Abstract

This study aims to determine the degree of accuracy of the Altman Z-score method in predicting the bankruptcy of a company. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach through accuracy and error type tests. Where the samples used are companies that are members of the coal mining sub-sector during the 2015-2019 period. Purposive sampling method was used in sampling with a total sample of 19 companies. The Altman Z-score method has an accuracy rate and type error of 11% and 42%, which indicate that the method is not good for use in companies that are members of the coal mining sub-sector.

Abstract

The Covid 19 outbreak very significant impact on various sectors of individual life, one of which is the education sector. Where students and teachers alike do not have the readiness to do learning at this time. The government has issued a policy regarding not being allowed to hold crowds to stop the spread of covid 19. One of the programs in the education unit that is implemented to continue learning activities is to study from home. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the research subjects are teachers, parents and guardians of PAUD Permata Bangsa Mataram. collectiondata techniques using interviews, observation and various documentation. The results of the study show that there are several teacher strategies in fostering student learning enthusiasm during the Covid 19 pandemic, including, firstly, the teacher opens the communication tap with parents and the school by giving appreciation to parents in order to encourage parents and students who are getting bored with learning in the network, secondly conducting home visits and assessing the readiness to learn from home in terms of infrastructure, environmental situation and others. Provide fun learning tools for students when studying and make videos of student learning outcomes to foster student enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

Perkawinan adalah membentuk keluarga yang sakinah dan mawadah, untuk selamat-lamanya sampai akhir hayat, tujuan perkawinan menurut undang-undang dan berdasarkan ketuhanan yang maha esa, setiap perkawina pasti akan berakhir, baik perceraian melalui jalur pengadilai Perceraian pada dasarnya merupakan peristwa hukum, merupakan suatu kejadian yang menimbulkan atau menghilangkan hak maupun kewajiban. maka perceraian mempunyai hubungan erat dengan sikap-tindak dalam hukum yang berupa tanggung jawab, yaitu tanggung jawab terhadap pihak lain. menyangkut keturunan atau anak dan harta benda. Berdasarkan data di Pengadilan Agama Raba Bima bahwa alasan perceraian di mas pandemi (covis 19) meliputi faktor ekonomi, poligami, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), perselingkuhan, maupun perselisihan dan pertengkaran yang terus menerus antara suami dan istri. Akhirnya mereka mengambil keputusan untuk mengakhiri rumah tangga dengan jalan pengajuan perceraian di pengadilan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian yuridis empiri demgan mengunakan sumber data primer yaitu hakin dan panitradi pengadilan agama Bimayanng peroleh langsung dari lapangan dengan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder berdasarkan literatur, UU dan peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku . selanjutnya data yang peroleh dari hasil penelitian lapangan maupu kepustakan aka dianalisis secara induktif, menunjukan pelaksanaan keputusan perceraiaan di masa pandemik di pengadilan raba Bima, hal ini pergaruhi faktor ekonomi, poligami, kdrt, perselisisan terus menerus, cemburu dll

Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax, the lack of coordination between village collector officers and the Regional Revenue Agency, and the low performance in collecting Land and Building Taxes. The method in this study uses qualitative research. Primary data sources are 10 people. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data in this study using prolonged observation of increased persistence and triangulation. The results obtained in this study, the role of village collector officers in improving taxpayer compliance in paying PBB taxes in Subang District, Jalancagak District and Subang District has been implemented but not maximized. Not maximized based on the obstacles that occur, both internal and external obstacles. Internal obstacles include the lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying land and building taxes, lack of understanding of land and building taxes, lack of understanding of the main duties and functions of village collector officers and the economic condition of taxpayers. Meanwhile, external constraints include, where the tax subject is not known to the officer, the contents of the data are not in accordance with the tax object owned, multiple tax returns (SPPT) and regional expansion. The strategic efforts carried out are by providing counseling or socialization, increasing the level of land and building tax services and providing sanctions so that the achievement of the target of land and building tax revenue can be achieved.

