banks have a good reputation, such as BRI, have a high level of trust, a high level of performance, and have good business ethics. BRI also has a good personality, such as always being responsible to customers, having good achievements, having good social responsibility, and having customers with a high level of trust in Bank Rakyat Indonesia. This also makes customers loyal to do business with BRI.Discussion of the Customer Relationship Management variable (X1) and the Company Image variable (X2) on Satisfaction (Y1).a. The Influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on Satisfaction.H0: b1= 0 CRM has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.H1:b1≠ 0 CRM has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.In the t test results, the Customer Relationship Management variable (X1) and the Satisfaction variable (Y1) show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between customer relationship management variables on satisfaction.b. The Influence of Company Image on Satisfaction.H0: b1= 0 Company image has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.H1:b1≠ 0 Company image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.In the t test results, the Company Image variable (X2) against the Satisfaction variable (Y1) shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of early marriage on the social life of the community in Wakan Village, Jerowaru subdistrict, East Lombok district. The type of research, used is qualitative research, namely describing existing phenomena through a scientific approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. Based on the results of research in Wakan Village, Jerowaru subdistrict, Easy Lombok Regency, the background to early marriage is 1) The relationship between the economic situation of parents and their interest in pursuing education, 2) The tradition of early marriage, 3) The influence of media developments, 4) People’s desires. Parents to merry off their children and, 5) The rise of promiscuity among teenagers. While the impact on social life is 1) Increasing dropout rates, 2) Dissatisfaction in adolescence which leads to extramarital affairs, 3) Lack of emotional maturity which leads to divorce, 4) Occurrence of domestic violence (KDRT).

Abstract

The role of teachers in dealing with bullying behavior of students in SDN 2 Sokong. The purpose of the study was to describe the role of teachers ' efforts in dealing with bullying behavior of students. This study is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach to review further related to the handling of teachers in forming positive behavior in students. This study was conducted in Sokong village with the consideration that Sokong village as a reference implementation in the handling of negative behavior of students. In this study the main instrument is the researcher himself and is supported by interviews, documentation and observation instruments. The results showed that the teachers in SDN 2 Sokong are very enthusiastic in dealing with bullying behavior in students, and ahlak ethics and manners have a psitive impact on the cultivation of the values of the character of the students themselves so that there is never a behavior that reflects bullying behavior that can interfere with the child's psychomotor development. The form of bullying siawa is bullying verball and non verball where the impact of bullying that occurs is psychological and physical then the bullying behavior factors are from family, peers, mass media and individuals from themselves.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok atau seseorang birokrasi untukmemberikan bantuan seseorang masyarakat dalam rangka mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Salah satu dari pelayanan publik yaitu bidang administrasi kependudukan yang berada disuatu pemerintah dalam penerbitan dokumen dan data kependudukan melalui pendaftaran penduduk pencatatan sipil, pengelolaan  informasi administrasi kependudukan dan pendayagunaan hasilnya untuk pelayanan publik dan pembangunan  sumber lain. Adapun judul dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Di Kantor Desa Bengkel Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng. Dengan rumusan masalah Bagaimanakan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Di Desa Bengkel Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng?Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif, sumber data adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai data. Berdasarkan dari sumbernya, data dibedakan menjadi 2 yaitu data primer dan data skunder. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data dan kesimpulan.Sudah saatnya di Kantor Desa Bengkel Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publikmelalui standar pelayanan yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan ataupun perbaikan indikator-indikator yang belum terimplementasikan secara maksimal dalam dimensi tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), empathy (empati), resposiveness (daya tanggap), dan assurance (jaminan).
