Islam has a view to put things in everything in a balanced position (tawazun). Islam also places men and women as human beings with the same position. However, there are still many who differentiate the position of men and women as creatures of God. One of these differences can be seen from the minimal contribution of a woman or Muslim woman in the field of education. In fact, education is very important because women are the future mothers of their children. After all, education starts from within the family and that is where the role of women as mothers is very significant. This study aims to reveal Abu Syuqqah's thoughts on Islamic acknowledgment of women's involvement in the field of education, which he produced through an effort to reinterpret religious authoritative texts related to women's activities during the prophetic period. This research is also expected to provide understanding and motivation about the balance of roles and contributions of men and women. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The data collection technique in this study was based on the main source of the book by Abu Syuqqah entitled Taḥrīr al-Mar'ah Fī 'Aṣr al-Risālah, supported by religious authoritative books and scientific journals relevant to the research theme. The results of the study indicate that the call of Islam regarding the obligation to seek knowledge to its adherents is universal, so that there is no legal distinction for both Muslims and Muslim women. Islam also holds that women have the right to get proper education and good teaching as Muslims get. Based on this, according to Abu Syuqqah, the status of women is not an obstacle for Muslim women to have a high spirit in seeking and developing knowledge. The form of women's involvement in education can be in the form of women as students who receive knowledge, or as female teachers who convey knowledge.

This study explores the concept of an Islamic community-based enterprise (CBE) by addressing the fundamental differences between Islamic values and capitalist principles. This approach aims to develop a holistic CBE framework rooted in Islamic teachings, offering an alternative to conventional models dominated by capitalist ideologies. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize an Islamic CBE by reviewing three key components—social entrepreneurship, social capital, and development concepts—from an Islamic perspective. This research employs a conceptual and exploratory approach, analyzing existing literature on community-based enterprises and related topics. It critically evaluates conventional CBE frameworks and their embedded capitalist elements. The analysis reveals that conventional CBE concepts have unresolved limitations due to their capitalist foundations. By integrating Islamic perspectives, this study proposes an alternative model for Islamic CBE that addresses these shortcomings and offers a comprehensive framework for local development. The proposed Islamic CBE framework provides a roadmap for Islamic entrepreneurship that aligns with local conditions and fosters community-based economic development. This approach has practical implications for policymakers and stakeholders seeking to enhance local development through community-based enterprises. Future studies should focus on empirical investigations and the development of measurement tools to validate and refine this conceptual framework. This research serves as a foundational contribution to advancing Islamic community-based enterprise studies.

This study sheds light on the ethical and social difficulties young Muslims face in the West. It aims to help Young Muslims fit socially without sacrificing their religion's principles, acquire Qu'ranic teachings and guidance, and assimilate Islamic principles and moral values that help them lead a righteous life. It attempts to achieve that by exposing young Muslims to the Qu'ranic educational significances and lessons and the moral values and Islamic principles derived from two types of Qu'ranic dialogue: the exchange dialogue and the speech dialogue. It seeks to develop a plan that enhances acquisition of ample Qu'ranic knowledge and guidance, assimilation of Qu'ranic ethical conducts, Islamic codes and social morals. It also seeks to provide Young Muslims with Qu’ranic teachings that strengthen their faith and immunity against non-Muslim passive social influences. As well, it helps Young Muslims refute the false claims about Islam. Moreover, this study recommends educationalists to help young Muslims eliminate indifference toward their religion, foster trust in themselves toward their Islamic identity and transfer this study into educational programs, and conduct further study from another perspective. Finally, this study concludes the abolition of young Muslims' ignorance of their religion and fostering the pure Islamic doctrine in their hearts.

Islam is part of the source of civilization for its adherents. It is adjusted to the term civilization itself, which has the meaning of the product of activities in human life, both in the economic, social, political, educational fields, and so on. Thus, in this case, Islam as a religion, in its holy writings, also provides a clue about the things needed in human life, although not in clear language. Enforcing the implementation of Arabic Islamic Sharia into society such as in Indonesia will form a feeling of alienation in religion. For example, in the case of wearing the hijab for Muslim women. Arab or Middle Eastern dress models and hijabs have black color. If these models are used in the Muslim community in Indonesia, the users will look different and seem strange in the community itself. Therefore, a wise attitude is needed in the implementation of religious teaching to adjust according to the existing local or local culture.

