Abstract

        Stunting is one of the serious public health issues that is prevalent in Indonesia. Stunting can have adverse effects on the physical and mental growth and development of children, as well as disrupt their future quality of life. Preventing stunting is a goal of Sustainable Development Stage-2, which aims to eliminate hunger and all forms of malnutrition. Social media can be an effective platform for creating public service advertisements. Therefore, a social media advertising campaign is necessary to raise awareness among the public about the dangers of stunting and its prevention, given the high usage of social media today. This research aims to identify effective communication strategies in a public service advertising campaign about stunting on the social media platform Instagram, targeting the right audience. The results of this research will provide a better understanding of effective communication strategies in a public service advertising campaign about stunting on social media for the appropriate target audience. Data analysis indicates that content with an educational narrative receives special attention from the audience, as seen in the number of likes and positive comment interactions from the followers of the Instagram account.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty marketing mix towards customer loyalty and know the quality of shared services marketing mix on customer loyalty Outsourcing security PT. Tri Garda Abbas, East Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses the method of purposive sampling saturated used amount 97 employee PT. Tri Garda Abbas, East Jakarta, using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty marketing mix on customer loyalty, and there is an influence on service quality and marketing mix simultaneously or together on customer loyalty Outsourcing security PT. Tri Garda Abbas, East Jakarta, has an influential contribution of 33,5% on the customer loyalty variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research

Abstract

Sports are movement activities carried out by a person. Sports is an activity that is needed by a person to maintain physical fitness, so that these activities can be carried out optimally. Individuals who have carried out sports activities should be appreciated and made a matter of course, because if humans have done physical activities by exercising which is also accompanied by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, then later it will shape the body to be fit and not easily attacked by diseases that make the body healthy. The purpose of this study is to find out about Student Sports Behavior in the Kahayan River Basin, Palangka Raya City. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. A total of 278 students living in the Kahayan River watershed were used as samples. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire in the form of indirect communication assisted by filling out through google forms. The conclusion obtained from this study is that every day students do sports activities with a minimum duration of 30 minutes in the afternoon. The purpose of students doing sports activities every day is to maintain a healthy body. In addition, there are also sports facilities around their homes, so parents or families always motivate them to do sports activities, especially around the house. At school, the majority of students have participated in extracurricular activities and like to watch sports matches. However, sometimes students are lazy to do sports activities due to insufficient time due to their individual busyness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of digitalization on the work effectiveness of PT employees. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, the saturated sampling method used was 48 employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between digitalization on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch has a strong positive influence and has a contribution of 65% to the employee work effectiveness variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

In Speaking for Academic Purposes, the students must be able to speak actively. And there are some materials on this subject, one of them is Debate. Active debate is one way to improve students' speaking skills. So, the purpose of this study was to improve students’ speaking skills through Active Debate. This research method is classroom action research, which is used in two cycles, and each cycle has four steps: planning, action, observing, and reflection. The data presented in this study were obtained from observations, interviews, and students’ speaking scores. The subjects of this research were fifteen students in the fourth semester of the Speaking for Academic Purposes Class at Panca Sakti University. In the study, the researcher got the result, namely the percentage of speaking scores. The score for students speaking test in cycle one was 52.36 % passed, and 47.64 % failed; Passed 78,2% and 21.8% failed in cycle two. So, the increase in yield in cycles 1 and 2 is 25.84%. And score for aspects of observation in cycle one is 71,38% passed and failed: 28,62%; passed 92,5% and 7,5% failed in cycle two. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that learning English, especially speaking through active debate, can improve students’ speaking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of tax planning and tax avoidance on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) both partially and simultaneously. Tax planning in this research is measured by the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), and profitability is measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM) as an independent variable. Company value is measured by Book Value Per Share (BVS) as the dependent variable. The population used was 20 mining companies. The sample in this research was selected using descriptive methods and 4 companies were obtained as research objects in the 2018 - 2022 period so that the total sample was 25 samples. This type of research uses an analytical approach. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative data analysis using SPSS 24 statistical software. The analysis methods used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the significant value of tax planning is 0.80 > 0.05, so partially the tax planning variable (ETR) has no effect on the value of mining companies (BVS) listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of local learning media in Civics Education (PKn) subjects for fifth grade students in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 30 fifth grade students and one Civics teacher. The research results show that the use of local learning media, such as folklore and traditional games, increases learning motivation, understanding of the material, and student participation in the Civics learning process. As many as 85% of students felt more motivated, and 78% of students understood the material more easily when local learning media was used. In addition, students become more active in class discussions and activities. However, there are several obstacles, such as difficulties in developing teaching materials that are in accordance with local wisdom and limited time and resources. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended that there be training for teachers and the development of adequate resources. Overall, this research confirms the importance of local learning media in improving the quality of Civics learning and provides practical recommendations for its integration in the curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze and describe the Competency Role of Public Service Apparatus at Sam Ratulangi Tondano Regional Hospital. The research method used is descriptive Qualitative. The number of informants in this study is 5 people. Data collection using Observation, interview and Documentation techniques. Data analysis through Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the research show that it concludes that the Competency Role of Public Service Apparatus at RSUD Sam Ratulangi Tondano has been running well supported by the information that the researcher gets that: 1) The service procedure is sufficiently maximum given by officers at RSUD Sam Ratulangi Tondano 2) The Completion Time, is quite maximum because it is based on the SOP and also the Law but there are still obstacles related to when the service time begins, 3) the cost of service there are several types of services that do require individual costs, 4) facilities and infrastructure are sufficient, 5) the competence of service providers is good enough to be seen from the services provided

Abstract

Perjanjian kredit yang dibuat dibawah tangan oleh bank, dewasa ini sering dilakukan dalam praktek pemberian kredit oleh pihak bank selaku kreditur kepada nasabah peminjam (debitur). Namun dalam Undang-Undang Perbankan tidak menjelaskan hubungan hukum bagi kedua belak pihak dan tidak diaturnya mengenai bentuk perjanjian tersebut. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, isu hukum yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana pengaturan mengenai perjanjian kredit yang dibuat secara bawah tangan? dan (2) Bagaimana kekuatan hukum perjanjian kredit yang dibuat secara bawah tangan? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian hukum Yuridis Normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konsep dan pendekatan sejarah. Sumber bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: primer, sekunder dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum merupakan teknik studi kepustakaan. Analisis bahan hukum yang berhasil dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif , interpretatif, evaluatif dan argumentatif analisis.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a significant impact on the world of education, especially in the learning process. Information and Communication Technology (ICT), as part of science and technology (IPTEK), includes all technologies related to the retrieval, collection (acquisition), processing, storage, dissemination, and presentation of information. Even until the beginning of the 21st century, it is believed that the ICT field will continue to grow rapidly and has not shown signs of saturation for the next few decades. At the global level, the development of ICT has affected every aspect of human life. The integration of ICT into various fields of technology has reached such a level that there is not a single piece of equipment resulting from technological innovation that does not utilize ICT devices.
