Abstract

This study aims to analyze how traditional Minahasa dances can be used as a source of character education, through an analytical approach to cultural values. This study uses a qualitative method, because it is a procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral data in the Minahasa community. It is also supported by an ethnographic method that focuses on personal experience, and participation born from the field observation process. The results of the research that become cultural values as a source of character education are building Minahasa identity such as courage, agility, valor and especially togetherness. This can be seen in the character of the dancer who is hard, disciplined and firm, mirrors the attitude of uniting and unifying each other, the attitude of chivalry and soldiering. The dancers wear red Minahasa woven clothes and make-up that looks firm and full of authority and has an attitude of courage

Abstract

This research was motivated by the condition of the weaving craftsmen at the “Karya Mandiri” Weaving Center Sumbawa who had difficulty in marketing the woven fabric products they produced, Kre Sesek (traditional woven cloth typical of Sumbawa). This study aims to design the branding of Kre Sesek Sentra Weaving “Karya Mandiri” Sumbawa to be better known by the wider community through the use of visual communication media. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Methods of collecting data through observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The research data obtained, then analyzed in order to develop the right branding concept. The branding concept used is KRESAMAWA (Kre Sesek Samawa)

Abstract

This research is about the impact of the Covid 19 container on hotel and restaurant tax receipts in West Lombok Regency. West Lombok Regency is a Regency that relies heavily on the tourism sector as a mainstay sector in terms of receiving regional income after the agricultural sector. In this study, the authors found that the tax contribution from the hotel and restaurant sector is the largest contributor to PAD (Regional Original Income) compared to other sectors. However, in 2020 where the Corona virus has been detected in Indonesia and Lombok Island in particular, revenue from this sector has decreased significantly. In the future, the West Lombok Regency Government should be able to look for other sources of income and not be too dependent on tourism, because according to the findings of researchers the nature of the tourism sector is very sensitive to various issues such as security and comfort issues, even a few security issues are not good then will immediately make the tourism sector hit. If we look at the past four years, the tourism sector on the island of Lombok has twice been hit hard, the first in 2018 an earthquake that paralyzed this sector, the second in 2020 due to the Corona virus, government efforts need to be made West Lombok Regency to seek new tax receipts other than hotels and restaurants.This research is about the impact of the Covid 19 container on hotel and restaurant tax receipts in West Lombok Regency. Abstract

Manajemen strategik   mempunyai peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan untuk itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk Mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Manajemen strategik   dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan SMA di kecamatan Janapria Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan implikasi  manajemen strategik   bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan SMA di Kecamatan Janapria Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah SMAN 1 Janapria dan SMA NW Pendem Lombok Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan tekhnik Milles & Huberman yaitu; pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, danpenarikan kesimpulan, adapun untuk pengujian kebsahan data yaitu: Kredibilitas, keteralihan, ketergantungan, dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Perencanaan strategik   SMAN 1 Janapria dan SMA NW Pendem meliputi empat kegiatan yaitu pengembangan visi, misi, dan tujuan, perencanaan jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang, identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, serta penyusunan strategi, 2) Pelaksanaan manajemen strategik   di SMAN 1 Janapria dan SMA NW Pendem mancakup empat kegiatan yaitu menentukan kebijakan sekolah, memotivasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, mengalokasikan sumber daya manusia, dan mengembangkan budaya strategi

Abstract

The involvement of the community in the political process is very necessary to be considered as the existence of political apathy in the general election. The political process can be said to be democratic when the community is the main actor in making political decisions, so that democracy guarantees the participation of the community itself. Participatory election supervision is a joint way of how the community can participate in supervising both campaigns, calm periods and election day by transforming moral strength into strength. with the consequence of having knowledge and skills about electoral and monitoring techniques. The main problem in this research is how to implement participatory supervision in realizing democratic elections?. The results show that participatory supervision plays a strategic role in the formation of responsive and impartial electoral law, implementation of election law by supervisors at the field level and the formation of a community legal culture/culture that can support the creation of participatory supervision for the realization of democratic elections in 2024.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan sustainable development dimana peningkatan kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu prasyarat utama serta dapat di ibaratkan sebagai gerbong yang akan membawa mereka menuju suatu keberlanjutan secara ekonomi, sosial dan ekologi yang dinamis. Lingkungan strategis yang dimiliki oleh UKM lokal antara lain mencakup lingkungan produksi, ekonomi, sosial dan ekologi. Melalui upaya pemberdayaan, warga Karyawan didorong agar memiliki kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang dimilikinya secara optimal serta terlibat secara penuh dalam mekanisme produksi, serta dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi, sosial terhadap karyawannya. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan merupakan bagian usaha pengurus Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bina Usaha Kota Bima agar setiap karyawan memiliki kehendak atau keinginan yang kuat untuk bekerja sehingga muncul dalam diri karyawan tersebut rasa semangat atau dorongan untuk bekerja secara optimal guna mencapai tujuan. penelitian ini berjudul “ Upaya Pengurus Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “ Bina Usaha ” Kota Bima Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karywan” Rumusan Masalah: Bagaimana Upaya Pengurus Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bina Usaha Kota Bima Untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan ?.  Penelitian ini Tujuan Penelitian : 1). Untuk Mengetahui upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bina Usaha Kota Bima. Jenis Penelitian :1). Jenis Penelitian, 2). Tempat dan Waktu Penelitian,  3). Penentuan Informan Penelitian, 4). Jenis dan Sumber Data, 5). Teknik Pengumpulan Data, 6). Metode Analisa Data. Pembahasan :1). Gambaran Umum Tempat Penelitian, 2). Pembahasan hasil Pemelitian meliputi : 1). Adanya keinginan karyawan koperasi simpan pinjam Bina Usaha Kota  Bima untuk mau maju dan berprestasi. 2). Adanya kedisplinan  Karyawan. 3) adanya rasa Penghargaan karyawan. 4). Adanya Tanggungjawab Karyawan. Penutup : 1). Kesimpulan, 2). Saran-Saran dan Daftar Pustaka.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan publik sangat diharapkan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan. Lebih lanjut, berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa  ada 5 dimensi untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan, yaitu Bukti Langsung (Tangible), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), dan Empati (Emphaty).