Abstract

Mattaresse' is a tradition carried out by the people of Saotengnga Village, Sinjai Regency. This tradition is a hereditary tradition handed down by previous ancestors. This research is a qualitative research that uses an ethnographic approach, the method used by researchers in compiling this journal is a method of observing traditions related to the community in that location, conducting interviews to strengthen and clarify the results of research for the owners of this culture. This tradition is a living and preserved tradition in the local community because it has an important symbolic meaning for those who believe in and carry out the ritual. The purpose of this study was to determine the function, meaning contained in the values of the rituals performed. Mattaresse'/ makkatenni sanro (holding a dukun) is a ritual performed by the local community, especially for pregnant women, what is unique in this culture is that not all Mattaresse' rituals are performed on pregnant women, according to this belief Mattaresse' is only performed for pregnant women who are pregnant. first and the gestational age has reached seven months according to the beliefs of the owner of this culture. Mixing or acculturation between local culture and the beliefs of Islamic teachings because of the mutual influence, adaptation or adjustment of local traditions with Islamic teachings. The renewal between local traditions and Islamic teachings becomes a unity. Although carried out by some Muslims, this tradition is not an Islamic tradition but a Bugis community tradition. This tradition is called Mattaresse 'or seven months.

Abstract

Purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Destination Image and Electronic Word of Mouth on Tourist Visiting Interests on Tambakrejo Beach tourism in Blitar. This research used a quantitative approach. Nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique was used for sampling with research samples obtained as many as 90 respondents. Types primary data is used in this research. Data processing is done by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. Results of research showed that: 1) Destination Image had a significant positive effect on Tourist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar. 2) Electronik Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Turist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar.

Abstract

The study, entitled the role of the madrasah environment in the character building of students at MI Muhammadiyah 2 Slinga kaligondang purbalingga has the aim of providing an overview of how the role of the madrasah environment can shape the character of MI Muhammadiyah 2 Slinga students. This paper is a deductive paper, the result of research with environmental research subjects at MI Muhammadiyah 2 Slinga. The results showed that the character of the students at MIMuhammadiyah 2 Slinga could be shaped by the interaction between students and stakeholders in the madrasah environment and the situation in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

Bagi Indonesia setelah meratifikasi perjanjian internasional TRIP's (Trade Related Aspects on Intellectual Properties) - World Trade Organization/WTO menjadikan pengaturan norma-norma standar berlaku secara internasional terkait beberapa hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual/HaKI. Di antara beberapa produk HaKI, perlindungan hukum atas kepemilikan, penguasaan, dan penggunaan Rahasia Dagang atas produk industri menjadi perhatian lebih pemerintah saat ini. Hal ini diperlukan karena dipandang memiliki sifat ekonomi yang tinggi dan konfidensial, yang berkaitan dengan kerahasiaan bisnis atas kecurangan sekalipun hanya memodifikasi/merekayasa ulang (reverse engineering). Rahasia Dagang yang juga sebagai bagian dari HaKI, menjadi amunis (strategic planning tool) untuk dapat bersaing di perdagangan nasional maupun internasional. Dengan diterbitkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2000 tentang Rahasia Dagang diharapkan menjadi penjamin perlindungan atas produk HaKI, yang tujuannya untuk dapat menstimulus masyarakat atau pelaku usaha Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) agar lebih inventif dan inovatif dalam menciptakan produk industrinya.

Abstract

This research, entitled Application of Smart Villages in the Outskirts, aims to find out how the concept of the Digital Village program can be applied in suburban areas far from urban areas. In the current era of modern, technological developments are very rapid, especially the development of the internet which gives rise to new cultures in society. The internet is no longer foreign to the public, almost all people feel the changes with the development of the internet. The method used in this research is In this study the approach taken is through a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in one of the suburbs in Ponorogo Regency, namely Grogol Village, Sawoo District. Digital village is a program concept that implements government service systems, community services, and community empowerment based on the use of information technology. Grogol Village is the only village which was inaugurated by the Regent of Ponorogo as a digital village. The "Digital Village" application is an application used by the Grogol Village Government to improve Android-based public services with the hope of making it easier for the public to access information about the village and can also provide public services easily. The Digital Village Program in its implementation in the suburbs, especially in the Grogol Village area, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency is still far from the desired expectations in accordance with the digital village concept itself.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terfokus pada kajian tentang telaah makna pendidikan islam dalam ritual adat lebaran tinggi pada komunitas adat “wetu telu”di bayan lombok utara. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah menelaah dan mengkaji makna-makna pendidikan islam dalam ritual adat lebaran tinggi di masyarakat Bayan, rangkaian pelaksanaan ritual, dan fungsi dari ritual adat lebaran tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian identitas sosial persepektif pendidikan atau makna pendidikan Islam yang ada pada ritual. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis masalah penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian lapangan. Ritual adat lebaran tinggi secara khusus memaparkan tentang tradisi ritual dan rangkaian adat masyarakat lokal Bayan yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan pusaka leluhur bagi masyarakat adat dan berfungsi untuk menunjukkan eksistensi dan taraf hidup komunal yang melaksanakan tradisi ini.
