Abstract

The development of food and beverages sold and bought and sold more and more in the current era. This makes consumers free to choose whatever food they like, but as smart consumers must be careful and careful in consuming the goods consumed. Halal labeling is an important item in products that become the main preference for consumers, especially for Muslim consumers to purchase products even though sometimes only limited to the intention to buy. One of the largest Muslim consumers is in Surakarta City. A perspective review of Islamic law needs to be carried out to protect consumers against the products they consume. The urgency of this research makes it important for this research to be carried out so that consumers and producers understand each other correctly about the concept of labeling from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law. This study aims to determine the review of Islamic law on halal restaurant products, as well as determine the influence of halal labeling on purchasing decisions for public consumption products in Surakarta City.

Abstract

The general election commission (KPU) has an important role in facilitating a democratic and inclusive general election process. The main functions of the KPU, such as preparing general election lists, disseminating general election information, monitoring campaign implementation, and transparent vote counting are key factors in increasing public political participation. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research location is the general election commission in East Lombok district. The research data sources are primary data and secondary data using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research results show that the implementation of the functions and duties of the general election commission in increasing community political participation in East Lombok district is good. Based on data from the 2024 DPT final election list, there is more political participation from the public compared to the previous year.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, beberapa instansi pemerintahan sudah melakukan proses kerja secara online. Sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 4 Tahun 2005, e-Kinerja dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi jumlah pekerjaan yang diperlukan untuk posisi tertentu, serta jumlah pekerjaan yang perlu diselesaikan oleh posisi itu. Metode ini digunakan untuk menghitung kinerja kerja dan input kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan evaluasi e-Kinerja bagi pejabat pemerintah Sipil di lingkungan Kantor Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) di Kota Medan. Dengan tujuan pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan pendekatan studi kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengamatan langsung dan interaksi dengan orang-orang. Ada tiga peserta dalam penelitian ini. Penulis penelitian menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi (pengamatan), wawancara dan studi buku. Namun, dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data, seperti reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan, digunakan. Sistem kinerja karyawan BKPSDM Kota Medan menjadi lebih terlihat, efisien dan mudah beradaptasi melalui penggunaan penilaian e-kinerja. Untuk pemberian Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) di BKPSDM Kota Medan, penilaian kinerja adalah elemen kunci.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Rinding Lurah Berau District Office. The technique for taking informants was purposive sampling, resulting in 13 informants consisting of the village head, service officers and 10 community members. The method used is descriptive qualitative, a public service dimension theory developed by Lovelock with 5 dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that the Rinding Village Head Office had been able to implement several indicators in this dimension. However, there are still shortcomings, namely in terms of the comfort of the service waiting room during the day and also the need to increase the capabilities of service employees.

Abstract

The issue of fulfilling children's rights after divorce has become an important study of researchers in the field of Islamic law over the past five years. The issues of fulfilling children's rights after divorce have become a serious problem, where children's rights are often overlooked, especially with regard to basic rights. In this study, there are 2 (two) problem formulations that are the focus of this research. First, the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights after divorce based on decision No. 3118/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Jbg, Second, the efforts that must be taken by the mother if the decision on children's rights after divorce is not fulfilled by the ex-husband (father). research and discussion that has been analyzed. In this case, it does not fully reach the target, the mother is fully trying alone to fulfill the rights of the child where the ex-husband (father) should have played a role but did not maximally carry it out as stated in the decision. Then the legal consequences for the ex-husband who does not carry out his obligations in fulfilling child maintenance, the mother can submit a child maintenance lawsuit to the Chairman of the Religious Court for further execution. Because the law itself does not regulate the existence of legal sanctions against decisions that have been condemned when not implemented. So that it becomes an obstacle for the mother not to submit a request for execution for several reasons: the former husband (father) remarried, the mother is able to finance child maintenance independently and lack of knowledge about the law.

Abstract

This study intends to describe students’ critical thinking skills interms of socio-mathematic norms that students have when learningmathematics in class. The subjects of this study were students of classXI SMA 66 foundatio of Jakarta. The research method used isdescriptive qualitative method. This study used a test on the subjectmatter of the Three Variable Linear Equation System (SPLTV) and theLinear Program to examine critical thinking skills, as well as sociomathematic norm questionnaires and interviews. Based on the resultsof the study, there were 37 samples who worked on the test questionsand filled out questionnaires. From this, 6 informants wereinterviewed, consisting of 2 informants with high levels of criticalthinking skills and socionatenatic norms, 2 medium categoryinformants, and 2 low category informants.

Abstract

The emergence of technology brings the presence of social media, which has become a platform for long-distance communication for many people today. Through social media, many people with different characteristics can meet, including the characteristics of the language they use. This can be caused by various factors, ranging from geographical differences, gender, to daily habits. Through this research, the researcher aims to find out the language variation in social media. The method used by researchers is the literature review method. The data in this research is previous research as many as 5 relevant articles. The results of the research have shown that language variation in social media is influenced by gender, age, cultural identity, and individual characteristics themselves. The literature reviewed in this study provides insights into language variation in social media.

Abstract

The main problem of Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Siti Zachroh is the lack of service quality caused by human resources, facilities, and referrals that have not been optimal yet. The research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction. The method of the research is the quantitative approach with associative method to analyze two variables, namely service quality and patient satisfaction. The results of the research indicate that the validity and reliability tests are valid and reliable with value of r table 0.349. The results of questionnaire data processing and the answers of respondents regarding service quality show the effective criteria 62,1%. The t test indicates that value of t > t table is obtained (6,770 > 2,048). It means that there is partially a significant influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, then Ho is rejected. The correlation analysis of R obtains 0.788, indicating that there is a strong relationship of service quality to patient satisfaction. The result of coefficient determination obtains R square score 0.621 or 62,1%, therefore the contribution percentage of service quality variable to patient satisfaction variable is 62,1%, included in the high effective criteria. The conclusion is that there is a strong influence of service quality on patient satisfaction in Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Siti Zachroh.

Abstract

The main problem of the Subdirektorat Pengadaan Tanah is the non-physical work environment, such as work relationships between leaders and subordinates as well as work relations between fellow employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on work productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between environmental variables and productivity variables. In the t test, the value of t < t table is obtained (1.026 < 2.021). Regarding the partial correlation analysis, there is no influence of the work environment on work productivity, so Ho is accepted. From the results of the analysis, an R of 0.160 was obtained, which shows that there is no strong relationship between the environment and productivity. The results of the coefficient of determination show an R squared figure of 0.160 or 0.026%, which means that work environment variables influence work productivity by 0.026% while 0.074% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. It can be concluded that there is no influence of the work environment on the work productivity of employees of the Subdirektorat Pengadaan Tanah.

Abstract

Higher education is currently facing demands to integrate digital technology to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning. The use of technology in education has been proven to increase access to information, learning flexibility, and innovation in teaching methods. This study aims to review the literature regarding the effectiveness of digital platforms in improving students' writing skills. The methods used include qualitative and quantitative approaches through literature reviews from trusted academic sources in the last 6 years. Research findings show that digital platforms such as Google Classroom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and collaborative applications such as Google Docs increase learning motivation, and interaction between educators and students, and facilitate inclusive and adaptive learning. In addition, digital feedback and collaboration in learning to write have also proven to be important. Qualitative analysis shows that the use of digital platforms has a positive impact on students' writing skills, including increasing productivity, writing quality, and active participation in learning. Based on these findings, the research emphasizes the importance of educational strategies and policies that support the comprehensive integration of digital technology to achieve more effective and efficient higher education in the future.