Medicinal plants are a significant agricultural commodity cultivated by farmers in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, with the bidara plant (Ziziphus mauritiana) being a primary focus of the Quran Garden Foundation. In addition to its health benefits, bidara cultivation aligns with Islamic teachings, making it a valuable resource for wellness and religious practice. This study aims to develop and test a Smart Quranic Garden System prototype based on greenhouse automation technology and Internet of Things (IoT) security using ATmega328 and ESP8266 microcontrollers to optimize bidara plant growth. The research employed an experimental design to create and test systems for automated watering, weather control, and security. The prototype integrates sensors and actuators to automate these processes and enhance cultivation efficiency. Testing revealed that the watering system activates the pump when the soil moisture sensor detects an ADC value of 700 or higher. For the weather control system, the heater activates when the DHT11 sensor detects temperatures below 25°C, and the blower operates when temperatures exceed 30°C. The security system responds effectively, with the solenoid lock opening only when the correct password is entered and the virtual button on the Blynk application is pressed. This prototype demonstrates the potential for implementation in optimizing the growth of bidara plants in Parongpong District by improving cultivation efficiency and security, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices and supporting the Quran Garden Foundation's vision.

This article examines the living Qur'an and hadith in cultivating early childhood morals, especially in the Nussa animation film episode Please and Thank You. This study aims to determine the role of the Nussa animation film on the character and morals of early childhood in the era of globalization. This research used a quantitative approach through cluster sampling data collection methods as many as 30 respondents conducted at SDN 1 Sukaraja and SDN 2 Cinangka with age criteria 7-8 years. The results found that correlation between the Nussa animation film against early childhood morals was 34% and has an effect of 11.6%. The transmission process presented in the Nussa animation film occurs through Umma's character as a parent and a quote at the end of the story. The wisdom contained in the Nussa animation film is in accordance with the hadith narrated by Al-Baihaqi, namely that the Messenger of Allah was sent to improve human morals and the Qur'an Surah Ali-Imran verse 110 which explains the importance of good behavior towards others as a reflection of the behavior of a Muslim and the best of the people. Umma’s character convey messages from the content of the Hadith of Al-Baihaqi and the Qur'an Surah Ali-Imran verse 110 history which is explained implicitly. So, it can be concluded that the morals of students at SDN 1 Sukaraja and SDN 2 Cinangka are not influenced by the viewing of the Nussa animation film.

In late 2020, the Indonesian Parliament enacted the Job Creation Law, known as the "Omnibus Law," which introduced significant amendments to various sectors, including agriculture. The law aims to boost food trade and increase private sector involvement in enhancing agricultural productivity. However, critics argue that the law disadvantages farmers by deprioritizing local agricultural products and heavily relying on imports to meet domestic food supply needs. Additionally, the law removes restrictions on foreign investment in horticulture and establishes a land bank to manage and redistribute idle lands. This article aims to analyze the impact of the Omnibus Law on Indonesia's agricultural sector, assessing its implications through both descriptive analysis and an Islamic perspective. A descriptive analysis approach was employed to compare the Omnibus Law with previous agricultural laws. The study evaluates the substance of the law, its effects on the agricultural sector, and its alignment with Islamic principles. The analysis reveals significant changes in agricultural policies, including increased reliance on imports, reduced prioritization of local products, and expanded foreign investment opportunities. These shifts present challenges for farmers and raise concerns about the sustainability of Indonesia's agricultural sector. By incorporating an Islamic perspective, this study highlights the need for a balanced approach that ensures fairness for farmers while supporting national agricultural productivity. The findings suggest policy adjustments to better align the Omnibus Law with sustainable and inclusive agricultural development in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to analyze information about implementation of Corporate Governance in Islamic banking. This study uses a quantitative approach with a systematic literature review method from various journals. With the systematic literature review method, the authors identify all empirical evidence, where the identification aims to answer questions such as "How is the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesian Islamic banking?", "What is the role of the Shariah Supervisory Board?", "What is the impact of implementing GCG?". The results of the analysis found that the implementation of GCG in Islamic banking was quite good but still not effective. This is because the governance mechanism is still not fully in accordance with Shariah principles. Therefore, the role of DPS in the implementation of GCG is very important and must be optimized. This finding also opens information about the development of GCG in Islamic banking today so that it can be used as reference material for further research.

Indonesia is in a state of emergency related to the Covid-19 pandemic which has brought major disruptions to social and economic aspects, including in the family. When schools and daycare facilities are closed due to the Covid-19, working mothers faced professional problems in balancing work and family duties. This research aims to understand the motherhood experience of Indonesian working mothers in the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted to collect in-depth interview data with a semi-structured scale on six working mothers in various fields. The results showed that the strain of Indonesian working mothers escalates during the Covid-19 pandemic. Working mothers are finding it challenging to divide their time and energy between employment and childcare. They felt guilty for their children because they prioritized working rather than parenting. They also experience burnout in the form of physical and emotional exhaustion with professional obligations and child caretaking. The mothers’ emotional turbulence may lead to children maltreatment. However, some mothers reported their work and motherhood dynamic can be resolved with a good support system, particularly from husband.