Abstract

 Along with the times, science and technology have developed so rapidly, one of which is digital technology, where digital technology has entered all lines of human life, even this digital technology is able to influence human life and habits where the presence of digital technology provides convenience to the public to complete their work quickly, easily and efficiently and effectively by using electronic features. The development of this technology is also used by the banking world in addition to improving services but also to increase profitability by making innovations to E-Banking products. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of product service innovation (E-Banking) on the increase in Fee Base Income at PT. Bank NTB Syariah. Data analysis was carried out by quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling method. The results showed that the development and innovation carried out on the features of the E-Banking service product of  PT. Bank NTB Syariah has an effect on increasing the number of transactions so that it has an effect on increasing the income of each E-Banking service product. This increase in service product income (E-Banking) has an effect on increasing the Fee Base Income of PT. Bank NTB Syariah. The results also show that Mobile Banking Income has a significant effect with a P-Value value of 0.002 and a path coefficient value of 0.434, while ATM income has a positive but not significant effect with a P-Value value of 0.122 and a path coefficient value of 0.182. And EDC income has a significant but negative effect with a path coefficient value of -0.253 and a P-Value value of 0.049.

Abstract

Pluralism is a view of life in understanding, acknowledging and accepting the existence of pluralism and diversity in a community group. The people of Donggo, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara have different religious beliefs, in which there are different cultures and customs. There are three religions that developed in Palama Village 2, Nggerukopa hamlet, Donggo District, namely Islam, Catholicism and Protestantism. With a variety of religious beliefs, of course, each individual community has different desires, and this can lead to conflict between individuals in the community, for this reason it is necessary to understand pluralism which refers to the meaning of tolerance in order to live in harmony, to unite the diversity of a nation. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is what is the meaning and function of religious harmony in the Nggerukopa community? The purpose of this study is to identify the pluralism of the Nggerukopa community in maintaining religious harmony. Researchers obtain data in this study is from observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the meaning and function of the harmony of the Nggerukopa community in maintaining religious harmony were understanding each other's feelings in the form of cua kaco'i angi (mutual respect), interacting socially of doho kaboro weki (sitting together), participating in mutual cooperation of n inga dasa uma (helping to build a house), caring for each other of batu rawi rasa (participating in events) and bringing all individuals together in tio kasama weki rasa ra dana (guarding together villages and villages). The researcher concludes that Nggerukopa comunity really care for their religious harmony by understanding the meaning and function of this form of harmony as the basis for living in harmony with one another.

Abstract

Traditional Cultural Expression is an intellectual work that needs to be protected. Traditional Cultural Expression is rooted in three words: tradition, culture, and expression. The meaning of "expression", expresses a clear goal, idea or feeling. In this paper, the author raises an example of a traditional cultural expression, namely the cultural expression of traditional Acehnese songs owned by the local Acehnese people. Songs such as "Bungong Jempa", are a small example of the traditional wealth of the Acehnese people that should be preserved and protected by the government. The purpose of this study is to find out how is the protection related to traditional cultural expressions in Indonesia? And has the method of recording/inventorying traditional cultural expressions in Indonesia provided maximum protection for the cultural expressions of traditional Acehnese songs? The benefit of this research is that it is hoped that it can provide benefits for the development of legal knowledge in Indonesia and can provide insight or information to the public, especially regarding the object of copyright as one of the productive waqf in Indonesia.
